AMAZING!First time getting my nails done since I was 6. I have my graduation on Tuesday, and I wanted something simple but elegant. The nails are beautiful, and the time was taken to make sure I liked them. I beyond like them, I LOVE them. I definitely would recommend.

Used to go to this place regularly for a gel manicure however was rudely turned away this evening. I had a 6pm appointment (which I had a card to prove) however they stated I didnt have an appointment and that there was nothing to be done. The lady didnt apologize or even offer to schedule me another day just basically said there was nothing she could do and let me leave. Wont be going back.

First time here, impeccable service. My nails look great. Was reasonably priced, and I got to keep my nail file and buffer. Good vibes in this establishment.

Bao is amazing and did exactly what I have always envisioned for my nails but it was never done until now at Nail Envy. They nailed it with customer service, great and fun convos, I have my own personal nail files and little sandals when I need a pedicure. They are awesome and I love them!

I have not had my nails done in over ten years!! I decided to take the leap and go get a full service mani/pedi and eyebrow waxing. I am very pleased I did, I researched salons before going . Made my a appointment (reach I do recommend doing), nails size and shape are perfect for me since I wear contacts and handle my baby. My feet feel soft and refreshed and my eyebrows are shaped naturally and trimmed up nicely. I was happy with the price for all services provided cause I expected wayyyy more . Definitely will be going back!!

They fit me in last minute for a mani pedi and it was excellent. Such a clean place, great attention to detail, friendly staff. Most importantly as we are still in a pandemic, they had great covid 19 guidelines in place and I felt completely safe. Venmo is available for tip if you’re paying with a card and don’t have cash, which is a great feature many salons don’t have. Was in desperate need for a new salon in the buffalo area and will for SURE be back!

I love nail envy. I dont go anywhere else for my Mani/Pedi experience. The atmosphere is professional but relaxed. The prices are excellent. If youve never been there, please call for an appointment and see for yourself how wonderful it is.

Ive gone to a few other places and this place is by far the best. I have wide thumbs and soft nails, the work done here has yet to disappoint.

Ive been coming here for gel manicures and pedicures for about a year and they never disappoint. Always pay great attention to detail, have a huge assortment of colors to choose from, and are incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend making an appointment as they book up for the week quickly and unfortunately have to turn away some walk in clients.

Best nail salon Ive been to by far. Never smells like acrylic and acetone when you walk in.Prices are decent and well worth it. They always take their time and make sure you are satisfied with your nails.Its always clean, they have disposable pedicure sets and liners for the water tubs so you know everything is clean.Id recommend making an appointment though or calling ahead and letting them know what youd like. They can get busy at times.

Ive been going to nail envy since their grand opening day! Tui is my preferred artist who has many trades, she does a wonderful job on my nails and toes and brows and even did my temporary powder brow tattoo! This salon is by far the best Ive ever been to, they are very personable and the prices are competitive for profession service. I walk out of there every 2 weeks feeling like a million bucks 💖💅

Nothing hurts here the guy said and he was absolutely correct. Outstanding staff, polite, nice and friendly. State of the art work and equipment. The materials they use are soothing and calming. You wont regret coming here if its your first time.

Over the years I’ve gone to a number of nail salons both in the U.S. and Canada and I can say, without hesitation, that this is the best salon I’ve ever been to. I had the type nails put on where they dip your fingers in powder (for lack of a more technical name on my part). The technician did an absolutely meticulous job and, even more important to me, was the fact that she was kind, caring and didn’t hurt me. I hope that this place never goes out of business because they are wonderful!

Was going to have my nails done here when I arrive but after looking at the pictures, absolutely not! If you look closely at the pictures the nails are not even all the same shape on one hand and some look so thick and the picture of the toes is absolutely hideous. Thanks but no thanks

THE BEST PLACE to get your nails done. Youll need an appointment but its worth it. Friendly staff, great work. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

Great service! My nails always turn out great and always last over 2 weeks. I get gel polish.

Poor Quality, Loyal customer for about a year paid $70 dollars for a specialty ombre gel full set. Every single nail fell off within 7 days. Contacted the shop and the best offer was to do a basic gel set at my expense for an additional $30. I will never return, especially when theres 100 more shops who appreciate their customers. Very disappointed in this shop. Dont waste your money.

Always great service here. Clean and reliable with great staff. The only con is that you usually HAVE to book a few days in advance... but that just means they are that good! They also try to accommodate walk one but forget about it on the weekends. Still, if you can schedule ahead ots the best nail shop in town. Also the only place. Ive found my #1 nail salon.

This place is a joke. The cheap acrylic will lift within days. Even if you make an appointment, youll sit around for over 30 minutes. I went to them for over a year because it was just a five minute walk from my own front door, but after so long, dealing with the owners attitude towards how much she hates doing nails, I had to quit. They are just unprofessional and too cheap. Only one person with them is perfect and Id recommend her (Mimi) shes great.

This is a very well kept and clean nail shop. I recommend an appointment and I appreciate that they give each customer their own nail file and buffer in a bag to bring to each appointment.

This place is amazing, staff is great and all really talented. One thing you should know its always super busy I highly suggest making an appointment, they often are so busy that they are not taking walk ins.

This place is great friendly staff ,VERY CLEAN- to me this is very important, prices are average i think and well worth every penny.

Been getting my nails done for over 20+ years been through a couple or more nail salons, this venue is very clean prompt, and professional the only thing is sometimes not so friendly depending on the techinican, but understanably so working with people all day may be stressful but should be as friendly as that is the profession you choose to be in.Overall great work nails look great if there was a problem with chipping polish or a cracked nail after just getting them done, they have no problem correcting the issue. Highly recommend. Alittle on the pricey side for some service but its worth the money if you want quality work .
