Seven Tigers Martial Arts Academys instructor is Sensei Hutch. He has almost 40 years of experience in the martial arts. He has earned black belts in 3 different styles, and has developed his own. He is a kind, knowledgeable man who has highly developed teaching skills for any age group, for individuals or small groups. His style is personalized, relaxed training on an individualized basis. Training can emphasize progression through belt levels, fitness training, yoga or self defense. I am a local MD who chose fitness training. Whatever choice is made, the result is improved strength, coordination and self confidence. This school is a gem.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone whos interested in learning martial arts. The price is very reasonable, the teacher, Sensei Hutch is very friendly, outgoing, and energetic, and the place is very clean. He does a splendid job at making his students feel welcomed and encourages them to do their best!

Let me start out by saying I am not one to write reviews, however, I am going to make an exception in this case because I have such high praise for the quality of the instruction here and I want to share my thoughts with aspiring martial artists.First, allow me to give you a little background. I began my journey in martial arts in February of 2017 at the young age of 65. That’s right! It’s not a typo…65. You’re probably thinking: what’s an old geezer like this doing taking up martial arts of all things? Well, I’m young for my age; I eat healthy and exercise regularly and have a decent level of strength and flexibility. I have had a lifelong interest in martial arts, but something always kept me from taking that first step. One day the topic came up in conversation with a friend/co-worker who had trained with Sensei Hutch at 7 Tigers. He demonstrated one of the simple yet effective techniques he learned and told me of his experience while training there. I immediately called and set up a time to meet Sensei Hutch and visit his dojo. It was exactly what I was looking for; a small but well-equipped facility where you can get personalized one-on-one instruction. The real benefit is you get to train with a master who has been teaching martial arts for over 30 years. Sensei Hutch is knowledgeable yet humble. He will allow you to progress at your own pace and within any physical limitations you may have. He teaches the “art” but also gives you practical techniques and methods to deal with virtually any situation you may encounter. Best of all, he is a great human being who truly cares about you as a student. The cost of lessons is very reasonable, and you don’t have to pay in advance…you can pay as you go, on a per lesson basis. Also, scheduling your lessons is made to fit your busy schedule.Needless to say, that I am extremely pleased with Sensei Hutch and his 7 Tigers Martial Arts Academy and I give the highest recommendation to any who would like to train there.

Sensi Hutch is a wonderful and caring person and offers affordable classes. My journey with him has been amazing and Ive learned so much! His style of teaching is like none other Ive had. Would always recommend him.

This is best Martial art in Buffalo. You can learn 1 by 1 with Master. Price is much lower than other place but you learn a lot of more. I came to learn kungfu there and really happy.

Taking classes here was one of the best decisions Ive made. Sensei Hutch is a great teacher, and the classes are more than affordable. If you decide to come here, dont be turned away at the appearance of the facility. It is small, and it doesnt look like much at first, but youll quickly realize that is irrelevant. Its my opinion that the quality of your training has everything to do with your teacher and very little to do with the location and equipment. However, all the equipment you might need is there and is more than enough. I would strongly recommend to anyone that they take classes with Sensei Hutch.
