It is astounding how much this company could not give a s**t about their own policies or customers. Had a package sent out for overnight delivery on Thursday. They proceeded to lose the package on Friday and not deliver it. The package arrived at the correct distribution facility a day late and since overnight packages are delivered on business days they refuse to deliver the package or even allow me to pick it up. Called customer service and they LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME. Now they will have OVERNIGHTED MY PACKAGAE IN 5 DAYS. This is straight up a con and it blows my mind that people consider them to be a competent and successful domestic shipping company.

After the FedEx Office forgot to put a label on our package, it ended up here. Where it mouldered on a shelf for A MONTH until we came to look for it.We could see it from the front desk and identified it. We still needed to submit paperwork, a DNA swab and pass a polygraph before they would accept that it was possibly our package.After getting the approval of three managers and the Vatican they released our package to us.After which we immediately went to UPS and overnighted the package because it was extremely late.

They are awesome! I shipped a few items to my family and they gave found some stickers to put on my box. It was all decked out in farm animals and Thomas the train.🙂🚂🐖🐓! Very friendly staff and deserve a big thumbs up for a job well done. Ignore the bad reviews, the others need to focus on that they do their job no matter what. FedEx has a long history of working when others call it a day to get the package where it needs to be and On Time!😎

Did not deliver. Did not enter building. Customer service was useless. Customer service couldnt reach their own company because of busy phone numbers and an inability to perform adjustments on computer system. Package has already sat at warehouse for three days. Unable to contact FedEx shipping center because they do not have a public phone listing and you are forced to go through customer service, which has already mentioned cannot reach or do anything.

I received an email from the belk for a return which contained a upc code. I wenr to fedex and they scanned the code off my phone and it printed a label in seconds. This was great.

So Im sitting here waiting for a package to show up I get a notification no one was home so we couldnt deliver your package today for a package no one even needed to sign for! No truck drove by all morning, no one came to any of my doors, nothing. I called as soon as I saw the message and was told theres nothing they can do just have to wait, what a joke!

Drove an hour to be told I need to be an FFL to ship ammo. You DO NOT need to be an FFL to ship ammo. I will never use FedEx services again. If you want to ship ammo go to UPS at 931 Bailey Ave. They will take care of you.

Absolutely horrible service. I went in there to inquire about a package. The women told me it was a ground package, gave me a phone number I called the phone number the man told me it was not at their facility and that someone made a mistake. I went back in waited in line for 10 minutes due to the worker and someone else chatting. They tell me the same thing and lie it’s still sitting on a plane when it wasn’t even on a plane in the first place.

FedEx did not deliver as promised. Received cryptic response a of delivery restricted Delivery not attempted.They then rescheduled delivery on Tuesday two days later. The package was already local and supposedly attempted delivery yet they decided to deliver it two days later rather than immediately.I called to get the bed Delivered on Monday. The person promised it was going to be. A call back on Monday Confirmed supposedly it was on the delivery truck. At 5:10 PM I received another text stating it was rescheduled for Tuesday again.So I was lied to again. NO attempt was made and I wasted two days waiting for my bed. I wasnt even given the option of picking up the 136 pound bed from their facility.I really think I had a driver that didnt want to deliver such a heavy package. SO they cancelled with a vague excuse.I am inconvenienced and they wont give me straight answers. I would have helped get the package. I did not do anything disrespectful to them yet so far they will cost me 3 days of being forced to stay at home for a package I may not receive.

Your drivers have lost three packages of mine in the last four months. Regarding this last incident where your site noted that my package was delivered, (but nowhere to be found), I called your customer service help desk. The rep, who had a hard time speaking English and understanding me, transferred me to a supervisor. The supervisor was beyond rude and condescending, refused to help, and then hung up on me. Your drivers have lost packages for several of the residents at our apartment complex, and several more packages have been damaged or destroyed because the driver left it outside in the rain and / or mud. All of the buildings here have an unlocked, enclosed, indoor front entry where packages can be left, but your drivers just leave them wherever they feel like it. Why is it that the USPS and UPS can place packages in the proper area, but your company cannot??? Your regard for customer service is nonexistent, and I sincerely hope that your business eventually suffers because of your lack of integrity.

Breeder shipped a live reptile...guaranteed delivery...the reptile is lost in Memphis, no one can find package..website tracker reads delivered at 7 am...IN Buffalo NY..still no one can find my animal...complete incompetence. If I knew how to not support FedEx any longer, I would never use them again. A Christmas present was delivered to my house, allegedly, via FedEx. The tracking showed that FedEx dropped it off at my front door, but there was nothing there. When I filed a claim with FedEx, and it was only for $8, they said they would look into it but today I received a letter in the mail saying they are denying my claim because “their investigation showed that the package was delivered correctly. “ Well guess what, my investigation shows that you never delivered anything to my house as you said. Again it’s only $8, but is the matter of principle.

Delivery Drivers based in WNY are a joke. What a great way to screw over small business owners and independent artists.Between two packages delivered from this center, one was marked as business closed, customer not available because they decided not to follow detour signs about part of my street being closed. It wasnt being delivered to a business, it was being delivered to my house, and they didnt even try to deliver it, they just didnt want to come down my street, so now Im left trying to understand why people who are local to this area refuse to read bright orange detour signs.A second package was claimed as delivered, with no proof, no knock obviously as I have video evidence that the fedex driver was never on the street at that time, but fedex wont help me as I am not the shipper, and they claim someone stole it.... over the course of 30 minutes? No, you guys never delivered it.To top it off, you cant actually talk to anyone at this center, you get defaulted to general Fedex lines and none of those people care a lick about how the company they work for is complete trash.

Service was fine, it was just slow with only two employees. They worked as efficiently as possible, but another one or two employees would be helpful.They have a wide variety of paper and stock. They are not allowed to print any tickets (the dean of the school asked us to make more) so I just purchased lightweight card-stock and printed them at home.Used to be kinko’s but I believe Fed-Ex overtook them.

They keep coming up with excuses as to why its not being delivered, and ontop of it cant seem to get ahold of anyone. Ive never liked fedex and now I dont like them even more. Wish you had the option of choosing how you want your package delivered when ordering!!!!!!!

Had package set up going to a specific location and when i showed up it was being sent to my house (where no one was home) and i did not receive it for an extra three days because all the computers from different stores had it going to a different place. Also no one in customer service helped. I will never use again if i do not have to.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Fed Ex. 9am on a Thursday they had 6 people standing outside waiting to come in and only ONE person working the counter. After waiting 20+ minutes for my turn, with now 5 other people behind me, I asked for a box to fit a fragile heirloom since there were none in the lobby, and let her know I needed to ship it as well.I’ll make it clear... I asked for the box, packing and shipping services. She left for 3 minutes, came back and handed me two flat boxes and said “I don’t know how to do it the directions are on the inside.. NEXT!”I say “well, can I do it up there? We have been waiting a long time. I have a flight in one hour, I can’t wait in line again.”“It’s going to take a long time to do it here.”“I have to Pay for this box right? Can I at least do that?”“You’ll have to wait your turn”Didn’t ship my item. Didn’t get my box. Barely made my flight at ELEVEN after waiting outside for them to open at 9am. It was a nightmare.I wish I could give zero stars.

For the past 3 weeks every shipment to our company has been late by 2-3 days. Customer service is useless and hang up on us. Open cases to make sure the packages arrive on time and they still come late. Meanwhile our UPS deliveries are on time. No excuse for terrible service.

Worst company ever!!!! This is why I usually deal with just UPS or Amazon Prime. This company doesn’t know what customer service is. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on Wed. No one was home, so the delivery guy left the door tag above my mailbox. I called FedEx to see when my package can be redelivered. The kind lady on the phone said that the package is out for delivery again and that all I needed to do was sign the door tag and the delivery guy would leave my package near my mailbox. She even SPOKE to the delivery guy and told him about the door tag. So I signed the tag, left it on my mailbox so that he would see it.When I got home, did I see a package near my mailbox???? NOPE. And the door tag was still there! And when I checked the tracking online to see where the package was, the delivery guy noted that he attempted to deliver it but no one was home. HELLOOOOOO!!!!! You knew that I was not going to be home!!!!I called FedEx and all they kept doing was putting me on hold, transfer me to how many people, and drop the call. I called them again, and the same run around. At 1 point, I asked to speak to a manager, the rep places me on hold for 15 mins, and then.... busy signal!!!!!! And now at this point, it is 8pm and the location is closed and won’t pick up the phone!The WORST company ever!!!!! UPS is the way to go. They never disappoint. EVER!

Package was out for delivery on Saturday and never came.I called and got the rudest man on the phone who told me my package will be out again on Tuesday because there closed on Sunday & Monday.Then asked me for the contents of my package, I simply asked him why he needed to know he said “well if you can’t tell me I guess you don’t care about your package” my response was could you be any ruder he cut me off and said I understand your upset about the package. I explained I was upset more about the way he was speaking to me and he immediately got enraged and became even more unprofessional. Yes I need my package but you could offer a solution to the issue. Very upset with how deliveries are handled. Was waiting for my package to arrive all morning, and when I tracked my package, it said they had attempted to deliver the package, but no one was there to sign for it. They obviously never stopped or stopped at the wrong address. When I called all they could do was say theyll try again tomorrow even though I paid for it to arrive that day. For all I know, theyll show up at the wrong address again instead of actually satisfying their customer and reattempting the delivery. This has happened before with Fedex and I am very disappointed with their policies.

I’m never one to actually go online and write a bad review but today it was called for. I’ve gone to many fedex locations for their printing services . I’ve never had a problem and love going there since the customer service is always on point. This was my first time at the Cheektowaga and it seems customer service is not a priority here. I was the only customer in and no one wanted to help but rather just point at machines instead of actually helping. At one point I asked where can I print so I can pay with cash. I got a half-a$$ respond. Absolutely disappointed in the quality of the workers and lack of customer service. Please hire better people !

Didnt knock at all. Came the first time and circled that they would come again. So again they came, didnt knock and then circled that was the last attempt. And then came twice more with no knock and kept circling it was the last time. Finally they started calling me yesterday and today to tell me to pick up my package by tomorrow or they will ship it back. Now I have to drive all the way out there because they didnt knock so I had no idea when they were here.

FedEx is useless; its impossible for a putative recipient to get any accountability for a package which has first been unilaterally delayed by FedEx, then had zero delivery attempts made. Customer service wont help and FedEx doesnt care if you ever get your package.Use UPS or USPS instead.

Paid $49.72 for the fastest shipping option and after already being a day late the FedEx truck finally visits but not the slightest knock. I was sitting 13 feet from the door with 2 very exciteable dogs at my feet who would have went crazy. I see the truck leave and a tag on my door. I hurry to call but they say he cant turn around so I complain and set up a pickup 45 minutes from home. they say my package will be available for pickup at 7PM until 8PM. I arrive at 730 to a full and lively ship center but Im told they close at 7 and I cant have my package. so I call the 800 number but no help. worst company for being on time and customer service

Terrible...This is the third time this has happened. Paid for overnight freight for 10:30AM delivery. The guy is 2 hours late. We are not there so instead of leaving the package (no signature required) they say they leave without it being delivered forcing us to deal with the fedex customer service all day to get them to come back. Just had a horrible encounter with a package pick up. He came into my house telling that he does not have time to pick up packages. I told him it was scheduled by the company and that these are the instructions I specified because I cannot lift the 40lb box due to current health issues. He continued to grunt and yell that I need to hurry up and that everything should have been done already. He was a bald white man maybe in his early 40s. Very unsatisfied with this experience. If I was any older his rudeness and yelling would have really shocked me more .

Fedex has got to be a joke. They think its acceptable to deliver packages that have been clearly opened. I received my package from fedex tampered with and there was nothing in my package. When I called to speak to customer service they explained there is nothing they can do and to call the company I ordered the package from.

Same issue I had something that was supposed to be delivered today Saturday the 30th of June. I waited all day for the package , was placed on the truck for delivery at 430am and was never delivered. Now they tell me they only deliver Tuesday through saturday. And I can drive 45 miles to pick up my package if I want to.. I am beyond pissed. I am calling the garage Monday and chewing them a new one cause this is rediculous. I dont care if you have 4 kids at home, finish delivering your packages. This is why I refuse to use Fed Ex for shipping.

Yesterday we had ordered something for a funeral for a friend of the boss. It was sent over night express. When it didnt arrive at 10:30 as it normally does when we order overnight express, we called to find out that the plane it should have been on had technical difficulties, and the package was delayed. I was sent over to FedEx to see what could be done. I was told our package was in a large load, amongst almost 10,000 other boxes. The manager there spent a half hour looking for it and found it. It may have been a few hours and a dozen phone calls, but one person there (I think his name was Mike) saved the day. Thank you for going above and beyond for us, so we can go above and beyond for this nice widow.

Deliveries are on time, but every package I receive from FedEx arrives crushed in an inexplicable manner and often with holes in the box as if someone is kicking them in. These are sturdy shipping containers from trusted retailers. From now on I will have to go out of my way to avoid FedEx.

This FedEx location is incompetent and terrible. First they tried to deliver my package on the wrong day not once, not twice, but THREE times even though I pre-scheduled the delivery date both over the phone and on their website. After the third screwup they said that theyd attempt to deliver it again today despite the delivery attempt limit only to cancel the delivery on their website. After calling them just now suddenly Im told they already tried to deliver it the three times before and wouldnt make the attempt today despite previously reassuring me that since it was an error on their part they would and me explaining to them that I am disabled. They then informed me that I have to go out and get it today or its being sent back. Ridiculous.

Order 2 day shipping from Amazon it shows up on time or early. Order 2 day shipping the same time from fedex and it wont be here for 5 days! If weekends and holidays count against 2day shipping disclose that or dont offer it!! Fyi, all amazon packages arrived this morning fedex isnt due for another 3 days... with the same 2 day shipping!

I had a package that I needed in order to go out of town, and the first time it was delivered they said it was the incorrect address ( i have had fed ex deliver to my house before), then the second time they said it was refused ( on a money afternoon when i was at work!!), i called to see if i could have it turned around and they said it was already being sent back to the shipper and there is nothing they can do. Not i cannot go out of town because i do not have what I needed. The drivers are LAZY!!!!!! and do not care about customers as at! no note was left, i had no phone call or anything saying that they could not deliver this. TWICE they just sent it back!
