As much as I hate to admit, today was my first time ever going to the dentist. I chose Aspen based on google reviews and I wanna say a Reddit post that spoke highly of this place and I have to echo those positive words. I never felt shamed for never having been to the dentist (I’ll be 30 this year for reference) and everyone I encountered was SO nice and SO helpful. I’m so excited to be starting my dental plan here!

Fantastic dental place. Had to get a tooth removed and anxiety was bad but they took great care of me. Their financing was good too. Would recommend if you have routine dental care needing done or even if you have a emergency!

I like how my doctor explains their procedure before doing the work. Their staff is helpful and upbeat.

First off, Aspen Dental was the only clinic in my city to be able to offer me a same day appointment for an emergency extraction. When I tell you I was in severe pain, it was the most excruciating pain Ive ever experienced. I contacted the office and they told me that I could be seen that morning. I said WOW! I ran to the clinic! When I got there, check in was smooth, hygienists were awesome and reassuring that everything would be ok...(It was my 1st tooth extraction). The Dr was AMAZING! I didnt feel a thing! Just the usual tugging and pressure but WOW! I know where to go when I have another emergency. Also, when they didnt accept my insurance, they offered me affordable options. Thank you so much Aspen Dental!

The clinic was very clean and welcoming. The dental service I received there was beyond excellent and the staff was awesome!

My appointment was for 11 and they did not get to me till 15 minutes later. But then they took so incredibly long with X-rays and it took way too long for even someone to see me then they had to take even more X-rays. I get people fall behind, but nearly 2 hours later I’m still there and I had to reschedule because I had somewhere to be. They are not very time organized. All I need is some teeth removed (I know which exact numbers I need removed) and that’s it, I dont even need all this. Very unorganized with time management

I must say I am very scard of being in the dentist but this place did great they are the best and Ive gone to a few trying to find one to get comfortable with and thank God I finally found Aspen. Thank u

I had heard some negative things about Aspen. But, I will say this. Every single person that took care of me were amazing! They were friendly, professional, and very accommodating! I highly recommend them. I was at the Walden avenue office!

I was nervous after hearing some rough things about this place. Then I realized that my cousin and his family loves this place. From the very moment I entered the building they were really nice to me and the dr is really nice also. I have found a new place to go for my dental work. Thank you Aspen Dental !!!

I had a great first-time experience with the staff at the Cheektowaga location. Team members were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional!

Everyone here is super nice!! I went in there and was seen almost immediately. I got a lot done in one day even though I wasnt scheduled for all of it that day and the other stuff I need done will be done within the month. They are fast and professional and it was just an overall pleasure to be seen by them.

I had waited almost 40-50 minutes just to be seen. I understand that they are short on dental assistance but once I got very minimal quick x-rays done by her she moved on to the next New patient. So I do not understand what the hold up was if she could take my x-rays and make it very impersonal so fast. I feel like they should make the schedule better when they know they will be short staffed instead of cramming as many patients in as possible because people with serious issues do not want to wait that long. I also felt as if the visit was very rushed once I was in the back as well as going over prices. I just think they care more about how much money they can fit in there schedule than taking care of the patient and respecting the patients time. So overall it was not the best experience.

Worst experience. Significant delay, staff did not explain anything to us, and very arrogant. I’d give them 0 not 1 star. I’d never recommend to anyone.

I had an awesome expierence. The environment was very clean, covid protocols were in place. I felt very safe. The staff was amazing very courteous professional, fun even. The Hygienist , Dental Asstistant and Doctor was also very Professional and thorough. The was no long wait. It was and all around a delightful experience. The financing was a major plus as I didnt have Dental coverage and very affordable. May they continue to put SMILES on people. Aspen Dental smile.experts!!! I am Thankful🙌 😁

Very very disappointed. I really hate to give this office a low rating because the staff like Sarah, Emma & Shareff are awesome people but when you have a doctor like Dr. Sudaxina Singh, who in my opinion is quite the opposite (not informative, not friendly & not understanding) it brings the whole place down. She seems to be all about taking your money, not about you or your feelings. I recently had an appointment where x-rays were done & Dr. Singh told me I had 3 cavities that needed to be filled. So I scheduled the appointment. I come in & sit in the chair. Next thing I know she doesnt say a word & walks out of the room, then comes back in & doesnt inform me of anything. Then a minute later the finance lady walks in & says Dr. Singh informed me that you have another cavity she wants to fill & proceeds to tell me the cost. I was definitely caught off guard & amazed that she changed her mind from a week prior to say, oh by the way you have another cavity now. Very sketchy to say the least but I went ahead anyway. Then after having the fillings completed I noticed later when I went to floss that between two of my teeth it was very very hard to get the floss in and out. I had to wiggle it back & forth & push harder than normal which led to throbbing pain during & after. I even took a picture of it & you really could not see any space between the two teeth. So I called the office & got in for a same day appointment which I was happy to get. When I was called back to see Dr. Singh I was left in utter disappointment. She did the same thing I did... she took a piece of floss, wiggled it back & forth like she was sawing a tree & pushed up hard & got the floss through which caused me to jump from that throbbing pain. Then she proceeded to say so whats the problem?. She then has her assistant grab a mirror & makes me hold the mirror to show me how she got the floss in there. It was so degrading & unsympathetic. She did not try a single thing to make even a little more space so I could floss without issue & prevent future cavities. It was as if she didnt want to own up to her mistake. Also, Im not sure if its standard procedure or not for the doctor to check to see if the floss goes in without issue after the fillings are done but unlike any other dentist I have went to Dr. Singh did not do that which if she had then maybe she couldve made adjustments then. It also blows my mind knowing that Dr. Singh has worked for Aspen Dental 22 years despite ALL of the negative reviews & issues. This isnt a once in a blue moon situation. If this was Jane Doe working as a server in a restaurant & she received this many complaints she would be out of a job. Not Dr. Singh. Very sad that she can gets away with this type of unprofessional treatment.

My father, who is visiting me in US, did not have Dental Insurance. We had a great experience with Aspen Dental. They are reasonably priced and accepted Aetna Dental plan (not an insurance) which made my Dads multiple teeth extraction possible. Big shout out to the office staff who are friendly & accommodating. Joleen is amazing & am very grateful to Dr Amundaray.

There needs to be more stars. I am terrified of the dentist. Everyone was fantastic. Jolene was wonderful, Sarah did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, my x-ray guy was so understanding of my extra real gag reflex and the Dr was super fast and efficient. My filling went flawlessly, my bite was perfected before I left. Everyone put me at ease, everyone is so personable. I ignored the negative reviews and I am so glad I did. Im so pleased with my experience. Thank you to the whole team! 10/10 will dentist again.

Sarah is our dental hygienist and she is the best weve ever had! I would never consider going anywhere but here. I originally went to get a denture fixed , they couldnt fix it . I wanted a new denture went through x rays looked at my teeth .manager looked up my insurance couldnt find it I was on a 3 way call with the dental associate, my insurance ,and myself .called back everyday for appt well call you back never called .this started mon. this is Fri . very poor service. looking for a new dentist

I had a good experience my first time there but then I put down money on a next appointment but ending up having to cancel sadly and request a refund due to a emergency out of town I called and everything whoever answered my call was slightly rude once I asked for a refund we will process the refund for you thanks and just hung up and even still almost two weeks later I still dont have my $50 refund and Ive contacted my bank I really thought I found a nice reliable place to take care of my teeth but if this is how you guys treat people especially with all the money you charge I will be finding a new dentist office

I have been coming to this office for years and have never had an issue. Today I came in for a filling that fell out. When I arrived I asked to speak with Dr.Singh prior to service as I believed this was a filling she had recent completed. It was confirmed the filling was done in the last two years. When I inquired further on how long a filling should last I was told 6 months were all they were guaranteed for. I advised that have have many fillings done over the course of years and I have never had one fall out after only two years. She took this as a slight to her personally, blamed me for its lack of quality (time it lasted) and refused to complete my service. Needless to say, I have found a new provider. I hope any services your considering from her are better quality than what I received.

I had a dental Emergency , & went to Aspen Dental , not only did they squeeze me in ( Emergency) they took care of me immediately , Awesome Service by Everyone that works there , kind , professional , & made me feel so comfortable , I have now found a forever Dentist !!! Friendly staff, clean and safe.

I went in to have a broken tooth removed but they decided I needed all this work done, and before I could tell them to just extract the tooth I was set up for $2000 in procedures. Suffice to say I left with the broken tooth still in my mouth. They dont care about the customer they just want Money.

I NEVER write reviews but I feel like if I can help anyone to avoid this place I absolutely should! This is THE WORST Aspen dental I have EVER been to. The staff is beyond rude! I had an issue with them once and figured it was probably a bad day and maybe I’d have a better experience next time and the 2nd time I went through the same issue. They are rude, unaccommodating and overall just unpleasant people! I have even decided to travel further to an Aspen dental in Tonawanda because they’re so awful to deal with! Do not waste your time going here! Take your business elsewhere. They simply do not care about their patients and have that “I just work here” ghetto attitude!

I could give them zero stars I would they’re all about money. I went there and they X-rays and after my appointment i was told I had 15 cavities. 15!! I was then told they have a finance person and he asked me how was I going to pay over one grand. I started to Panic and I’m glad I got a second opinion.. I didn’t have 15 cavities and the new dentist said the X-rays they didn’t he could barely read because they were blurry. Like other people’s comments. They are all about money and how much they can get out of your pocket! Always get a second opinion

I had an appt at 3:45pm. I arrived early due to the paperwork I had to fill out as a new patient. I didnt get seen until 4:40pm. I immediately received dental x-rays. After my x-rays I seen a Dr. to then wait another half hour for a hygienist whom I never got a chance to see because of the shortage of staff. I left a 5:45pm with an unfinished appoint. I was upset but kept my cool. I really think the office should be considerate of peoples time.

Let me start by saying I am petrified of the dentist and always have been, therefore up until my appointment time arrived I had deep reservations about it. The moment I stepped into the Aspen Dental location on Walden in Cheektowaga that all changed. They were welcoming, they took me earlier than expected and everyone seemed to be in a good mood despite the late hour (I had my appointment at around 5:30). They were very efficient from the start to the end and I never waited for the next person I was supposed to see. They carefully explained everything to me and took the time to address all my questions thoroughly. Needless to say, by the time I walked out the door I felt not only relieved but already comfortable for my next appointment date.

I greatly enjoy the service at Aspen. Everyone is very professional and kind. Thank you for all that you do!

Very knowledgeable and polite staff. They had someone training and the staff member who was training was very polite. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor to the financial manager were so helpful and made my experience a good one.

The staff are friendly, and they explain services to you in a customer friendly way. However they focus on production here and will do unnecessary dental work to make a profit. I was told I had 3 cavities after having 2 on the same teeth previously filled 6 months prior. Highly recommend getting a second opinion, I didn’t have any cavities and the previous tooth filled actually needed a root canal which was never recommended to me.

Aspen was a great first time experience Every one was friendly and knowledgeable The place was extremely clean and disinfected cdc guidelines was clearly followed. The young lady who did .my xrays was so friendly and had such a beautiful personality and made me feel very comfortable, my dentist and hygenist also was very knowledgeable and my exams was pain free which i so appreciated . I plan to followup with my treatment to get my mouth in order and it helps to have a payment plan when u dont have insurance Great job Aspen Dental and thank you

I enjoyed my experience here at Aspen. All the staff were wonderful, very processional!! They did their best to work with me, being that I didnt have dental insurance. I would definitely recommend Aspen to my family and friends. My favorite staff member was Jasmine! I loved her! She made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the work I needed done. This place is horrible do not go here. I was there for just a cleaning and it took over 2 hours. Once the doctor looked a my teeth (like 30 seconds), they then had to determine if they could actually get me in for a cleaning that day. Ridiculous.

I have always dreaded the dentist. So I am writing this review because I am blown away by the service I received there. The staff was friendly, smiling and never rude. They called me in within a few minutes of my appointment time. The scaling the hygienist did was amazing. I had to get 8 fillings. The dentist handled all 8 in two visits. they had excellent bedside manner and it was quick and painless.Also, I came in about 2 weeks before my insurance ended. The office accommodated all my dental work within that 2 week deadline. I was thoroughly impressed with their availability.They also were extremely helpful. I am a mom of infant twins, and I take care of them during the day. I had to bring them to my appointment. The staff were attentive to my brother who was watching them during my appointments and loved on my babies. It was so relieving to know they were kid friendly and I didnt feel like I was a bother.Thank you Aspen Dental. :)

The staff was friendly. The dental hygienist Darlene was gentle and made me feel very relaxed. Dr Singh has so far prepped me for my first of 2 crowns and the experience was much better than I expected. I can think of many other things that are more enjoyable than a trip to the dentist, but I was very pleased with my visit.

Miss Miller who did my X Rays was very professional. I give her 10 stars.I did not care for Dr. Sin, I believe thats her name. Pointing out on my X Rays teeth which have cavaties and than telling me they should be extracted. I always thought a dentist wants to save your tooth/teeth and not to extract the tooth/teeth.My over all visit at Aspen Dental was kind of disappointing. The staff was very pleasant as well as being professional. However, the dentist definitely gets 1 star from me. She will never touch my teeth!

Had a wonderful experience at Aspen. They have a very friendly and professional staff. My actual dentist was Dr. Singh. It was my first visit, she met me at the door with a smile. She turned out to be so talented that I was awestruck at her skills to the point I called my mother after my visit. She has ridiculously good small motor skills in her hands and a penchant for perfection. I am a skilled tradesman and have always admired the results of quality and knowledge. She has them both. I consider myself very fortunate to have found her. I have a bunch more work to go but have every confidence that I have the right person in my corner.

If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment and waited a hour to even be seen. They told me I needed a root canal that was going to be $3200. Went to a REAL dentist and told me I absolutely did not need one when in fact I just had a chipped filling that a crown would fix. Aspen didnt even do a thorough exam, the stuck a mirror in my mouth and told me root canal. This place is money hungry and absolutely does NOT care about your well being. Do not go here or you will pay thousands of dollars for dental work that you dont even need as they just want to make a profit off of you. Do not go here!!

We had a dental emergency on a Saturday morning, and everyone from the person scheduling the appointment to the front desk staff, X-ray technician and dentist were all so accommodating and kind! We were able to get an early appointment... and were seen within minutes of arriving. The appointment could not have gone better! I would highly recommend Aspen Dental!

Ok so at first I thought they were trying to get my hard earned cash.but its all good .went in terrified and Dr.Tin took care me was quick and painless . His assistant Scott is freaking fabulous just love him .so not what I had worked myself up for.Hopefully this experience is going to be as good as my full top extractions and centers were going in and coming out

The first thing that I noticed was how clean and professional looking, Aspen Dental looked on the inside. I also noticed you can pick up and read one of their magazines (I always bring my own) or watch their HD TV if desired. The dental assistant who took the X-rays made me feel very comfortable, and their staff members were very professional who also made me feel comfortable while there. I will advise family and friends, Aspen Dental is the place for your Dental needs.

All of the workers were so very Compassionate & Professional with my Mom... Everything was explained from step to step.... & the Perfectionism of the Dentist was to be admired.Very caring & wonderful experience ! Thank You so much !I would most definitely recommend Aspen Dental !

Just as many others have said, Marissa is a fantastic manager; however, thats not to imply the entire staff isnt wonderfully warm and helpful. Ive had a few visits so far and each time theyve gone out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Im happy to recommend this office.

I’m writing this with complete and utter disgrace. I have not been to the dentist in about a year and trusted the workers at aspen. I thought they would take good Care of me and consider my feelings. I scheduled to have my wisdom teeth out for today. And let me tell you, it was the absolute worst experience I have ever encountered in my life. The doctor pulled me in a back room and started being sarcastic with me about things which I had stated to them that I was nervous and that jokes were not helping me feel relaxed. I also expressed other concerns and asked questions such as “how long does this procedure normally last?” And he laughed and said 20 minutes. I was freaked out and was asking for some closure and his response was “If you can’t be calm we can’t do the surgery” and “you should be on anxiety medication “ I should have known to leave right there and then. The doctor started with the IV. I was laying down at this point and he proceeded to put a device in my mouth. I must have tilted my head a bit unknowingly and he threw his hands up and said “listen you need to relax or you’re going to have to leave.” At that point I did not do or say anything to upset the doctor. I began shaking uncontrollably and by this time the IV was starting to kick in. I had no time to feel reassured or relaxed about the surgery. During the surgery I became very agitated because I felt everything they were doing. I cried, I curled my feet, my blood pressure was way higher than normal. I acted this way because I had no control over what I felt. Anyone who can feel four teeth getting pulled and felt it would have acted the exact same way. Instead of politely telling me it was over, the doctor laughed as I was trying to sit myself up. At this point I could not speak about what I had felt but instead he approached me and said “what, are you mad at me?” Not, “everything is ok” or “you don’t have to worry about the headaches anymore you’re going to feel better now.” I couldn’t believe what just happened. I am never returning to this establishment. I feel so disrespected as a person and a patient. I would advise people to reconsider before ever considering this place.

Just a note to say my experience at Aspen Dental was great. I was a little nervous going in, but the staff was so helpful and friendly. I believe the ladys name was Alisia and she was training someone new. They were so good it made me feel totally comfortable. Thank you Aspen Dental. I will recommend you to everyone I know! :)

I had a pain in my upper right molar that a dentist brushed off as gum pain and prescribed me a special mouth wash for. It was suppose to get better, it only got worse. I called Aspen and they got me the same day. Upon xrays and examine it was determined that that pain was the start of needing a root canal. If it wasn’t for Aspen, I’d still be in pain “waiting it out”. Super friendly manager!

Its a nice place and nice atmosphere and poor service to let people know if you are on full Medicaid and Medicare that there is not help nor referrals to another dentist so all around i would not even give any stars nd will not tell others to go there....

First time here, not going to lie was a little skeptical but everyone there was amazing. Service was great up to the doc and how they explained everything thoroughly and in simple terms.

I would recommend this office to anyone with a fear of the dentist. They are very calming and understanding... take it from someone whose fear of the dentist has kept me away for far too long. I will definitely be going routinely for my check-ups now that I found this location!

Dr Tin is a magician. I had to have all four of my wisdom teeth extracted.... And it took less then 20 mins! It was fast and painless. I was worried because I requested to not to be put under... But he made me feel comfortable and I had zero pain!!!! I recommend him to anyone with teeth! 6 stars!

I wish I had great things to say about this company and this particular office. I had several teeth extracted by their contract oral surgeon and that went pretty well. I guess thats one nice thing. Another is that most of the staff seems very nice. Unfortunately, they have ruined my smile forever and refuse to make it right. It began about 18 months ago with several extractions and 2 root canals. First, my temporary denture was poured crooked in the front. Okay. It was only supposed to be a temporary, they made it quickly, I understood...sort of. But then came a series of blatantly bad dentistry events. First, I was fit with two front crowns that were a good 1/4 too long and way oversized for my mouth. I complained when they were put on, but was told that was normal. After a few weeks, I simply could not stand it anymore and I called and spoke to the office manager who made me an appointment with a different doctor that sometimes came into their office. She was great. She was able to reshape one of the crowns and remove the other, fitting me with a temporary while I waited for a new one. Even the temporary looked amazing. Then my mother had a stroke and it took me a little while to get back in to get my permanent crown put on. Unfortunately, that meant seeing my original doctor as the good doctor had gone on maternity leave. She fit the crown in place and it looked great. Then she cemented it -- crooked and jutting forward out of my mouth to the point the tip catches on my lip and rests there when my mouth is closed. Again,, I immediately complained. Again, I was assured this was the best possible outcome for me (even though the temporary crown had sat neatly in my mouth and looked great, very normal). Again I went home. This time, the tooth rubbed sores on my inner lip. Id had enough! I called the office and demanding that they immediately address my issue and correct it. I also explained that, as this would be the second time a permanent crown was removed due to their error, there was a very good chance the tooth beneath would not be salvageable. If so, I expected them to address that at their own expense as well. Eventually, they made me an appointment to see yet another dentist at another Aspen Dental location. My belief was that he would be addressing the problem. When I arrived for my appointment, which had been scheduled well in advance,, I then sat in his waiting room for two hours before being seen for 5 minutes where I was asked, repeatedly, What do you want me to do? I explained, repeatedly, that I wanted the crown to look reasonably normal and not just out of my mouth. He tried several times to excuse the issue as the fault of my tooth position, even when I explained to him that the temporary crowns looked normal and were great. That seemed to end that part of his excuse-making, but then I was told hed have to craft a new crown and I had to pay for the entire procedure myself. WHAT? Going back to the original Aspen Dental office produced no results.. Unfortunately, I fear I will have to take these hacks to court to get back the several thousand dollars I have paid for this catastrophe -- yes, even the good crown is rough due to being reshaped after their first error. Then Ill find a real dentist who can, hopefully, save my smile.STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They might be good for a cavity or a cleaning, but thats it. Period.

Everyone is very professional and nice. Prices were great for the amount of work needing to be done.

I am a non insured customer and have been billed for over $5600.00. I have not received all of the services that they were paid for with the credit line approved for. In addition, I have received no phone calls to follow up on receiving those services. The cavities that were filled feel a bit like sand paper. I still have pain after tooth restoration. I had surgery to remove two teeth. After surgery, I was left with marks on my arm and no post surgical doctor visit. The temporary denture made for me is so painful to wear. Honestly, do not get surgery here. I have had extractions before and Aspen was the worst of all of them. I still have a lot of dental work to do and I thought Aspen would be a good fit. It seems as they are just another corporation bettering their bottom line without really caring for the patient. I expected as a paying customer to be treated much better. I am going to have to call them and get treatment after my jaw heals and am a bit apprehensive.

Staff is highly professional and the greeting was personal every time. It took me 2.5 weeks with all the scheduling as I had only 3 weeks be For my vacation and I needed my dentures ASAP. I am so happy I chose Aspan Dental as they made the whole process comfortable and affordable. I highly recommend the professionals at Walden Ave Cheektawaga for all your dental needs.
