Price is the best thing about the place. up keep is ok but the repair request system is awful and the lack of communication from the adco office to its residents is also bad and the basement is underutilized with just one old coin operated washer and dryer. The basement should have more machines or sectioned off to bring in your own, it has the space

Reading the 1s rated reviews and I have to agree that customer service lacks in the rental department its almost discriminating why choose a career out of something you hate and have no professional experience in customer service you definitely should hire someone who has the qualifications in customer service it really does matter

Terrible experience. The lady that showed me the apartment was extremely rude and didnt even seem like she wanted me there. Not to mention the apartment is way over priced....I will not recommend these apartments to anyone unless u choose to be surrounded by rude staff and unsanitary people

I had to put a star down in order to post, otherwise no star for this place! My husband and I have lived there twice and yes they are nice apartments would be much nicer if they were updated. We were desperate at the time on the second move but our eyes opened up when we saw what was going on. My grandson came over to help us and went up to the pool and IT WAS CLOSED!! Happens all the time because the life guards are college students and cant make it all the time. We are out now and this is the reason I and my husband are writing this review..we just got our deposit back or should I say what is left of it. SHAME ON YOU ADCO, you charged us for things that were already there, I thought you kept record of damage when people moved out. FIRST of all you charged us for a large stain in the lrg. bedroom..THERE WAS NO STAIN! We have a dog, all those rugs should have been ripped up, it was the same rug from the last tenants and the tenants before! The blinds, my god you even pull them up or down they fall apart! As for the BIG one..275.00 for a burned countertop in kitchen..REALLY! I WASNT BORN YESTERDAY..there was no burn. I can prove there was no burn and no stain, WE took pictures when we left and I could go on. Yes I want my money back that they say I did damage or stain but I really want people to read this review. There is so much more going on but this would turn into a book. They are money hungry people, they dont care about you all they want is to see how much money they can get of you!

I had multiple issues while living in an apartment owned by Adco. My fiancé and I lived in one of their apartments in Depew from March 2015 until March 2016. I found out I was pregnant in July 2015 (which the landlord became aware of) and my due date was March 28th, 2016. One fun issue we ran into too many times to count was our vehicles getting stuck in the parking lot because their plow guys were slacking on clearing it out. I also had to walk from the Burger King parking lot (Broadway and Transit) to Terrance Blvd (where the apartment building was) in the winter with sidewalks covered in ice, while pregnant, because there werent enough parking spaces for each apartment (8 apartments, 6 parking spaces although 1 space of off-street parking was promised in the lease). I called the main office multiple times and the issue was never resolved. On February 28th, 2016, we received a letter from Adco that our lease was being terminated and we had to move out by April 1st. They gave us a MONTH to pack up and move out with no reason for the termination of our lease while also knowing I was pregnant, 8 months by this time. What woman in their right mind wants to pack up an entire apartment and move at 8 months pregnant? To top it off, they called me a week and a half later and offered the apartment back to us because they had a change of plans. This was a life experience that I will NEVER forget and although I enjoy life lessons, this was a mountain of stress that I didnt need while I was pregnant. Watch your back if you decide to rent from them.

Maintenance takes forever resolve issues. Apartment manager isn’t helpful and has bad attitude when you bring a problem up. The apartments are over priced. Would not recommend moving here!
