I am blown away at how well the crew works together, how nice they were and how safe they work.We had a 90ft oak tree that was 10 feet from our front porch taken out. The precision that was taken to remove each limb was astonishing. The equipment they use is amazing.You could not tell they were even here. They cleaned up everything! From the initial quote request on their website, everything was very professional and easy to work with! The scheduler set me up with a consultation with Logan where he came to my house and gave me a very competitive written estimate for the work needed. Since our job was smaller and not an emergency, we agreed that he would be in contact with me within the next two weeks for a time he could fit us in. He was extremely responsive through text which is always nice and I was able to request some additional services. The day came where he let me know the day before that his team would be coming to us the next morning and they showed up and knocked it out of the park! You would not have known there were trees there. I’m so glad I found Chattanooga Tree Service and would recommend them to anyone in Chattanooga!

Logan spent a good bit of time walking around with us to see exactly what needed to be done to clean up storm damage, cut down trees, remove stumps and brush. He gave us a fair estimate, even indicating which items might wait as it was an extensive job. His crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job of clearing, cutting and cleaning up. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else!

Logan and the guys were fantastic! They were on time and took great care. I had to have a large limb taken off our maple tree. They had no problems. I use to be a professional tree surgeon and did the same kind of work. From my experience they are what we call in the business top-notch.

Terrific work. Real professionals.I had one dead tree and then another in need of trimming away from the power lines coming to the house. John came out to give me the estimate, since it wasnt an emergency situation and due to the weather, it was about two weeks before they could get out. The dead tree was very close to our fence and actually taller than our live maple. The crew showed up and got staged quickly. In a very short time the dead tree was cut in sections and hoisted away to be either chipped or placed on a flat bed.They then trimmed up the maple to remove the entangled limbs that were kissing the power lines. They also cleaned the scrub under the tree so we can walk under without poking an eye. I was then told they would grind the stump as soon as the machine was up and operating, but to expect it to happen within the week. A few hours later he was back with the grinder and now, other than some mulch, that tree is history.I could not be more pleased with everyone at Chattanooga Tree Service.

I cannot recommend them strongly enough. The crew arrived early, was polite, worked hard and even raked our lawn and blew the debris off the sidewalk. I would also mention that they were half the price of the other quotes we got from salesmen in pricey brand-new heavy duty pick up trucks who looked like they did not like to get dirty.

We have used Chattanooga Tree Service a few times over the last ten years. They are extremely professional and well equipped to remove large trees without making a mess of the neighborhood. I watched them remove a 20’ plus tree and immediately feed the entire tree into the chipper. The tree went from standing to completely removed in about five minutes. It would have taken my neighbor JimBob with a truck and a Craftsman chainsaw three days to make that tree disappear. Guess what, when it comes to tree work, the professionals can do it cheaper than the amateurs. In fact, Chattanooga Tree Service was still cheaper than the other tree services I had price work.

We just bought a house and wanted someone to take a look at the surrounding trees/branches for anything of concern. Logan was able to come out quickly and give us an idea of what he would recommend. Just some limbs here and there, but they got the job done and went the extra mile cleaning up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them if you need any tree work done!

They were at my house at 9:30 in the morning to remove a tree, its stump, and prune a few trees. They were finished by 10:45 and too every bit of trimmings with them. I was super pleased with the speed and cleanliness of their work.

I have used Chattanooga Tree Service for many years! We had a recent need to have a Bradford Pear, that had split, removed and decided to have a large Maple topped. There was a small dead Pear Tree removed, also. We had them grind the stumps for the 2 removed trees.Fabulous people! Very personable as well as professional. The clean-up was great! Extremely disrespectful when it comes to neighbors of the people they are servicing. Every day that they worked here they completely blocked the roads preventing me and my husband from being able to leave and enter our own house! This goes directly against our rules for our community as no vehicles allowed to block to be parked on the street since it is so narrow and is a safety hazard. Furthermore they would not move their vehicle for 10-15 minutes at a time.

We are extremely pleased with the job done for us. Three large trees down, several threatening branches removed, and a couple of special requests fulfilled. They got the job done exactly when they said they would. We live in a tricky area for getting all their equipment in, but they did it without inconveniencing our neighbors.
