I went their to have a service repair but, I ended buying a brand new juki serger. Im thinking about getting me another sewing machine that caught my eye. The ladies here are so knowledgeable and helpful. Walking in as a beginner is a little overwhelming. Ive been to this store 3 times now. I wasnt greeted when I walked in any visit. We were headed to the door to leave when a lady asked my mother of she needed help. If this is the worst thing that can happen in this store, then good! The products are great! Anything from beginner to very complicated ( looking) machines are available. Gorgeous fabrics, project kits, quilting supplies and lots of things you didnt know you needed for sewing. Sewing and quilting classes are available. The building is very easy to find with easy parking. I also must say... These ladies really know their stuff.

I came in to have my machine looked at. The lady I talked to was extremely knowledgeable. She could tell right off that I was using the wrong type bobbin and the bobbin case wasnt properly installed ( my doing ). Once she corrected those two things she plugged in my machine and tested it out. It was still making a funny noise so I left it for repair.The repairman found out my bobbin case was off in size just a little bit and sold me a used case for a fraction of the cost of a new one. When I came in to pick up my machine he took the time to show me why my old case was causing problems and then showed me some common problem that can cause looping in the backside of the fabric when sewing ( which was the reason I brought it in ). He then showed me how to correct those common mistakes and taught me some things I didnt know about my machine. I almost feel like it was worth the cost of repair just to learn the things I did. I was very pleased with the way I was treated and impressed with how much everyone knew. Next time I buy a machine Im definitely coming here.

The lady name “ket” was very rude from the time she answered the phone. I was asking her questions and she kept cutting me off with an attitude and how do you offer classes but don’t have an teacher also you can’t “learn” anything that has to do with sewing clothes well what’s the point of having and sewing class!!!!

Heard about ready set sew and decided to check it out.. always in the market for sewing notions and possibly a new machine... well my opinion ...the staff is rude and made me feel very unwelcome, not friendly at all... over heard one of the staff telling the other one to watch me seriously?? just because i have tattoos means im going to steal from you? would NOT recommend this place to anyone i know i give it a 2 thumbs down...
