Wade Trammell had a property that he listed that I was in contract of buying. Very slow to respond to communications. Buyer and Seller beware! Some people should not be in this business, or get their act together. I lost out on a few opportunities that were better, costing me money and time that I can never get back. Very unprofessional. The contract was not done in good faith as it shouldve been.

This team is amazing. There are not enough good things I can say about this team. They were fart, friendly, professional and all around great. Wade was our selling realtor and Nick Schwartz was our buying realtor and these two, along with the rest of the team, knocked it out of the park!! There are a lot of teams to choose from in this area, and last time we bought a house we used a different team, but they didnt hold a candle to the Trammell Team. I would highly recommend the to anyone buying or selling a home!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Wade is an outright crook. My wife and I were looking at homes in the Chattanooga area and found a house we were interested in that was listed through Wade. We met with him(he was late), but the house didn’t fit our needs. We originally didn’t have a problem with him and mentioned we had some land for sale. As we began to talk with him about the terms if he were to list it for us, he explained that his commission would be 10 percent. That is nearly double the standard rate of 6 percent, so he instantly lost our business. We assumed that would be the end of it, but then we got calls on our unlisted home number from banks asking if we would like to be financed through them. When we asked how they got our information, we were told that Wade had gave our personal information. My wife contacted his office to express our displeasure and he dismissed our concerns and explained that it was in the disclaimer that if we signed up to receive information from him on homes in the Chattanooga area, that our information could be shared by him with 3rd parties. We also expressed our dissatisfaction with his greed and reminded him of the 10 percent commission offer he had given us. His reply was to double down and explain that that was standard, so we called his corporate office. It was no surprise to us that they didn’t confirm 10 percent as a standard and also explained that not all realtors give out your personal information. The bottom line is if you want someone to overcharge you commission and give out your personal information online don’t use Wade or any of his affiliates.

Wade helped us with our recent purchase in Ooltewah. Wade and wife, Ashley made our purchase the least stressful purchase we have ever made. Both are extremely professional, knowledgable and gave us great advice. Every step of the process went like clockwork! Everything was handled very professionally. They were always easy to reach and the whole process was flawless and enjoyable! We have new friends in Wade and Ashley and look forward to moving down there in a few years. Wade is extremely knowledgeable about our local market! We are in the process of listing our home with him and have been more than pleased with his guidance through this process so far! Assistance basically halted at the closure of the home. I allowed the seller to remain in the home after selling for one month. The final walk through was scheduled and Wade didn’t make the necessary arrangements until the very last minute- even with constant reminders from me due —to his lack of response. Then I find out the sellers didn’t disclose Powder post beetles (their own pest control company was aware of one month prior to our closing and they didn’t treat prior to closing or disclose.) Wade dropped the ball- said it wasn’t his problem- didn’t provide any names for anyone involved and NEVER again replied. Shameful!!!! I work in property management, some of which are C and up and coming B and A properties, and I will be involved with all salary figured clients. Word of mouth is the number one manner for marketing in this business- as are real estate sales- I plan to pass the problemed situation around to everyone I have the pleasure of speaking with- and I assure....no-one involved with this realtor or group will be referred. Completely unprofessional!!!!!!

We are currently living in Indiana but have been looking in the Chattanooga area for quite some time now in order to move closer to our children. Every agent that we have had encounters with besides Wade have not shown any interest in helping us. We would be told that we could expect phone calls back and they never did as they said they would. When Wade made the first call to introduce himself to us, we could tell that he was much different than anyone else we had talked to. He didnt try to rush off the phone when he found out that we werent looking to purchase right now but perhaps next year. He continues to keep us updated with the market there and is very quick to get us any information we may need in order to make a good decision for my husband and I. We have been very pleased and will definitely be working with he and his team as we plan to move to Chattanooga next Spring! I highly recommend Wade to everyone!
