Ive been going to Riverfront Medicine for laser hair removal on my face for roughly 6 months so far, and the staff has been nothing but kind and willing to work with me budget wise.They recently got a new machine for the place that is actually painless! For one reason or another Im extremely resistant to numbing creams, so this new machine is a godsend for someone like me! Whenever I get the funds Im absolutely coming back to get the rest of my body done.Massive props to the staff again. Its some much needed social interaction these days on top of, yknow, their treatments!

I saw the ad on TV and liked what I saw on the website but I had no idea how nice of an experience I was about to have on my first visit with Dr. Daniel and the nurses. Thorough and professional yet so friendly and relaxed in an exceptionally bright cheerful office. I didnt notice the waiting room because I never had to use it. Im very glad to have found a solution that makes sense in every way for me, being uninsured. Even if I was, it is far better than the high deductible.

I came to Riverfront Medicine, a 37-year-old momma, defeated by wrinkles and belly pudge. I work out and watch what I eat (to some degree), but this area of belly fat was not going away. I had already tried a few other options and even consulted to get permanent surgery. I hoped to find another way that I could bear without going under the knife, yet still finally fix something that made me self-conscious since I gave birth almost 19 years ago. I am deathly afraid of needles and never once considered Botox-until one of my quirky students pointed out the rate at which I seemed to be aging. I bit the bullet and made an appointment.SculpSure was wayyyyyyy different than CoolSculpt. With CoolSculpt, I begged and pleaded for what I felt like would be my life. If you have ever had contractions in childbirth, you can now understand the pain that I felt. The unrelenting nurse refused my plea. I did everything short of pledge my soul to the devil to make it stop. After thirty of the longest minutes of my life, I winced into my pants and limped into my car, vowing to never return. The week after, I had daily kneading of my poor, tender stomach. The next seven days were spent in loose dresses and dreading my nightly kneadings. I was left with a lumpy, sore stomach with no noticeable reduction and a pocketbook that was $1500 lighter.Fast-forward two years later. I still have the stubborn fat around my midsection that drove to me try CoolSculpt. I wasn’t willing to try that again, but I needed this baby pudge to go away since my baby went to college. I read reviews about sculptsure and looked for a trusted provider. I knew this would be different from the minute we started our consultation. Dr. Daniel let me tell her what I wanted and my fears about the process. She gave me options and explained how each option would work. I changed into a comfy, warm robe and followed her to what looked like someone’s living room. She gave me a warm blanket and then quickly hooked up me up to the machine. She also gave me some nitrous to make me even more comfortable. She sat beside me and walked me through what I should and should not experience, reassuring me that she could adjust the temperature. As I snacked on Goldfish and sipped water she provided, the machine went to work. Before I knew it, I was finished! I do not have all day, or even an hour, to lie down as I was required to do with CoolSculpt. I also could put on my pants comfortably. A week after, I do not have the pebble-like lumps under my skin. I have already noticed a marked difference, even after one treatment.On to Botox-I was anti-Botox. Period. It was a combination of the fear of the needle (see above for those feelings) and the aversion to looking “fake”. I was so pleasantly surprised that neither fear happened! We looked in the mirror together and I made various faces. She educated me on where I needed it and why. We walked back in the room and before I even had time to worry, it was over!!!! I would compare the discomfort level to that of a vicious flossing. I went back to the mirror and ………. nothing!!!! No swelling, no “plastic” look. I do not know what trick she had up her sleeve, but I had no swelling right after injection or after.The entire process took a little over an hour. This included all of the treatments and education. I dressed and went out to a nice lunch with my husband afterword. I felt absolutely zero discomfort. I was also super relieved to see that no one else could tell that I had anything done. I could seamlessly leave RiverFront Medicine and go to work. As I work with the public, this was extremely important to me. I also felt like my results have been the best of both worlds-instant and residual. I felt like I looked amazing immediately and I feel like I look even better now. I cannot wait until I have finished my recommended treatment plan and can post before and afters!!!!!!!!
