There will be a line--there always is, because this place is so good--but dont be dissuaded. The line moves quickly (particularly given how thoroughly they check out your vehicle when its your turn!). Great service, friendly staff, reasonable price (particularly with the Groupon).

Ive used the East Ridge Fast Lube since Ive moved back to Chattanooga - my mom recommended it because she always took her work vehicles here. Until today, I didnt know they owned another location on Broad Street. Id picked up my daughter from CCS, and my car started smoking so I turned in to get it looked at. I just knew this was going to cost a fortune. I was wrong, they repaired my radiator pump, gave me an oil change and recommended a school discount - I got out for $130. They even fed my pup a few dog treats and daughter a few suckers while they welcomed us to wait inside the shop. This business is simply honest and accommodating. Id recommend to anyone that owns a car.

The thing I love most about this shop was that they didnt try to upsell me on a million things. I went in for an oil change, they gave me some suggestions on what maintenance things I may want to do in the coming months but did not pressure me. As a young female often shops try to sell me things I do not need. Not here though. They were fast, professional and super nice! Will definitely be back!!!

I love the speed and record keeping at East Ridge FastLube. They know and can print out all my oil changes. They change my oil fast and remember what kind of oil I keep in the car. They know when I need an air filter and seem to always fill up my tires. An oil change is like a revitalization for my car.

Very reasonable prices, I have been dealing with them for 10 years and have NEVER been sold ANYTHING that I did not need. I trust them completely!!!! If they say I need wiper blades, air filter or whatever, I just tell them to put it on I have NEVER felt ripped off or felt that I was being sold ANYTHING that I did not need (yes I said it twice). On several occasions, I have brought in Subarus of various years (1998-2013) as well as a Miata, and a 1958 Corvette and have had them serviced, checked out and repaired with no problems whatsoever. Apparently, their mechanic can work on any car on the road today (or yesterday) and it beats me how they were able to get him! Nice people, very helpful, and trustworthy. My 2003 Subaru with a Blown Head Gasket (per the Subaru Dealer) which was repaired for $1500 less than the dealers estimate and is still going up and down Lookout Mountain on a daily basis. Evidently, whoever owns this shop has figured out that repeat business beats a quick profit! I take all of my cars here first and only go elsewhere if they say that I should. First Class operation and I would give 6+ stars if I could.

Best people to ever look at and service my car

Experience was different on the second go around so I gave 3 stars. My first experience was purchased on Groupon and I paid a really good price. Second oil change I did not use Groupon but prices are definitely better than other places without Groupon. If you drive for Lyft or Uber they offer a BOMB discount which is why i went the second time, you just have to let them know before they start working on your car....it makes me wonder though because I have BOTH STICKERS in the top right corner of my windshield AND a lyft sticker in my lower left back windshield....and i didnt get my discount but the lady in the office did mention as she gave me my receipt that at the beginning if you do drive to tell them and I didnt. But the speed of service is dope. I went around 11am or 12pm on a Saturday and I was able to pull right in.

This place does great work and everyone is very nice. Getting windshield wipers done is a little expensive though.

Extremely quick service, got my oil changed in 10 minutes on my way out of town, through the whole process they were incredibly kind and helpful. Midway through one of the guys noticed that my windshield wiper blades werent working properly so they fixed those for me as well. All in all a painless 15 minutes. I will definitely be a return customer.

Insanely quick! My wife told me they were quick and I clocked it. From drive up to finish it was 12 minutes 36 seconds and that was with a car in front of me. And very affordable

Great and kind guys. They really are there to give you quality service. The Jeep dealership said it would be $150 an hour to fix my broken side mirror. They fixed it up for less than $40. Very thankful for people who are there for their customers.

USE THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!I went in to have my oil changed last week and 7 days later my oil is tar black. I dont think they changed it. I went in to speak with a manager and he (Glenn) comes out very rude asking what did I want him to do. I asked him could he look at the oil to get his opinion on it and he tells me he doesnt need to look at it. He said that since I drove 1500 miles that it would be dirty. I then asked him how did he know if I drove 1500 miles when he hasnt even looked at my mileage and that the oil wasnt just dirty, its black. He started raising his voice to me about how I drive my car and that it was nothing he could do and that he was busy. I asked him what was his store number and that I was calling corporate and he walked off saying he was privately owned and for me to have a good day.Its not so much just about the $50 I lost. Its the way he spoke to me and his attitude from beginning to end. On my way to the BBB now.

Driving through Chattanooga headed to Atlanta, I stopped, hoping I could get in and out in an hour. I didnt really care how much it would cost for a high milage oil change... These guys crank it out in 15 mins! There was one person in front of me and I was blown away with how professional and kind they were. Wish I lived in Chatt cause it was super fast and was under $40 bucks! Get your oil changed there and get right back on the interstate taking a left outta there.

Great place. Always have you in and out fast with great service! I have been taking my cars here since I moved to the area. I dont trust anyone else. After I saw a potential problem they offered to drive to my location and check out what might be wrong... ended up nothing was wrong, but they still offered if I needed peace of mind.

My daughter had a severe tire puncture and called us for help but we were out of town so I called Fast Lube and they were about to close but said they would stay open and get her taken care of! It took her a little longer to get there because she was driving slow and they got worried and they were going to go look for here because they knew the direction she was coming from...has anyone else ever given service like that before? NO! Thanks to everyone at FastLube for this experience and all the many years of oil changes and other mechanical needs met.
