Prior to Mary Ann’s involvement, we were mired in a highly contentious legal battle that resulted in many court proceedings. After Mary Ann became involved, we have not been back to court. We wish we would have found her sooner.Despite significant logistical obstacles and a high degree of conflict, Mary Ann helped us achieve a parenting plan that has eliminated conflict and allowed our child to succeed. We have been back to Mary Ann throughout the years as issues have arisen. Without the involvement of attorneys or court, we have been able to modify our parenting plan as the need has arisen - despite difficult circumstances and significant disagreement at times.Mary Ann tackles difficult issues and sticks with them no matter how long it takes or how tense the situation may become. If you are looking for somebody that will simply tell you what you want to hear, Mary Ann is not the person for you. She will tell you what you need to hear, even when you may not want to hear it. Mary Ann truly cares about the children and understands how important the parental relationship is to children. She listens, sees the issues through the lens of the children, and helps you work toward common goals to minimize conflict.We are grateful for Mary Ann’s time and efforts. Our child would definitely not be where she is today without Mary Ann’s involvement. We look forward to watching what our child accomplishes in life, and we recognize that Mary Ann’s efforts have left their imprint on whatever she may accomplish. Simply stated, our child has had a much better life due to the time and efforts of Mary Ann Zaha.While we have not always agreed on many issues, we agree on one thing. There is no person we would more highly recommend as a mediator than Mary Ann Zaha.

Edited for clarification because the business has responded to state that I was not a client. My original review clearly stated that my husband was the client and that he thought the business was very unprofessional.I’m not sure what can and can’t be disclosed due to the company’s confidentiality agreements, but we will for sure be avoiding this place in the future.
