The staff here was very friendly and pleasant. My wife said that everyone involved in her procedure was very helpful and professional, and it went very smoothly. After recovery a nurse provided very important information on how to be aware if any internal bleeding was occurring. I would give five stars except for a communication issue. Our appointment time was changed, and we we were not informed of that before, or even after we arrived. Overall, a very positive experience here.

First time ever writing a negative review. My appointment was on 1/11/21. I was called 1/15/21 to confirm. I asked if masks were being worn by employees and assured that they were all wearing masks. The lady that checked me in was wearing a mask and nice & professional. On my way to changing room, an employee passed me that was not wearing a mask. The lady that did my test wore a mask but I told her to cover her nose too or I would have to leave. Upon leaving, encountered another employee not wearing a mask and I asked her if she was not concerned with COVID19 and she said no. Then when exiting the lobby, all 3 employees behind front counter were not wearing masks. This is a health facility and our county has a mask mandate for a health reason. They obviously do not care about their clients. I do not wish to discuss this a manager but will be happy to discuss with one of the owners. This is so sad to see from a health facility in Chattanooga.

My experience here was top notch. I had a mri done. The tech I had was very professional and she answered any questions that I had. My results were available the same day.

Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to in a long time! I went for an ultrasound my doctor ordered on my right leg that I injured at work a few years ago. After waiting over an hour, the “tech” comes out asking me what she should be scanning. I told her several times it was my right leg and I told her what happened again several times. She still kept asking me what she should be scanning. Veins, tissue, muscle what she kept asking. I finally got fed up and literally had to walk out before I lost my cool on her. 10/10 would not recommend AT ALL!!! You’re better off suffering in my opinion.

The staff are all very friendly and inviting. The waiting rooms are open and bright creating a comfortable atmosphere. Great imaging center and wonderful staff. They truly care about their patients and everyone is so kind.

This place is a joke. My wife’s Dr ordered a CT and sedation due to her back issues. The Dr at the here decided to go against her Doctors request and give her a pain med shot. Then had only given her half of the shot. After the scan he had asked her how she felt. She stated that she was jn a lot of pain. He said oh let me give you the rest of the shot. Why not glow doctors orders to start with. Sedation was ordered for a reason. Do your damn job like you’re supposed to.

Lovely experience. My family was worried about the process of an MRI but everything was stress-free. The staff was calm, personable, and professional - shoutout to Rachel and Mandy and Leah! It may seem small but your kindness meant the world to me and my family! Super clean facility and equipment, relaxed atmosphere.

Front office personnel not wearing masks properly!!!!!! Like this morning 7.10.2020, the ladies at the front desk had the nasty noses just hanging out of the nasty masks. Just gross and they dont have anyone checking temps or asking questions.

The staff were very friendly and the wait room and imaging room was big and inviting. My provider accidentally made my appointment for another location, but they were able to work me in and I was in and out in under an hour.

While I have no problem with the service I get at the time of the appointment, I do have a big problem with their billing. I have been overcharged three times now. They let it stay on the books until you catch it. The most recent experience has caused my FSA to be suspended because they still have not refunded my money. I will not go back.

Walk in the door and your met with kindness. Tabatha the ultrasound tech was friendly and informative. Dr. Kemmerer was thorough and has an incredible bedside manner sprinkled with humor.

My orders were mixed up on my first appointment with no attempt on their part to correct the problem, which resulted in not seeing a doctor. I was referred to them again seven months later for the same problem only to arrive (on time) and discover they had changed my appointment with a 7am voicemail on my home answering machine. Problem is that I leave for work at 6:30am. I took a half-day off from work for both of these appointments, so I’m out 8 hours’ pay for their errors. So do I think they are capable of providing the kind of care that my insurance and I have to pay top dollar for? Ultimately, am I willing to trust them with any aspect of my healthcare? My answers are no, and no.
