I have hauled a handful of loads for Mark Nicely over the past few months.Mark is great to work with and KCH pays on time.Hope we continue to do business with them.

KCH is hands down the best at finding the trucks I need to get the job done. Doesnt matter if it is a month out or 2 hours! They come through for me whenever I need them. Scott Guest and Jordan Norman are your go to guys! I do business with them daily.

Very slow at paying out around 60 days. That’s if I ever get a check. Called numerous times trying to get paid. Email all bills with freight bills in after unloaded. Called them in a month looking for my payment. Then she said she never received freight bill. Now she said have to wait another 30 days. Call and emailed Justin and never once returned calls or email me back. I wouldn’t recommend hauling for this company unless it’s COD.

He will monitor your freight from start to finish and is available 24/7 to answer all your questions related to your freight. I personally had an issue pop up at midnight and he answered the call, handled the matter and was professional although it was late and well past his office hours.

Would be hesitant to book again with this company. Booked a load with Brad Gregg to deliver in Waco TX, only to find out he was then fired. I was told my driver can show up between 11- 12pm. No app mentioned. Once we get there I was told driver has to leave we have a 6pm Delivery and they will not take him. Taylor Lusk agreed this is a bad situation and we did not mess up and they will pay for detention for him being. Total of 6 hrs of detention. Almost a month later i have yet to receive a revised rate with detention added. I am being told it has to be approved. A month later you didnt get it approved yet? This is not ok. I will defiantly stay away from booking with them for a while. At least until this is taken care of. i dont like and wouldnt expect anyone to be penalized for their mistake.

Stay away from booking loads with Brad Gragg. Booked a load out of Orangeburg, SC for loading on 10/19 between 0700-1700. Driver was 1/2 loaded by 1700 (when he arrived @ 1300), customer decided they were done for the day and KCH wanted us to stay until 10/20 - 0700 to finish loading and said nothing about reimbursement for time spent. We pulled our driver and they refuse to pay TONU. BAD BUSINESS, KCH doesnt follow their own contract / rate con.

Please stay away from this company!!DO NOT DO any business if you wont lose money.My Dispatcher did load for KCH. Load #:0370933.Load was booked with Justin Taylor. There was detention time @ the shipper and Justin promised to my dispatcher and O/O to pay for that time. After load was delivered he simply became AH and start BS us.When I tried to reach KCH manager 2 times it was unsuccessful. First time Justin said he is a manager and head of KCH and nothing will change, second time when I did call from my cell phone, another guy transferred me to someone and no one p/u a phone. Absolutely unacceptable business practice!
