Took my engagement ring here to be resized. They did a great job and it was finished in a week! The staff is all friendly and I was very happy with the service. The cost was reasonable and they cleaned my rings for free! Thank you very much.

I cannot speak highly enough about this business! I was in town for Ironman Chattanooga in 2017. My sports watch band broke a day before the race and a replacement could not be found at any of the sports goods stores. I took my watch to Dayle May Jewelers and the person I dealt with got the genius idea to sew and glue the band back together. The watch held up beautifully for my race! He was determined to assist me in any way he could. The only payment he requested was a simple thank you. You just dont find that type of customer service very frequently.

In the end I loved the ring I bought for my husband but the process was a nightmare. So around 2+ months before our wedding we went shopping for a wedding band. We selected a style, size and engraving and made them aware of our wedding date during this first appointment. It took a while to get it sized right and in the shop. They called me to tell me the ring was ready. Left a voicemail just to say the ring was ready-nothing else. I was out of town for a week. I didnt think twice about the voicemail because we were going to pick up the ring as soon as we could get back to Chattanooga. As soon as we were able to return my husband and brother went to the store to pick up the ring. They decided to close for two weeks with no notice whatsoever. My wedding day was in a week. We called, tweeted, emailed, and no response. So we had to use a cheap alternative for the rings ceremony. They failed to tell me that they were going to close for two weeks around my wedding date-which we made them aware of at the beginning of the process. No mention of this when I got their voicemail. We returned a week after our wedding to pick up the ring and they acted like the wedding was coming up and they had no idea what had happened after the multiple attempts were made to get in contact with them. We had to get it resized again!!! Infuriating.

My wife and I married in 2014 and planned everything except our rings. I dont know how we forgot; we discussed them, looked at them, and knew what we wanted. But we did not buy them.Dayle May procured the rings in 24 hours, including sizing.

I went to Dayle May to get my rings resized as they were irritating my finger. He let me know they probably dont need to be resized and I just need to remove them when washing my hands. He cleaned them for free! I will definitely go back if I want jewellery or need to get them resized in the future. Also, the puppies are super cute :)
