This company is like roaches. You dont want them, but to get rid of them, youll have to call in the professionals. They have consistently made mistakes in billing, which has been seriously painful on my end during COVID. If youre thinking about using them, think twice.

I have had 2 other uniform/janitorial services in our area and CINTAS is by far the best. Other companies pride on their prices, but prices arent always better. They would go up on cost after a few months of our contract and change our clothes to a much less quality without notice. CINTAS always has very friendly service whether its in person or on the phone. I choose quality over a slightly smaller price tag any day for our business.

Clothes smell like sulfur when they come back clean. Wrinkled from top to bottom. When you put a tag on them to replace a button or fix a tear it comes back unrepaired with the string still hanging on it where the tag was located to inform the company that it needs a repair. No drop off box if you forget to bring dirty uniforms. So now I have to wash these at home and my dryer smells like diesel fuel.....and they are still getting paid to wash them.
