I went by the office on Friday to drop off a box for work. They had closed a location. They were busy. No one was at the front. I saw a young man back on the right side who appeared to be typing on a laptop. I said I was told to drop this off. He started walking off and said youll have to see the girl up front. I went up to her, she was at a table with some other folks. Told her the same. She said take a seat and well get to you. I said Ive just got to drop this off. Again she more rudely said set down and wait for your turn. Hell, no one would know when their turn was. This young lady had no people skills. I wouldnt do business with them. Everyone waiting for them to open this morning had negative comments about them except the guy who was there to pay his bill.

WORST SERVICE HANDS DOWN! I can NEVER get a live actual human being on the phone! It’s an automated system and they want you to say what you are calling about but when you do explain or say what your issues are they try and give you more options and if those still do not help with the issues your having t The automated voice system well then tell you to hang up or give you the option to go back to the main menu and start all over again and basically go through the same thing you just went through but with absolutely NO RESULTS! I would not even have COMCAST/EXFINITY IF I HAD ANY OTHER OPTIONS! I would not recommend Comcast or Xfinity to any one ever! If you are looking for Internet phone or basic cable I would recommend EPB fiber optics! But unfortunately when I moved I moved to an area where HPV does not reach so I had to go with Comcast and I absolutely hate it it is the worst service as far as the Internet goes and also the cable! And don’t get me started on the customer service because I have never even spoken to anyone that is a live person since I’ve had Comcast, and I moved about two months ago and switched from EPB to Comcast worst decision I’ve ever made! So just a heads up to anyone who is thinking about getting Comcast…. DONT DO IT!

If I could go lower, I would. My husband and I returned our boxes, remotes, everything. However, they did not indicate that on our bill.. so we are being charged. When we started our service we told them we would set up ourselves like we always had, and not pay for a tech. However, we were told internet had never been at this house, so a tech would have to come out and hang the lines, but it wouldn’t be any charge on us, so it would get set up for free.. we were charged and when we went to get it changed we were tlld “that’s a valid fee, but we can refund you $20” ... ?? They weren’t suppose to charge us, so I don’t want to be charged. Our normal monthly bill of $163.63 ... was $684.85 ... AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO FIX IT!! Get your service through someone else. Period. They steal money from you. I’m so disgusted.

Xfinity is not customer service driven. The workers dont care. They are there to solely perform their duties. No interest in helping anyone, just doing the bare minimum. Retention personnel are no better. Their attitude is if you dont like it, go somewhere else. Ive been a customer since the early 80s, but I am looking elsewhere for my cable and internet provider.

Spent 8hrs trying to get internet operational today for new apartment.Technical Support said everything good on our end please reset modem.About 8 resets later still nothing. I clearly see online through my account xfinity app device not connected.I followed instructions and 8 tech people later issue still not resolved.Will return for full refund and go with different company. Windstream was so much better but employees of xfinity trashtalking Windstream but when I had Windstream in previous location no issues whatsoever. Lol

My address was locked due to someone else’s miss payment, I payed a fee of 275 dollars. I was on a 30 dollar plan and I was told that I was only going to be paying just 30 dollars a month but was paying 55 dollars a month. I also payed every month and never missed a payment. I missed one payment and got charged a late fee and all together my bill was only 42 dollars. Once I paid that 3 days later my service was turned off, I called to complain about the problem and they told me that I had to pay 275 dollars again and said they would charge me 95 dollars to turn it back on after I paid 42 dollars plus they gave me a streaming box that I did not need and charged me extra just for streaming. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

So far soo good always seem to be in good moods. I think the biggest problem is their credit card system fails and then it takes forever to get back online. Bad thing is when you give folks longer to think about their purchase youre giving them a chance to change their mind I would give more stars but gotta get that equipment fixed 1st. Well they LOST sale of Samsung S21 Ultra 2day idk who is responsible for FAILED equipment but corporate should know about this loss sale and yet another disappointed customer.

Having children in school and depending on wifi for their online classes, I requested a 6 day extension in order to pay the past due amount on my account and only being $101.00 behind. I was denied an extension causing my children to miss school. Thanks Comcast/ Xfinity. I wont forget about this. What is 6 days. After being with Comcast for 7 years. They cant give me a six day extension.

This store is ridiculous! They are supposed to open at 9:00 a.m and we have been sitting in their parking lot for an hour and they still have not opened. We have knocked on the door and the windows and on one is coming to the door to open. All the lights are on in the store and there are people inside and they are not coming to the door. This place is a joke!!!

I had been a Comcast customer for over 7 years. When I bought a new house it was sad to find out they didn’t offer services in my new address. I called to cancel my service and they did. A week later there is a charge for $200 on my bill for early cancelation. I called because it wasn’t my fault they didn’t offer services at my new address. Also the only reason I was under contract is because I signed up for NFL redzone and the marketing signed me up for a renewal for a 2 year contract without asking. During this dispute we held on to the equipment. Once we turned it in a couple weeks later to this store the clerk was very rude to my wife and said we owe another $200 for late equipment return and still kept the equipment! I have filed claims and have got nothing back. Go with EPB everyone. Comcast is not worth the headache.

Comcast has opened many accounts under my social security number that is not me. They are all under different names, different addresses! I have never had a comcast account and they have put all on my credit. When calling and filling out all their forms to prove that this is fraud and my social security number has been stolen, they are rude and not helpful. You cannot speak to anyone in America. I keep disputing on my credit and it keeps coming back that this is me. Be aware!!

They are thieves and you can never reach someone. If you have a Comcast store any where near you they are able to do basically nothing at the stores but sale products and services. If they make a mistake and take out extra money it’s weeks before they refund it if they ever do. 15 year customers and we went with EPB. Such a better company to deal with u like these thieves!!

Asked about xfinity cell phone plans and what was available. The two clerks told me that they had no specials or discounts. The website list several plans to make it more affordable to get the phone you wanted. The clerks were uninformed about the product or the specials.

It was a terrible experience. Instead of fixing their (Verizon) mistake, he refused to help me and made the excuse that I had to go to the original store of purchase (Hixson, which made the original mistake of not entering the correct address that we have her). So, both of these stores were terrible at customer service. Fortunately, the representative on the phone from Verizon fixed everything. I give a zero customer service grade to both of these stores.

If youre trying to decide between xfinity and another provider then PLEASE pick ANYONE else. Xfinity is more expensive than most and has horrible quality. There are constant connectivity issues and outages that last for days at a time. When (if) you get connected the internet is spotty and shuts off randomly. If you try to call to get help you basically have to go through a background check and an interview by their incompetent automated system. The only positive about Xfinity is their customer service over the phone(if you can crack the code with their automated system to get through). Save yourself the headache and frustration and go somewhere else. Or go back to dial up. That would still be less frustrating.

After 11 years of decent service, and 4 months of inability to correct intermittent loss of signal. I was charged a termination fee because they adjusted my rate and did not tell me it was a new contract. Do not do business with comcast, all they want is your money.

Went in to get a new box, and waited for 45 minutes just to walk in to be told that their system cleared everyones name for the line. Multiple people originally behind us went in first. Whrn i approaced the workers the AP was very rude about it. Walked back out to my husband and the assistant manager insisted on talking to him instead. Tons of other people waiting in line, and the AP was a complete jerk to all of the customers. Terrible service.

Terrible service..Was put on hold for over 25 minutes..Cant ever reach a rep without going thru a stupid machine which takes forever..If you have rental property as I do and a rent house needs a coax cable ran correctly cause it was left hanging from the ceiling you can forget about getting any help..So I showed their azz but cutting the cables..I reccomend EPB..

The wait times are very long. Reps are either nowhere to be found, or occupied for long periods of times. Ive even seen one pull out her cell phone. Since prices are going up, the least you can do as a company is provide excellent customer service. Not happy Xfinity!

When I try to reach billing, they tell me I cant go there because I am not the primary user. I AM THE ONLY USER!! They just run me around in a loop and never let me talk to anyone. They are using the virus as an excuse to make their horrible service even worse. They charged me for 3 weeks when I didnt have service due to a tornado

Went to this store to pick up x-fi enhancers because thats what the 1-800 customer service rep told me to do. Store attendant wanted to to charge me for them until I pointed out that they are supposed to come with my account for free. Rep told me the free enhancers come through some sort of testing at my house and cannot be gotten through the store. Frustrated... drove around town because original phone rep didnt know what he was doing.
