I used Molly Maid for the first time today and am so happy with the results. Angel and Marin were professional, did a fantastic job, and really care about what they do. They were friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. They both paid close attention to detail and my apartment is now spotless. Highly recommend!

The service I was provided was not up to standards. The ladies cleaned my fans and left the dust in the light fixtures and in my furniture and floors, my shower floors weren’t don’t properly, glass on doors weren’t cleaned. These are items that are normally addressed when I personally clean my home. I understand having someone else clean your home is a privilege but when paying someone to do a job you want it done adequately and you want the service to reflect the price that was paid…that was not the case in this instance.

Katelynn & Chelsea are thorough and professional. This was my 3rd cleaning with them and I have been pleased. I had asked before my first cleaning that they focus on baseboards, wood blinds, and floors. I called because I felt the baseboards & blinds were overlooked - maybe not communicated to them. I was very pleased with the next cleaning!!

Ashley Farrar and her team does an excellent job of cleaning your house and making sure that you are completely satisfied. Ashley uses all natural products so that you dont have harsh chemicals in you home. I recommend them to anyone that needs their house cleaned. Dont hesitate to call them and schedule an appointment.

Hired them for a move out cleaning of just my kitchen and bathrooms, you know, since those are typically the hardest to get perfect. Three maids came, supposedly took an hour and a half (I couldnt stay), and it looks like they just lightly wiped the surfaces and mopped. Absolute minimum effort. Ive never seen such subpar work from a professional cleaner. Terrible.Attached are just a few close-ups. You can still see and feel built up water stains. I clean better then this. I hired a pro to go above and beyond what I couldve done. Anyone can do better than this.

I was gifted a cleaning from 2 dear friends. I wasn’t pleased with my first cleaning, and when Molly Maids followed up asking about my satisfaction, I was honest. They were very concerned about my displeasure and sent another crew to clean. Chelsea, Heather, and Angel did an excellent job, and I am happy to recommend their services. I truly appreciated their desire to make things right.

While I was initially disappointed with the deep clean of my sister’s home, the professionalism that Chelsea had was UNMATCHED.Not only did she take the time to inform her manager of my dissatisfaction, but she fixed the issues the very next day with a new cleaning partner. The house looked great when they were finished.I am so impressed with Chelsea’s work ethic and absolute professionalism. She should be a manager of this place. She is a gem!!

April and Cadence were awesome! They called ahead, handled everything very professionally, and provided a through deep cleaning of our 3 story home. We will definitely use them in the future!

Alicia and Destiny came on time and were charged with doing a thorough cleaning which included everything from microwave oven to blinds and leather sofa cleaning. Thought they would do a deeper clean, missed a ton of work. Did not clean bathroom mirror, and ceiling fans. You can easily do the work they did. Nothing special at all.Communication was not the best. We discussed that they would clean windows over the phone and that was not done also price was set over the phone but was not held.Do not recommend this company, it is not worth it.

I called Molly Maid the day before we were unexpectedly, happily bringing our little preemie home at last from the NICU. We wanted/needed a crazy clean house for his tiny self, and Molly Maid delivered and then some. To be not only available and willing on such short notice, but to do such an outstanding job on the house (with our 2 crazy dogs!) as well for such a reasonable price, was a huge blessing to us. I cant say enough good things about the service, and about the owner, Ashley, and Im so very grateful.

9 out 10 = Excellent! They clean everything they say they will. Consistent job every week. Most of the time they even de-clutter and organize the mountain of toys on the floor, which is way more than I expect, but it is certainly appreciated.I highly recommend them for regular cleanings or for a one-time spring cleaning job.

Theyve told me several different things regarding the price. Initially a cleaning would cost X, but when they actually came out, they said it would cost Y.They did a great job cleaning; so great that I wanted to schedule cleanings on a regular basis. When I called to set up regular cleanings , no one answered, so I left a message. Someone called me back to say someone would call me tomorrow. No one ever called(?!?).So the estimate/pricing process is super sketchy and theyre not overly concerned about getting new clients.

I really appreciate Gladis and Tony. Not only are they efficient and thorough, they are two of the kindest and most considerate people I know. My husband is an invalid and they always come in and check on him. It makes our day when they are here.

Nothing really to say except for the price they do a very good job. They put my dog downstairs so as not to scare her(hates vaccums), and they let her back up when they leave. I’ve never had anything but good dealings with all associates.

Molly Maids do a wonderful job cleaning our home, even with cathedral ceilings and rafters that take an extra long dusting apparatus, which they provide. Gladis is always kind and a pleasure to work with. It was great to have Ashley join her this time. They are also good with our 4 pets, who are always delighted to see them.

Worst house cleaning service I have ever encountered.They charged me 150$ to clean my new house I thought it was affordable for a deep cleaning which is what I was expecting. I was very specific how I wanted their time to be used. All I wanted was them to clean all my windows and the dust around the house if they got to the bathrooms and bedrooms thats fine but my major concern was the dust and windows. At the end of it all the windows where still filthy with smudges all over and there was still dust everywhere. They sat around for 30 minutes doing absolutely nothing. Do yourself a favor and just hire somebody on the side to do your house cleaning.

Friendly to our pets (dogs) and they are personable and reliable. They are efficient, do a good job cleaning and the house looks good when they are done.

Molly Maid cleaned the house I was moving into. I assumed that meant cleaning baseboards, wiping cabinets, bathroom cleaning, etc., but it looked like only the ceiling fan blades had been cleaned the the rooms vacuumed.

I love the way my house looks and smells when Gladis and Tony come to clean. The are always friendly, personable and get the cleaning done.

Ladies were nice but the company overcharges.$303 for 5:20p.m.-7:57 p.m.Consumer beware.

My husband and I hired Molly Maids to do a move-in, deep clean of the first home we had purchased, before we moved in. We were at the home when they were cleaning, and we are severely disappointed with their work- we had to ask them to clean obvious places they had missed, they were in a rush to get done, and one was on the phone saying they would be done soon. Upon moving in, we realized they had missed much more than was previously noticed. The fans were not dusted, drawerers and cabinets were skipped completely, bathroom build up had also not been cleaned. I have OCD, and I hired a professional cleaning service to avoid an OCD episode upon moving in; the problem with Molly Maids is they were not professional and their lack of effort made my episode worse.

One crew was excellent, the others were terrible so I cancelled their service. Last crew came out and had no idea what they were supposed to clean, missed a lot of places, floors, counters, etc. I called to cancel their services and got an answering machine. I gave them the chance to call me back and discuss the matter but no return call. The next day I called again to make sure they got my message and got an answering machine again and once again no return call. Very poor way to do business. Might have given a better rating if they called. We started off on the wrong foot with the major first cleaning that was a disaster. I will not recommend this service place to anyone. I feel like I wasted hundreds of dollars that would have been better spent on a robot vacuum.

Some waste baskets not emptied, some not refilled with a bag liner, not even the basket of dog toys moved to get the floor cleaned behind it, two kids beds not made and left like the kids made them, kitchen counters and table not wiped down (I could still see the grime on the counters and table in the sunlight).

Hires them to clean an entire house that we purchased. They did a horrible job and I had to get some other people come in and clean later in the week because Molly Maids were lazy and pathetic. I called back several times and kept getting the we will have someone call you back and will come back out and clean it again, but they never did. Will never recommend them to anyone.
