Dr. Parker was excellent during my visit. He was thorough and explained everything that he was going to do. He explained my options and explained if one didn’t work out like I wanted we would go to the next one. He was so very kind throughout. I was very impressed and happy I chose Audiology Services of Chattanooga. If you are looking for an audiologist that wants to help you go see Dr. Parker.

I came in with concern for my ears after some discomfort, and Ken was super helpful. He has a super easy to approach personality, and made my visit very enjoyable. I was pleased with his straightforward help and the general patient first atmosphere of the office. Would def. recommend.

My visit was pleasant. Ms. Ward conducted my hearing test/evaluation and the results were explained to me in a fashion where I could understand. She took time to make me comfortable and answer any questions I had. I am excited about my new care and treatment plan. Why go anywhere else?

Our experience with Audiology Services of Chattanooga was AWESOME! My 87 year old Mothers hearing had been deteriorating over the past couple of years and we took her in for a hearing test and it was determined that she needed hearing aids. She wasnt completely on board about getting them at first. Cheryl Ward made everything so easy and made my Mother feel comfortable and at ease about everything. I cant say enough great things about our experience. Cheryl Ward is the BEST!

The staff here was very nice & welcoming! They followed the CDC rules for Covid!! Cheryl Ward was fantastic. We talked like old friends & she was very thorough & informative. Made me feel very comfortable with the testing. She told me my hearing is starting to decrease some but that overall it was still okay & advised me she would like to check it again in 2 years. I already marked my calendar to call in April 2023! I highly recommend them!!!

Not only was the office staff very warm and friendly, so were the other patients who visited while I was there for a free hearing test. Ms. Cheryl Ward, BC Audiology Technologist took more time with me due some unexpected findings. I recommend this entire crew to anyone in need of hearing medical expertise.

The experience was very positive, Dr Ward confirmed mu suspicions about hearing loss, and also she cares about how this might be affecting the patients life....Gave suggestions for solving this problem, or at least improving the condition, which is something I will consider.

I was doing a comparison shopping for a new Audiology Service. I made an appointment to come to this office mainly to ask questions and meet the Doctor. I was very impressed with the surroundings and the expertise of the Doctor and his staff. My shopping ended right there. The doctor adjusted my hearing aids. The technician conducted a hearing examination. I now have a doctor and a friend and shared my decision with both doctor and staff. The visit, efficiency and overall treatment was outstanding. The overall visit was most enjoyable and met all of myexpectations.

Having a hearing impairment is difficult!I’ve been to several audiologists but this location was by far my best experience. For the 1st time I felt like someone really understood my daily struggles!!

I was in desperate need for a hearing test for a new job that i was starting the next day and when I called at last minute to schedule at the end of the day I was told to come in and they would fit me in. What a blessing to know there are still businesses that are compassionate and caring. They are a blessing to all. Ken is a genuine honest person, who makes you feel comfortable and walks you through the what and why of caring for your ears.I went to Kens office because I had some recent trouble flying on airplanes and wondered if it could be an inner ear issue, or maybe could even be resolved with a cleaning.Ken walked me through possible scenarios and tests on my ears.Excellent experience,Thank you for your help Ken!--- Justin

While going around once when you come across the right mix of personalities, with a concern and ability to see conflicts resolved, and the meetings are enjoyable it doesnt make ones next visit a chore, they will be waiting with a friendly smile and cater to your needs. It was a return visit for my husband as his hearing had declined and since his hearing loss is related to his previous employment he was entitled to new hearing aids. Cheryl Ward did an amazing job with him testing and fitting him with much easier to use hearing aids. We go back to get his new hearing aids next week and we cant wait. Audiology Services of Chattanooga came highly recommended! They deserve the praise. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I felt that they genuinely cared more about the individual than just promoting the products.

My companys Health and Safety Officer made the arrangements to have my hearing tested. An audiology student conducted the testing. She was very pleasant and kind. Even though Dr. Parker didnt do the testing himself, he was very kind, considerate and took the time to talk to me afterwards. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Prior to my review, I looked at the many other reviews and found that I could not increase the many positive comments with any new comments of my own; except one negative comment about pricing. That lucky person had insurance that covered about 50% of the total price. Most people in our age bracket dont have any insurance coverage.Although the individual cost of $2,500 for each aid obviously includes some hidden services, I didnt find this fee excessively overpriced. I learned that Dr. Parkers services include continuous follow up visits for about 3 years for various reasons to maintain the integrity of the Starkey hearing aids. Although it started out with rechargeable batteries, my units were in need of a better recharge appliance to keep my batteries in good working order to which Cheryl Ward and Dr. Parker quickly provided that upgrade to the recharge appliance that is now working (under some trying conditions in my daily activities) wonderfully. I have had no problems with getting follow-up appointments to get to the best hearing aide service that I needed. I recommend them to anyone in need of hearing aides.

These guys are awesome! They are purely interested in the patients best interest. One family member felt that he needed a hearing aid and went to get it checked out and was told he did not need one at that time. This clearly showed they werent trying to sell anything or make money dishonestly. They have been great to menas well, helping me sort through confusing insurance policies and excellent personalized follow-up checkups. I have already recommended them to many other people and will continue to do so!

Frkendly people rate low because they are way overpriced. Range with 2500 insurance was still going to cost out of pocket over 2200.00
