The facility was clean and had a lot of climbing amenities. My only caution to potential customers is that other gyms might have more beginner-friendly routes.

Synergy is an excellent climbing experience! Its a good place to train hard to get stronger as well as meet and make friends. The setters do an excellent job setting new and interesting problems and the Ninja warrior area is an outstanding place to challenge yourself as well as the kids area is perfect for occupying your children. Highly recommended!

I don’t even know where to start….Coming from another state where Ninja is a huge part of the community I live in. I was really looking forward to training here because I love seeing how classes operate, meeting different coaches, and training with different obstacles. I came in today with my bf and sister in law to get a feel for it. The two guys up front had absolutely 0 communication skills. We asked simple questions about what the ninja class had to offer, and were greeted with mumbles and blank stares. Which is unfortunate, as the facility itself is marvelous. I understand that the idea of Ninja training may be new to the community, but for the first two faces we saw to never even place 1 smile on their faces and not have a single idea about the offerings there as if what I was saying was alien? I mean, your sign out front says Synergy Climbing and NINJA. Your front desk has to at least have a basic understanding of the basic operations of the gym and provide a welcoming atmosphere. I’m visiting for the first time, get me excited to have walked into your business! I also love climbing and bouldering. Even if that is the major focus here, I absolutely will not come here ever for even that. The worst vibe possible. So unfortunate for a beautiful facility. I wouldn’t be surprised if you could have had a steady ninja class already if it weren’t for your atrocious front staff. I’m just saying. Who knows who else decided not to even try it. Heads up 👀

The upgraded facilities, amenities, and equipment are incredible. Truly spectacular. But what really gives it a fine touch and elevates the brand is the staff. They give it that ol TBA feel. Plus I told Matthew Id give him a solid review. Hes always asking me why Im not outside.

Best climbing gym in Chattanooga. Very clean, they are enforcing proper PPE while inside the building. Climbing for all levels.The Ninja gym is awesome. Definitely recommended for all ages and skill level.

Wife and I are new to climbing and booked a private with Wills. He was incredibly nice, helpful and helped us better understand more about the sport. Not to mention hes an incredible climber! The prices are hard to beat in the area, the facility is top notch and everyone was very friendly. If youre searching for a climbing gym in Chattanooga, this is the spot.

The coaches are so nice they will help you at any skill level even if you did not pay for training. When I come to the gym I am happy and motivated that I will have a rich and lasting experience at Synergy rock climbing I highly recommend that you go and have fun!!

Incredible facility! I’ve been to countless gyms over the past 14 years and Synergy stands out above them all. Quality routes, for every skill level, that give beginners a great experience and the best climbers a serious challenge. The community is one of the strongest features in this gym, everyone is psyched and welcoming. Plus free parking and ninja?! Can’t beat it!

A great climbing facility with some of the best setting Ive ever climbed on. I highly recommend if you want to take your climbing to the next level and have fun while youre at it.

This place is the best part of the day! Who knew bouldering could be so addicting. The gym is absolutely awesome along with the owners and staff! I felt instantly welcomed from the moment I stepped foot inside. Highly recommended!

This is such a cool place to go. We have 4 kids and they all love coming here; 1 is on the team, and another 1 is starting up with coaching. The staff is wonderful, the coaches are amazing and it’s a fun environment. This is just a wonderful place to climb and just keeps getting better.

Amazing experience! The rout-setting was exceptional with a nice variety between the old school TBA power climbing, and the new school comp style. Very fun! Easily the best gym in Chattanooga by a long shot. Can’t wait to go sesh again soon!
