I tried Brigade CF when I got to Chattanooga, it was the 2nd worst CF gym I have been to on 6 continents. Then, then I found lookout fitness in Chattanooga. I am so happy here! Trainers are supportive, kind and the cost is $50 cheaper per month than Brigade and their bully trainers and horrid owner. Come to Lookout Fitness and enjoy your fitness and their wonderful staff

Lookout is THE BEST. When I moved to Chatt, I tried out a number of crossfit gyms. I dont necessarily love lifting, so I need a community to make it more fun and to motivate me. The community at lookout is unlike any other gym I have been to. It truly is a no-judgement zone where people show up and make the workouts exciting. The coaches are all super helpful and really know their stuff. They go out of their way to help you take care of your body and get the most out of your workout experience. If you are looking for a way to get stronger while gaining an awesome community, Lookout is the place!

Lookout fitness is a fantastic gym with wonderful trainers and classes. Other members are so welcoming and engaging to new comers. The process of joining is quick and the classes are challenging but so much fun! They have multiple class times to go and they make sure you’re well taken care of while training. Its crazy and concerning to see a gym get all 5 starts so at first I was weary about it but I have officially completely the 6 week challenge and I have to say now I know why they have 5 stats all the way around. Lookout fitness was an amazing experience. The coaches are great. They are very educated and give you all the support you could ask for with all levels. Whether you are expert in working out or just beginning. The 6 week challenge really gave me an eye opener on nutrition and motivation I needed to get back on track with my weight loss journey. Sad to be leaving after the 6 weeks, but Def would be staying if it was closer to my house. But the drive was definitely worth it for the 6 weeks challenge. Thank you to all the coaches. And owner Coach Z for giving me this opportunity and pushing me along the way.

Have you been trying to loose weight for years and given up hope because you are older and it is harder to loose the weight now? I understand. I too had given up hope of loosing weight, but the six weeks challenge was just what I needed. I tried to loose weight on my own for years. I tried Weight Watchers, Plexus and Dr. Phil’s weight loss book, but nothing worked until I tried the six weeks challenge at Lookout Fitness. Clay and Casey taught me what to eat, and how much to eat. They also showed me fun and challenging exercises. They gave me the encouragement and accountability I needed to complete the challenge. I went from a size 12 pants back down to a size 8 in six weeks! I was very excited and thankful. It gave me a great sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. If I did it, you can too. Lookout Fitness’s six week challenge is definitely a challenge. But with the coaches, members and staff’s support, it’s an awesome experience. They created a diet plan for my needs and scaled every workout to my ability. After six weeks I’m down 15 pounds, haven’t had one migraine (this was a weekly thing), and feel/ look great. I highly recommend Lookout Fitness!

Lookout Fitness is amazing! Every single one of the coaches really cares about you and makes modifications in the exercises if you need that. They push and encourage you to do your best, comparing you to no one but yourself. The nutrition plan is extremely helpful and works well with the exercise as you are never hungry. I just completed the 6 week challenge and what a great experience. The coaches are so supportive and knowledgeable.During the workouts, the coaches motivate you to push yourself and offer suggestions for modifying if you are a newbie. My favorite part was the nutrition counseling. You eat real food in the right portions and you lose weight. I highly recommend Lookout Fitness.

I love Lookout Fitness! Its bright, wide open, and welcoming. The coaches are fun and take time to fully explain how to do each movement. They help people modify the workout as needed, too. My favorite thing is that we dont do the same workout every time, I love the variety! And its not the same thing for one straight hour, they mix it up. I think coach Casey, Z, and Brooks do a very good job of making it a balanced workout. I would highly recommend this gym to any friend.

If you are trying to make long term fitness goals and healthy eating habits a priority in your life I highly recommend checking out Lookout Fitness. The staff and members are so supportive and welcoming. I just finished the 6 week challenge and feel amazing, both mentally and physically. The workouts are challenging and I never got bored. I really appreciate the focus on form and safety. I have an old injury so feeling like I’m working out safely and can trust my coach is very important to me. The coaches always offered modifications when needed and checked in with me.I haven’t been to any other gym where nutrition was a main point of focus. The diet is strict, but totally worth it. After two weeks I felt a major difference in my mood and energy level. If you get bored with the meal plan or are having cravings there is a recipe book that is a life saver. Trust the plan!A few tools that really worked for me in the area of accountability were the app that is used to reserve classes, the monetary incentive to follow through( You put down a deposit which is returned or applied to a membership upon completion of the challenge/ meeting your goal.), and the weekly weigh in with coach Casey. I’m not always the best with commitment.That being said, this may be one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Thanks Lookout Fitness!!!

This place is awesome! Great workouts and they take a lot of pride in their culture, the coaches know everyone by name and are always rooting for you and pushing you to get better. I did the 6 week challenge and really enjoyed it. There are people of all fitness levels and the new members joining each week through the challenge means there is always someone to discuss meal plans and workouts with. I highly recommend this place!

What I can say about lookout fitness?The entire crew left me a deep impression during past weeks. The owner Clay and Manzu, very smart and easy to approach. Coaches Casey, Jordan, Grace, Brooke etc. all friendly and professional. By following specially designed group workout people will get easily engaged. Incorporating with the nutrition seminar they will really train you as an athlete!I have been to different types of gyms and lookout fitness is definitely my favorite. 5/5 no doubt.

I recently completed the 6 week challenge at Lookout Fitness and it did so much for me! Besides simply losing weight from changing how I was eating, the coaches were so awesome & supportive through all the work outs, check ins and anytime I had a question. They all were fantastic when it came to scaling a work out to moves that were more attainable for me but still encouraging to try new things and push myself too. It was an awesome jumpstart on my health journey & I am so glad that my husband & I both spent this time & got to know such awesome, encouraging people!

Participating in the 6 Week Challenge was the best decision I made for myself in a very long time! The staff is very supportive and encouraging. Not only did I lose weight and gain muscle, but I also gained confidence and fell better about myself. The atmosphere will keep you motivated, which was exactly what I needed. I was very doubtful of myself upon entering the 6 week challenge at Lookout Fitness, but I surprised myself in many ways once I eased into the program. I’ve gained strength and developed a healthier lifestyle, and it’s all thanks to the wonderful coaches at Lookout Fitness. I had the privilege of working with Casey, Emma, Coach Z. At first I was nervous because I have a muscle disorder and I wasnt sure if I would be able to do the workouts. All of the coaches helped me modify the workouts so that I was able to do them. If you want a gym that actually TRAINS you and prepares you for each workout, then this is the place for you! Casey, Z, Emma, Brooks, and Clay have all been extremely positive and motivating. The members of the gym are all very kind and cheer you on when you’re just about ready to drop from exhaustion. I completed the 6 week challenge and made some surprising gains! This is definitely the type of gym that you’re excited to go to instead of dreading it. I strongly dislike mornings, but the 6:30 am workouts made me have more Energy for my day and it ended up working the best for me. With that said, they have several times that will accommodate most schedules. and if you’re concerned that you are not “up to par” then allow me to challenge you - they will work with you at whatever “level” you are at. So DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED! You will see progress! #wallballsforlife

This place rocks! AND kicks butt at the same time. From the trainers, to the trainees, to the music, to the intense workouts. I have no complaints at all. If anyone is looking for a gym to join or switch to, I highly recommend Lookout Fitness. They have a variety of classes, but mostly they are just REALLY nice people who genuinely care about the people coming into the gym. They give really helpful nutrition advice/coaching and dont use a one-size-fits-all approach. They are super encouraging and also very good at working around your limitations. Clay and Coach Z are truly awesome people and you should go check them out.

This is the best place I have found so far to workout in Chattanooga. Very easy to get to and they have great class times that really work for my chaotic schedule. Even though I am new to this type of gym, I never felt it. All the coaches are so welcoming, understanding of the different levels of people’s fitness (mine was very low, but much higher now) and they are all very approachable to answer all your questions. You know the bar from “Cheers” where everyone knows your name, this is the gym where everyone knows your name. Best feeling ever and there’s a bonus. THERE IS NO JUDGEMENT HERE!!! Facility can be easily accessed from the interstate & has ample parking. You are exercising with individuals from all fitness levels and the best part - you do not have to sign up for a specific class time for each day - this may not sound like a huge perk but think about it - when you get off of work early you can bebop to the 4:30 class instead of twiddling your thumbs for an hour waiting for the 5:30 class to start OR if work runs late / traffic is bad - it does not ruin your work out plan because you can still participate in the 6:30 class without calling to ask if class is full

I just completed the 6-week challenge with Lookout Fitness. Going into the challenge, I wasnt sure what to expect (as I tend to prefer working out solo, or with a partner) in a class environment. With that said, I really enjoyed the classes, and found the group setting to be very encouraging and a major boost to energy, when youre on the edge of giving up.The coaches are all great at what they do, and show a real interest in getting to know each person individually. And they clearly care how you are progressing, and are eager to provide assistance if you need any help along the way!With the help of everyone there I was able to meet my goal, and stick to the meal plan (despite all of the free meals, donuts, and Halloween candy I was exposed to!), resulting in meeting my personal 6-week fitness goal!It was a great experience, and would encourage anyone who is on the fence, to go for it! 👍💪

Just finished my 6 week challenge here and I cant say enough good things about this place. The provided meal plan worked phenomenally for me and the food options were great enough that I sometimes forgot I was on a restrictive meal plan. What really sets this place apart is the people. You can really tell that every staff member is rooting for you and actually cares about your progress and wants to see you meet your goals. I started at 200.2 pounds and am now sitting at 173.4 after six weeks and I couldnt have done it without the awesome coaches at Lookout Fitness!

The six week challenge was the first time I had actually set foot in a gym since high school. I had avoided gyms because I did not think I was a gym person and viewed the six week challenge as an attempt to kick start a healthier life style. Over the course of the six weeks challenge the instructors and members of look out fitness proved wrong, I am a gym person. Due to my erratic work schedule I had the benefit of taking a classes at different times each week getting to work with five different iinstructors. Each instructor was just as friendly, informative, and helpful as the last and take the time to invest intrest in each individual during the work out wether its making sure youve got the movement down right, or cheering you on. Its not just the instructors that make Lookout Fitness great its all the members who foster a positive and supportive atmosphere which made the experience all the more enjoyable.

Prior to my participation in the 6 Weeks Challenge at Lookout Fitness, I was anti-gym and anti-gym people. Gyms and the people intimidated me. I accepted the challenge as a way to kick start a healthier lifestyle. I wanted to regain a better quality of life and get back on the path of being a healthier person. I never thought I would enjoy it, make friends, or even be sad to see the end of the 6 weeks. Week 1 I was ready to throw in the towel and give up. I was sore…tired…and just wanting popcorn. Through the encouragement and support of staff and fellow challengers…I persisted. I learned I needed to work out the soreness, adjust my eating times, and I survived. Since that week…I’ve learned to think about my relationship with food…a lot. It’s complicated and is still not resolved at the end of the challenge…but I’m smarter, stronger, and more in control. There were days in the gym when I was terrified of failure, afraid of embarrassment, and just did not want to participate. Casey, Clay, and Coach Z encouraged me, supported me, provided tough love at times, and made me realize I’m kind of awesome at certain workouts. I had a silly goal to be able to properly squat. I never shared this, but it was always in my mind. During week 5 it happened. I was just able to do it…and I got great feedback. I went from having to use a box…to now being able to squat…and squat low. I have more mobility, more energy, fewer headaches, and sleep much better. I have found not only a family at Lookout Fitness but I have also found a lot in myself that I did not think existed. I may never be a fitness model…but I will be a much happier and healthier person thanks to Lookout Fitness. Down almost 35 pounds and I am still on the path of transformation. I could not have started without Lookout Fitness. If Jason can do it…so can you!

Lookout Fitnesses became a milestone for me after the first day. I knew it would be challenging at the weight and endurance level of my previous condition. Today was my last day and I felt and looked better than I have in years. I was a little sad because as much as I dread the mind breaking workouts, I just couldn’t stay away from this gym and it’s Fabulously talented, supportive, motivating, and passionate team of trainers! I lost the weight I entended to loose and regained my Self-esteem, self awareness, and self motivation. I especially want to personally thank Emma and Clay.
