First of all the rep did a great job. What ruined the deal for us was we could hear the boss on the phone laughing at our budget. Didnt have to be so disrespectful. The estimate was high, when rep called the boss to try to get it in our price range, we heard him laugh! Hurt our feelings toward his business. Hope he learns to be more sensitive!

We had LeafGuard installed on our Hixson home by this Mack Smith Rd business and they were worthless. When I called to complain they wouldnt answer the phone or return my calls. I got the mesh-type covers installed by another business and they worked great.

They installEd gutters on fascia they were supposed to replace and never did a walkthrough after the installation. This company is terrible.

Stay away from these gutters, especially if you have trees. The gutters will clog up with debris and its almost impossible to clean them out.Their may or may not honor their so called warranty. I finally had mine removed and other gutters from a reliable installed two years ago.

Im an epert in deception. I can tell you that the client in the commerical who states he was hanging up side down on the ladder, is lying. I can also tell you that sales man who holds the coffee cup at any hour does that to make you feel more comfortable and its a deception tactic. Most of the things he says is also a lie.They are charging the public 10xs the normal rate and I can tell you that its not only illegal but its fraudulent.Pay very close attention to the tactics they are using and notice the mass amout o fine print with all theirs offers. Dont be fooled, hit pause, go up to your screen and read it.My advice, with 20 years of professional experience in finding deception and decptive acts. Steer clear!
