Big shout out to all the C & M crew. They are very easy to work with and go out of their way to provide excellent service, from the office staff to the drivers.

This review is of my initial interaction, via telephone, with C & M Disposal. Gene was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. In a matter of minutes he had scheduled a delivery of the garbage can, explained the billing process and provided me with the trash pick-up dates, as well as answered all my questions. Additionally, he offered a discounted rate due to my husbands military service. If the pick-up service is as good as the customer service I received in the ordering process, then I have no doubt we will be delighted!! To the owners: you truly have an asset in Gene!!

We have used this company for 3 years and have never had any issues. Recently, we rented their large dumpsters for our home renovation and I could not speak more highly of them. They showed up when they were scheduled to arrive, they put the dumpsters exactly where we requested them to place it, and the cost offered much higher value than any of the competitors in town.

Always good at what they do.Never had a problem in 15 yrs or so.Easy to contact and speak with representatives.

Dont always pick up the trash and cant return a phone call.

This company is run similar to the small town charm of the original local county and city, tax, licensing, permits, etc. While the local county has erupted into a metropolis of traffic, short tempers, long lines, a DMV out of control to name just a few, this business SHINES. Nothing about the staff, drivers, handlers is anything but professional and down home charm. Love the folks, they keep prices to a minimum and I have only had one minor increase in years. Nothing like others, I ran commercial business starting at 80 for dumpster 2x per month, went to 220, late pickups and sometimes skipping an entire load - before I finally shook them off. These folks keep it lean and clean! This is how a business should be run and others could learn from them - guaranteed!

Great service and extremely friendly customer service! They even pick up some overflow on the ground if its not excessive. Way better than republic services and prices dont go up and down like most national companies!

Have used C&M for years. Good folks. One time I forgot to take my trash to the road and they came up my driveway to get the cans I forgot. Great service.

Ive only had to call the office 2 times. Both times the customer service has been great. I personally think theyre good at what they do.

So I understand you dont pick up on a holiday but we going to have more trash if you wait 4 days later to pick but then you only pick up what in the can and not the extra bags we pay to have picked up. Good bye C and M. Terribly rude Manger her name was Tammy.

We’ve never had any problems with our garbage pick up.

Poor service, I have had to call several times about issues with garbage not getting picked up, after they reduced the amount of pick-ups we get. Still pay 75 every three months for less pickups. Now having issues with the holiday routes. Should have been picked up Monday November 30 and still sitting with two full cans in drive way.

Disappointed with the new schedule. I was late with my can but was pushing it out while they were emptying the can across the street. The person handling the cans looked at me and got on the truck and drove on. It’s my fault but the service used to be way more customer centered. They also didn’t get the brush in the can across the street because it stuck out of the can. I don’t know if this is a different crew but they are not going the extra mile like they used to. We are on the corner of Gracie Mac and Kaitlin lane.

Terrible service. Too lazy to pick up flattened card board boxes bc it was raining. Called to ask about situation and was told that their driver said the stack was over 3 ft high which it was not. If they allow 2 ft then they would have taken 2/3 of the stack which they took just a few pieces. Per “their driver” they took half the stack which they did not bc I was watching from the house. Guess the customer is NEVER right with this company. They would rather argue than make things right!

Never dealt with such poor customer service! Garbage can lid never shut after emptied. Called 3 weeks in a row and was told they would address the problem. Nothing changed. Today I spoke with with manager, Tammy Von Smith and asked what she could do about the issue (no other company I’ve used has left the lid open...a big mess when it’s raining !). She said, “nothing, if you called for 3 weeks, what can I do?” Poor management and company!

Honestly, not even worth the 1 star. This company doesnt understand a 25mph speed limit through a subdivision nor do they care. Good luck if you or if your subdivision uses them.

I highly recommend this company. Each staff member goes out of the way on every level. Gene has excellent communication and customer service skills. This company shows grace and mercy with each pick up. Thank you all each one!!!

This is a great local company. I forgot to take my can out and with a simple phone call they scheduled to come back around the next day just for us. Great customer service!

I would give a 4 or 5 But for the past two days Im trying to contact the company and the phone is busy all the time. Im wondering if they have a wrong phone number posted all over online and on the bill. I have been with the company for more than ten years and I dont have problems until now, by just trying to reach the company. I just hope they look at the review and pay a little more attention to their business and answer the phone. I must look some else for do my business.The Company call me back after I did my review online. I do believe and still do business with C & M Inc. and the customer service after the call me was excellent and their services is also excellent.

Been with them for over 7 years. Always attentive, always helpful. Always willing to pick up all of the extra junk that we throw out there around Christmas or other times were we have a huge overflow of trash. Theyve even turned around a time or two and come back to pick up our trash when we didnt get it out there on time. Im not sure how anyone could have a problem with this company. At least in my experience, they are GREAT. And cheaper than everyone else to boot. Im loyal to any company that treats me as well as they have, period.

They are ok when they work, but this week they missed our can that was placed appropriately and on time by the curbside. They didnt apologize when I called them and told me to let it sit for a week. So basically deal with it. Thanks a lot

We have contracted with C.&M. for thirteen years now and could not be happier with the service that you provide. Your employees are what I understand long time employees of this company. The development in which we live is called Meadowstream and is actually serviced by several other trash companies. We have all had problems with some of these other companies that speed in the neighborhood. You have very good and cautious drivers which we as residents are grateful for. Whenever I have had the occasion to call your office I have always spoken someone that was polite and helpful. I generally call stating we will be out of town so your drivers are aware that i just did not forget to put my container out for that day. One particular day I had forgotten to place my contaner by the road as I had forgotten that it was a collection day. Your employees kindly waited until I could bring the container to the roadway. Just great people you have in your employ. Thank you all for being the best collection service in town. Much appreciated.Mr. Healy

I was a new customer and before I signed up, I asked if they would pick up my moving boxes for a while. They noted on the paperwork that boxes would be at the road for a bit along with the can. Well, they did not pick up boxes. I called and the drivers said that I had two garbage cans (I only have one) and that basically there was more stuff. No one ever came to pick it up like I was told they would. This week I still had some problems. They still did not pick up all of them. So I cancelled them.

This is the worst garbage service I’ve ever had! Go with another service even if it’s more expensive. This is not a customer oriented company.

I’ve done business with C & M since the 1980s and never had a reason to look for another service.

I’ve been with them for 5 years and no problems. Recently our garbage isn’t being picked up properly. Today I spoke with someone at the office (I’m assuming the owner or manager) and told him that two small boxes were left on the ground and one of the trashcans still had 50% of trash still in it. Whoever I spoke with stated they only pick up two cans, bags and boxes that are BROKEN DOWN. R are you serious! The interesting thing is our neighbors across the street had a box larger than ours and the trash men picked it up. Yes they were a total of three men!You’d think he say because this is a misunderstanding and we’ve given them business for 5 YEARS that as a courtesy he would send someone back out to pick up the rest of the trash.

They would empty only one can and if they did empty personal cans they would break the wheels, throw away the lids, we went through several cans. So we started payin extra for another one of thier cans and now they reduced the from 2 pickups a week to one pick up for same rate. They miss the pick up day often and when you call they just say they will tell supervisor and you never get a call back.Over all horrible service i know a lot has to do with the team that services your residential area , and i know for a fact the guys that run our route is NOT for this job. I work with public on a daily basis and customer service is key to a good business. The CS that they give here is very poor.

Very unprofessional and the recent driver makes more excuses NOT to pick up trash, a service I pay for.

Extremely rude and unprofessional service. They have flat out forgot to pick up my garbage twice. When I called about it they refused to do anything to fix their mistake and implied that I was lying about it being out on time- despite the fact that my husband takes it out every week before work at 5 a.m. Weve also had issues with the collectors throwing the can in the middle of the driveway and just leaving it there lying over repeatedly. Very sad. Dont at all recommend.

This company calls a place of business, refuses to give any information when asked questions, and terminates the telephone call. With this terrible business practice, even if you decided to give me the information Ive requested I would NOT do business with you.P.S. You keep asking for the wrong person and being rude to the one you need to speak with. JOKES ON YOU!!!!! Horrible Customer Service. Pick up is forgotten, then no one attempts to pick up trash in a timely fashion.

Nothing but great service from these guys. Never had to customer service, if I ever move, Im going to check for them first.

Been using c&m ever since Ive owned a home and have only had a few issues that were misunderstandings and resolved the same day.

Horrible customer service and did not pick up my trash for 2 weeks in a row and did nothing to make it right.

The past 3 months I have continually had to call and ask them to come get our garbage and or recycle.
