Maybe if you guys and gals would either A. PAY YOUR BILLS ON TIME or B. Just pick up the phone, either before you are due or the day you are due and tell these fine individuals that you are going to be late. Then maybe things would work out alot better and easier. I have found that people are really understanding if you are just open and honest instead of ducking and dodging and avoiding phone calls. Everyone there has bent over backwards for their customers and appreciate their customers.

Used to be 9 out of 10 business, although we found what we wanted and were able to get a reasonable price it was a very unprofessional experience. Seemed to be rushed to get out of the store by constantly (at least 4 times) being told we can leave and they can run the card later and hearing a very large vocabulary in curse words. Very unprofessional, if i or my husband did that at our jobs we would be fired. Almost comical how ridiculous it was.

Horrible experience overall, the workers are rude, and came and reclaimed a couch that we were leasing because my mother in law owes to them, something that absolutely doesn’t involve us or concern us as we don’t even talk to the woman.

I loved being with Buddys they were always helpful with me. They have changed management a couple times. I have played off 3 items from them and will use them for more in my near. Future. They help as much as they can. i never made them hunt their money down so they worked well with me. I would say you should use them. Great prices

This was my first time renting something so I can go ahead and start my credit score I ordered a bed set and was told it would be delivered tomorrow but it didnt come at all that day then I was told it would be delivered the next day around 1 to 2 so I was mad I had to sleep on the floor for one night no big deal now its the second day and I still havent seen nor heard from buddys after ordering my bed set called multiple times to make sure they were delivering my bed and I was told they have no way to contact their delivery people and that it should be here within 20 to 30 minutes and it has been well past an hour and I have still not received my furniture

This place I have to say has really turned around. The new Manager (Ramsey) really seems to care about his customers. If people need anything I highly recommend asking for him. He gave so much information I felt like i was in a classroom lol, but at least i now know exactly what Im getting and how everything is laid out :)

I love this place... I went to the one in Cleveland... Never had an issue with customer service... Promptly delivered... And they have 6months same as cash... Not 90 days like rent-a-center...

When i first starting dealing with them it was under different management and they were great...well the ones running it now are un professional and being rude lately. Drafting payments 2 days early causing checking to overdraft. I have been waiting on them since 11 am to cone pick up slmy ciuch and lobe seat it is now 6;27 pm and still not ere yheybeen making exci8es all day

A year ago I had a chaotic expierence with this store a year ago. The new management and employees are much more professional and dedicated to ensuring the customers are happy and have a good expierence with them. Gina the store manager took it upon herself to reach out to me and find out what had caused my negative inital review of the store and upon learning of the circumstances she and her employees worked to right what was wrong....Update:It has been several months since Gina gave the chair as compensation which I am grateful for. Now though I dont know if she is still there or not but the company is harassing us almost daily now. We were told that since our first chair had been in disrepair for nearly a year that on top of being given the free chair they were going to take two months of payments off of the second chair. So we made our last payment on Feburary and hadnt heard anything since and assumed that it was done. Now as of two weeks ago (nearly 3mths since last payment) they have started calling multiple times a day demanding more money and denying that we had two months taken off the back end and threatening to come reposses the chair for a trivial sum of money. We are about to take legal action agianst them for harassment and being crooks. I recommend passing this disaster of a so called furniture store up. The furniture is subpar for thier overpriced rates and chances are that the person who makes the initial deal with you will be gone before your first payment and thier predecessor will try and change it on you without your knowledge.
