We had Southeast Restoration referred to us from our insurance agent, my first contact was with Mason, he quickly sent a team to the house to begin water and mold remediation due to failed ice maker. After this was completed I was assigned a project manager whom I had to keep calling to find out what was going on as it felt I was being ignored, after I was finally able to get some answers I heard the project manager left the company, at this point we were getting nervous, but we were assigned another manager who was awesome! Corey stayed in touch with us, gave us updates on a regular basis and was there when we needed him, I asked him all he had to do was keep us in the loop and he did! Had a kitchen fire in my personal rental property that required extensive clean up. The Southeast team was EXCELLENT in all aspects from being responsive and communicating, working with and around my tenants as well as my and the tenants insurance companies. One of the contractors doing the reconstruction asked me how my claim was progressing so much faster than everyone elses he had been working on and aside from my inside knowledge of the industry to coordinate efforts (I am a Farmers Insurance Agent), I can tell you the efficiency and professionalism of Southeast and their team was a big part of it!

Roger and his crew came out to restore our home after we had some water damage throughout the house. Roger answered all of our 8questions and started my job within days of talking to us he assessed all damages with the crew that was out at our house and directed them properly to ensure the job was done to satisfaction. We are early in the process of a water damage claim. Zach and Levi have been excellent with their communication and work! This company is very professional! They give you a map/outline of the process and what to expect. They are very thorough with the clean up process during demo. We are very thankful for the thorough cleaning because it minimized the dust while their equipment was drying our house out. Todd has done an excellent job with setting expectations as well. I highly recommend using this company over large corporate companies. Unfortunately, they had to come behind a company to finish the job. They were very professional and efficient with the process! I highly recommend calling them first before any other company! They will give you piece of mind during a stressful situation! We appreciate their hard work and great communication!

They came in and tore out our wall that had water damage. They were professional, friendly and very informative! They answered all of our questions we had and made sure we understood the process of what they were doing. They told us the time frame of how long each process would take and made sure we were good with it. The men that came in every day to check on the drying process were always on time they called to let us know they were coming ahead of time and make sure it fit with our schedule. We are very grateful this company did our work for us! They have been wonderful!

When working with this company we had high hopes that our home would be well taken care of, and that we would be treated with professionalism and respect. The mitigation team came in swiftly to dry out the water damage, but unfortunately, when it came time to make the repairs we found extensive mold that was not removed on the subflooring, in between the walls, in our kitchen cabinets, and in the insulation. We were told that the mold was just a water stain, and that it wouldnt be an issue...however, we had testing done on the questionable areas and all of them came back showing existing mold...the floor BROKE through in these stained places and needed to be replaced. The manager that we were assigned rarely ever responded to our questions within a reasonable time frame, direct questions were always avoided, and he made continual comments that even with the depreciation of value for our repairs, anything would be better than what we had... This company ended up quitting the job the week before our repairs were set to begin (mind you this was 3 months after their initial hire date) leaving us to repair our entire home ourselves. They were paid by our insurance for the mitigation process, and it shows up on our adjustors end that they cashed their checks in late December, however I am receiving continual calls that claim they have never been paid a dime...I would hope that our experience is the exception and not the rule with this company.

The restoration process took longer that expected due to the difficulty getting materials due to Covid, but Cory kept us updated every step of the way.I would definitely use Southeast Restoration should the need arise.

Roger and his team were extremely professional and efficient and getting all of the work done. Roger oversaw beginning to end the project even after hours. It was evident that he sees it as his job professionally and personally to make sure it’s done correctly.

We had a pipe burst at our home and southeast restoration came to do after mitigation and mold remediation. My experiemce with Southeast Restoration was excellent. I highly recommend this company to everyone.My ceiling fell in and my insurance company recommeneded southeast restoration for the repair. I contacted Debbie Bellmore and she was able to get my family into a hotel the following day as my home had tested positive for asbestos over a week prior. Scott Cloud was my project manager and he contacted me within just a couple of days. Answered all my questions and completed the repairs very quickly and professionally.

I had water damage that was both old and new from water leaking into my condo from outside. As project manager, EJ was accessible, communicated well with me and kept me up-to-date on everything throughout the process. He answered my endless questions and, most importantly, addressed any concerns or needs I had in a timely manner.Jessica in the office was so friendly and communicated consistently with me when it came to scheduling and who would show up when on a daily basis.EJ ended up revising the original plan based on findings the day we started mitigation. That revision ended up accomplishing the same goal, was much less disruptive to my life and home, and was very much appreciated especially considering the longer-than-normal delay I will be living with between mitigation and repair due to logistics beyond my control. This was better for me, but was also less work- thus less money- when it came to billing. I think this speaks to the integrity of the company and how they value putting the customer first.Everyone I have interacted with has been competent and professional. The water mitigation process is not a pleasant one, but Southeastern made it as painless and inconvenient as possible.

Southeast Restoration did a great job for us. We had a water leak and ended up having to take our our entire downstairs engineered hardwood flooring. From the minute I called the office, they were super responsive and quick to setting up a in home consultation and then starting the demo project, all within about 2 business days! They completed the project for us within 3 days, but it was a pain to take our floors since out they were glued so we were satisfied with the timeline. I never questioned what was happening as they were very informative. If I had questions, they answered them with no hesitation. The team of workers were very friendly and never felt like strangers in our home. I definitely would recommend using this company for any restoration needs and we certainly will in the future if needed! EJ, Zach, Jessica and team - thank you so much!!

Do not be in a hurry with this company. Almost 4 weeks later and the job is still not finished. This specific job should have been two weeks max.

I used them because my insurance agent recommended them to me. When they first started, I wasnt sure why they did some things like they did. As far as the look of their work, you cant beat it. Its been almost a year and I have been under my house a lot looking for any possible leaks because when southeastern came in, it was a big job. I havent found any leaks and Ive used a moisture measuring too and it checked out o.k. I would highly recommend Southeastern.
