I had contacted The Transformation Center a little over a month ago , reaching out trying to get my son into see a therapist. I got a call back, was in the process of setting up an appointment with one of their therapists. Never got a returned call from that. My son was doing some better.I called them a week-2 weeks later during a crisis trying to get help sooner rather than later. The lady told me she was going to try to get him an appointment for that following Friday. I was relieved as I thought this lady was really going to help me. A month or so later ... still no call back.Glad I had already set him up a impromptu pediatrician follow up, the same day I had contacted them.I decided not to waste any more of my time with this company playing phone tag and not getting expected returned calls.Not a good first impression. If you are a new patient, I suggest spend your time else where.

I was referred to this place for couples therapy and called to schedule TWO MONTHS in advance because me and my partners schedules are crazy. I verified with the receptionist MULTIPLE times that it was for me AND my partner, hence couples therapy, and it was made very clear we would both be there. We arrived for our scheduled session and waited and waited and finally were approached by the receptionist and told that the therapist did not specialize in couples therapy even though that was clearly the reason for the entire appointment. They tried to fix the issue by saying I could have an individual session and my partner could sot in the room or that they could schedule me in 2 weeks with someone else. I made this appointment 2 MONTHS in advance, so why on earth would it be ok to suddenly drop a session in 2 weeks when this all should have been taken care of since it was supposed to be the right appointment to begin with??!! I will NEVER use this place again regardless of who the therapist is. Purely unprofessional and really doesnt make someone want to get help when this is what happens. NOT OK!!!!!! Was not handled carefully either. I felt uncomfortable and beyond disappointedWhats even more upsetting is that on the therapists profile page it CLEARLY states that one of her specialties is COUPLES THERAPY, so they straight up lied to me. Is it because of my orientation? I feel discriminated against and all I was doing was trying to seek help. Some counseling service this place is. Dont go here unless you want to have everything screwed up and then be discriminated against on top of everything else going on in your life.

I have been pleasantly surprised, I enjoy the counselor we see. She is direct and to the point which is what I prefer in a counselor. I look forward to our visits so that I can overcome my problems as well as learn how to problem solve on my own.

A very quaint little church counseling center. I like the water sounds that they play in the hall. Quite calming.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with the counselor they recommended. This woman made me feel worse instead of better, instilled more anxiety on me than I already had, was short and hateful, and claimed she could FIX me in 5 sessions?! I talked to my online support group and they told me it astonishing that a professional would say these things. Counseling is supposed to help you feel better, not worse. Im now scared to try any other counselors because of this and because of what happened at another Christian Counseling Center. I called to cancel and the lady had me believing I did, but I get a phone call today asking me if I want to cancel all my appointments ( I had almost calmed down enough to forget, and this brought back flashbacks and now I sit here literally SICK from having to tell the reason I want to cancel over again after it was supposed to be done in the beginning. Gosh I hate PTSD and anxiety). Never again! :( x_x XD

Just recently switched and started seeing an intern there and I have never been a fan of counseling but this counselor helps to make my experience better and more enjoyable.
