Wayne was AMAZING! We were driving home from a recent trip and had an issue with our RV axle near Trenton, GA. He’s the only mobile service nearby and was at our location within 20 minutes of us calling. Very professional, very knowledgeable and does excellent work. Would highly recommend!!

In an unfortunate situation, we made a fortunate call to Rock Solid Mobile repair. When a company lives up to their name then you know you have found one worthy of praise. Rock Solid is rock solid. We had our old kenworth shut down on us west of Chattanooga. It stopped running and wouldn’t crank. We called Rock Solid, they promptly came to us. Diagnosed an electrical problem on the side of the road, due to lack of parts availability Rock engineered a temporary fix that allowed us to get the truck up and running, saving us a tow and being late with our freight. Again Rock Solid was just that, and Rolling Dawg Transport couldn’t be more appreciative.

We had a major problem! Totally lost ALL brakes while doing 60 mph on I-24 in Chattanooga. Only by a miracle were we able to get off the highway. We called Rock Solid just to see if they could help. OMG!! Rock was so helpful!! There are not enough words to describe what he did for us. He fixed the brakes & the part of the drive shaft that the tow broke. Then he drained the coolant & put truck coolant in. He answered every question. Was totally professional & did the job right the first time. I do not hesitate to recommend him for any automotive/RV repair if you are in the Chattanooga area.

I had a flat tire while I was out of town for work and unfortunately I didnt know this until after 5. I happened to come across Rock Solid on google and gave them a call. They came out within the next hour and got my tire fixed up perfectly! I couldnt have asked for better service, pricing and timing. So lucky I found them. I give Rock Solid my highest recommendation for any type of auto repairs.

My family was traveling November of 2020 and broke a leaf spring on our 42’ Fifth wheel while going south on I-75. We left the camper at the Loves truck stop on Exit 33 because we had no choice. We then came home to Alabama and stressfully contacted this company in hopes someone would help us. They went out to our rig to determine the parts which were needed and made the repairs at a reasonable price. This company KEPT THEIR WORD! Rock and his team repaired my 2003 Toyota Sequoia and saved it from the junk yard. They repaired my engine head when a spark plug and coil blew out a plug. This is the 3rd repair they have done for me. They helped me pass emissions past 2 years. They are master mechanics with lower overhead and charge less than most other shops.

Im from Ohio and called them to fix my steering column due to some thieves trying to steal my suv. They came out got my truck running and had great prices. They treated me great. Im going back to Ohio to get my trailer to have them work on it next! You need something fixed they are the place to call.

We hired rocksolid to do some work for a personal vehicle and we were thrilled that they could come to East Brainerd to do the work considering the closest mechanic was 5 miles from us. We ask them how their visit would be billed and they said We would need to pay them by the hour. Little did I know that that meant I would also be paying them for eating bags of chips in my front yard as well as smoking what seems to be a minimum of at least two cigarette packs and barely touching the car except for about once every 15 minutes. Obviously I had concerns on whether or not they had done the work correctly but they assured me that they had. Reluctantly, I paid them in cash and sure enough the next day my car broke down were all the same reasons that they were supposedly fixed. I called them back to fix the problem He was supposed to already have fixed and Was told it was no longer their problem and that I would need to pay for another service call for a second time. How is this fair? You didn’t fix anything that you said you would the first time around? We argued round and round for a bit and finally I just decided to let the people on Google know who they were working with. Buyer beware

I had an issue in which my travel trailer was not charging. I did not want it to sit for 6 months at the popular local RV repair places. Rock assured me he could diagnose and fix the issue and have my trailer back to me. He did just that. Trailer only spent 2 nights at his garage. He had to remove and replace a busted converter. He sent me pictures and kept me updated via text and phone about progress on the job. I highly recommend using him and stay away from the RV repair places in Chattanooga.

My daughter took her car there and they took great care of her. If your kids break down and need it fixed this is the place to go.

Awesome Caring Mechanic! I thought I blew up my engine but he was able to identify multiple problems immediately and fixed them Very Reasonably! I am truly thankful that I found a mechanic that not only came to my broken down car without me having it towed but was punctual, quick and very educated about all things automotive! Great customer service and very reasonable after calling 5 other shops rock solid was the only shop that would come out and replace my turbo in a parking lot which saved me over $1000 bucks on a tow plus there labor was very reasonable and the mechanic was quick and very knowledgeable if I ever breakdown again in the Chattanooga area I got them guys on speed dial just want to thank u guys for help saving me money and getting me back to making money expeditiously

My 2013 Lexus IS250 shut down on me and I had multiple ppl tell me it was likely the ecm or something serious. However, I texted 3 local mobile mechanics and Rock responded the quickest, quoted me the least, showed up the same evening, ready to work. He Ran to the shop to get the part I needed, came back and fixed my car all in less than 2 hours. The fee was so low that I tried to give him an extra $20. I’m ecstatic to have my car running again! Thank you Rock! You’re the best 🙂
