This company embodies every aspect of customer service. You can tell they care about what they do and the people that they help. They don’t hesitate to provide last minute service either! I ordered a recliner and knee scooter at 10:30am and they were both delivered by 2:30pm!! They deserve 6 stars

You will not find better prices, selections or most important, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly people within 100 miles.

Another, far less competent employee completely screwed up my order - did not, in fact, place the order when I requested and didnt get in touch with me to clear up his confusion. I am distraught because now what I wanted will not arrive in time. Company was highly recommended but I am not impressed --favorably, at least.

You dont ever want to buy something and return it two days later with the purchase receipt in hand. You will be talked to like a criminal by the woman in the back office if they dont want to be respectful and honor their return policy then they should get rid of their return policy ..Otherwise the equipment was good and the gentleman working in the store where helpful .
