Received a postcard in the mail saying Sorry We Missed you and to schedule a delivery. With more research like the 1_800 who called me, I was able to find out that they probably want to give me a big bottle of laundry detergent and try to sell me a water purification system. Most people should already know not to call if someone says they missed a delivery and it wasnt the USPS. Its a rotten scheme, and they get your phone number and can sell it especially if you didnt buy anything. Just wanting to warn others of this hoax..

Received a post card as well, and it seemed fishy. But my wife orders online a lot, so I checked to see if this was a valid business. IT IS NOT! They want you to call the 800 number and leave your name and number (1) so they can put you in their database as a sucker and (2) call you back to have someone schedule an appointment to deliver a FREE bottle of laundry detergent. What kind of business model is that, you ask? Not a great one, it turns out. However, the person who delivers the detergent tries to sell you a water purification system. I have encountered these types of scams before during research at my job (we inspect failed products). The water systems are legit products, but the sales people use strong sales tactics and fast talk to make it seem like youre getting a great deal while having you sign a contract that requires monthly payments or an upfront fee. In exchange, they agree to service the water system for whatever amount of time (2-3 years, maybe). After that, good luck ever getting someone to service your water treatment system. If you miss a payment, however, you will hear from them immediately! These vultures prey upon the elderly and gullible. I hope this review helps to prevent that.If you get a GREEN CONNEX postcard, throw it away and report them as scam artists. Or post it to Facebook and copy and paste this message. You have my permission to do so. Put these hucksters out of business for good. Thanks!

Sent me a postcard as well. Very bad taste in business! Dont lie to me and tell me you are trying to deliver a package just so you can try and sell me something.

Called from my office phone. I asked who they were and they said a delivery company for many businesses and she is dispatch. I only provided tracking number and they said you have to provide name and mailing address as well. As I was talking to her, I Googled and started reading the scam alerts to her. I finally said, yes, you are a scam and she said wait... I hung up.

Scam. Scam. Scam. Scam.Do not reply. Toss your notice in the trash. Or better yet, scoop up some dog feces with it and burn it. This company preys on elderly and gullible people and hard sells worthless services.

Dog crap for real. They come at you with a package which is nothing more than a bottle of laundry detergent then try to sell you water purification. Dont even call as your number will be given out to numerous telemarketers. Such a joke that it is listed in the North Carolina dept. of justice as a scam.

If they send you a mailer card saying that they need to deliver something, do NOT call. This is a phishing scam only intended to get information. Btw, they record all calls they take as well.

Deceptive advertising: They send you a postcard saying they tried to deliver you a package and then when you call they live up a salesman to bring you a large free bottle of Tide laundry detergent and try to sell you a water purification system during the visit.
