Southeast Diesel has been worked on all my trucks for years. They are thorough and when they send your vehicle back out to you, you can rest assured it was repaired properly. They’ve done fuel injectors on two of my trucks. Their prices are fair and consistent with industry standards. They are also a Banks Power dealer which is great.They’ve helped me out a lot! I’m a small business owner and they always do their very best to get me in and out so that I can keep operating. Last week I wasn’t going to be able to work because my factory brake actuator went south and I couldn’t haul. Since the new actuator wasn’t coming in for days, Mike Holtzhower loaned me the brake actuator out of his personal truck! They really take care of you here. Won’t be taking my vehicles anywhere else.

I was passing thru Chattanooga as I smelled a fuel leak. I stopped by Southeast Diesel. Dave discovered it was a hose on the back side of my injection pump. They had the exact OEM hose and I was on my way. I will trust them with my future injection pump rebuilds. Thank you Mike and Team!

If you have a diesel this the premier shop in the area. The products and services they provide are top notch. They are awesome to work with and are incredibly knowledgeable with all types of Diesel engines from heavy equipment to pick up trucks. I have been using them for service on my Dodge Ram 2500 and my experience has been exceptional.

American Air hvac has always used Southeast Diesel for servicing my trucks and we have even purchased vehicles from them. Its family owned and operated just like American Air hvac and very up front about its fair policies, prices and availabilities.

Excellent customer service... and quality workmanship. Cody and Jake did an excellent job of getting my issue resolved even though i was 2,000 miles away. They even got my starter warranty resolved with Oreilly Auto Parts. Definitely would use them again if needed.

These guys were super friendly but I was extremely disappointed with the actual service. They had my vehicle for almost a month to “diagnose” a transmission issue. They refilled my transmission fluid, which didn’t fix the issue, and quoted me $5700 for a new transmission.I did my own research and found out it might be a simple part inside the transmission and they quoted me over $600 to do the repair but said it probably wouldn’t fix the problem.All in all, I ended up paying them $340 and nothing was fixed.I took my vehicle to another mechanic and they had the repair done for $400 and had it less than 24 hours.

Mike Holtzhower and the gang at Southeast Diesel were very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of my lack of diesel knowledge/prowess. I brought them my 2005 Ford Excursion 6.0L (2WD model), the only Diesel engine vehicle Ive ever owned - they performed some serious work to listen and test out the well-known EGR issues. They saved me well over three or four hundred dollars - which the dealership suggested I spend - by simply explaining the importance and purpose of fuel additives. As a diesel engine airhead, I felt extremely welcome in their shop; I cannot say the same for other shops in the area who are full of pros that know but wont stoop to your level. I will continue to support these guys as this sort of customer service in a family-oriented organization hardly exists any longer. Thanks guys!

Went in a month ago they took all information on my Dnyasys apu had 200 hrs before my warranty was up. They were going 2 submit the claim 2 Dynasys then call me 2 back in for repair. Called them 2 ask what was going on “Mike” tells me go back where you bought it . The people who bought from us come first. We’ll get it when we can. Now I have no warranty and I’m out in the cold. And obviously they don’t care about customers and I wouldn’t recommend them 2 anyone. Thank you for letting my warranty run out Southeast Diesel if I was made aware of this I could have had somebody else fix it while I still had a warranty instead of letting mine run out.

Needed some parts and information to do some repairs on my power stroke. These guys went out of their way to be sure that I had the right parts, and that I had the right diagnosis on my problems. They could have sold me a bunch of stuff I didnt need but they didnt rip me off and told me what I really needed. I would recomend these guys to everyone and I will be back to take care of any other issues I have with my truck.
