This is the second time I have had to come to get my screen replaced due to my son dropping it. The employees have always been as nice as can be and always try to find me the best deal. I had an iPhone 7 that kept shutting off and kept looping on and off, so Idecided to upgrade to a 12. However, I went to Oops to see if the 7 was worth fixing for a backup. I chose Oops because of the reviews that I read online. The Oops associate said that it likely was only needing a restore...but could be something more involved. Since I wasnt wanting to invest a good deal of money in the unknown, he told me...tell you what, let us restore the phone. If that works, well charge you $30. If it doesnt work, no charge. It worked, and I have a perfectly functioning backup...for a nominal fee (in my mind). Im totally pleased...will be taking future cell issues to them.

This place is great. A friend recommended them to be and I couldn’t have been happier. I’m a busy mom and I couldn’t decide if my phone was worth the repair or trade in. They asked me several questions and examined the overall shape and systems before moving forward with the repair. Thank you for bringing my iPhone 6s back to life. Replacing the battery and cleaning the charging port made the phone work like new. My iPhone 6s was the first to have issues, but since my wife and daughter have iPhone 6s phones also (all bought at the same time), I am sure at some point, we will be back for future repairs.

The whole team was very nice and even though I called many times to check up on my pc, they answered the phone every time and with the same courtesy. They were very helpful with everything and super responsive, asking me questions on how I would like them to repair my pc. They reinstalled windows, took my hard drive out and pulled its memory, put it back in, then replaced the information onto the hard drive after it had been wiped, in two and a half days.Great company; I would definitely recommend them.

The screen of my wife’s iPad was broken and I took it there to be replaced. The estimate was the same as I paid several years ago so I left it. When I returned the next day the technician told me he was having some trouble but would work on it Sunday. I told him that he needed a day of rest. When I returned Monday and took it to my wife she was pleased amlnd said it worked perfectly. The technician AJ did an outstanding job. The other men were courteous and the chairs were the most comfortable I have ever sat on. Highly recommended.

I cannot believe there is not one bad review on this company. They must pay for great reviews. I literally did my due diligence of searching for the best rated phone repair shop to choose them and be completely let down. They charged $109 to fix a broken screen and I tipped as well. I drove about 15 miles home to realize my speaker no longer works. I called these people over 7 times with no answer. I drive 15 miles BACK to the store in a gas crisis to be told they couldnt fix it that day. He just looked at me like I was stupid with no sign of any offer of a discount or anything. I now have to wait a day and come BACK another 15 miles to trust them to fix what they messed up in the first place. Worst decision ever.

This is the second iPhone repair they’ve done for me. The first was a power jack replacement. It was ridiculously expensive, it took him about 15 minutes, and I still use that phone today.Most recently they replace the cracked screen on my iPhone 8, again less expensive than anybody else quoted me, it took an hour for them to do it, and my phone works like new.Their work is excellent, their prices are excellent, can’t recommend them enough.

Fixed my iPhone 7 quickly. Screen is like new and was done within 3 hours. Hopefully won’t need them again but have no hesitation using them if needed.

After replacing both chargers and earbuds, i’d figured there was a problem with the lighting port on my iPhone 8. Oops Repair was able to tell me the lightning port had become loose. It only took about two hours to replaced the port and ended up costing about $80 including tax. The service was great and the whole process was simple, fast and straightforward. I had an iPhone X that the camera had quit working. I took it to a different cell phone repair located in Ooltewah. They told me the camera could not be repaired AND when I went to pick it up not only was the camera still broken but my screen no longer worked! They told me it was a rare case of “the screen separating from the mother board” and sent me on my way! I was upset but what could I do but never go back to that particular store? Fast forward a week, I needed a new back glass and battery for an iPhone 8+ and I was Looking for a different cell repair and decided to give Oops Repair a try. Id be willing to give these guys a better review, but Ive been in twice now with phones to repair. Cracked glass on a Samsung and needing a jack replaced on another. Both times, I showed the guy at the counter the phone and, without even touching it, they said no they couldnt repair and didnt le to work on those.Super frustrating. Maybe they are really good with some very specific piece of tech that they enjoy working on, but my impression is that they are unhelpful and not looking to earn your business.

We’ve used Oops-repair several times for our iPhones with excellent service and no problems. On a recent visit I was sold a battery that shut my phone down after a few days. The battery was quickly replaced and I’ve had no problems these last few weeks. We would use them again.
