Exceptional service and better help than Asus Support. I had been trying to contact Asus Support to get a part I needed for the motherboard I bought from them that didn’t come with it. Their Support said they couldn’t help me and actually directed me to multiple wrong places. Gave Robert a call and he was able to help me with a part the same day. Great service and very helpful!

An amazing job was done fixing my computer. I contacted him around 10pm and still got a speedy response, and was able to bring it in the next day at 8am. I was getting a disk error basically making it a fully functioning brick, and within a few hours, he had my computer back up and running! He also keeps you updated throughout the repair process, which is really nice being kept in the loop! I would not hesitate about bringing any of my computers back to him for more quality and honest work. An added bonus is his affordability!

I had an issue with my Surface Pro so I called Robert at Crusader. he informed me that the computer was basically not repairable and told me that he would be happy to attempt it if I would like. he then warned me of anyone that claimed they could fix it due to the design of the computer he then proceeded to give me very valuable information on the subject and offered other options that I would be better off taking. even though he was not able to fix my computer the information, help, and support that I received from Robert was absolutely invaluable. in a world where anyone will take your money and lie to you he would not do it without being 100% honest I will be going to him for any future business and I would recommend him to anyone with a computer repair or computer related advice.

I had problems with the video card I put in my computer, Gave Robert a call and he said to bring the computer over and he would check it out. He called me back about an hour later and said the video card I got online was no good. He told me to come pick it up and refused to charge me anything.This guy is honest, fast and reliable. He charges a reasonable price and is very polite. When I get the new video card I am bringing back to him.

It’s a really nice place. The person helping me was wuite professional, and definetely knew what he was doing, which was nice. Got my issue solved in about 20 minutes, which is a lot quicker than what I expected.Still had to pay 30$ for 20 mins of work on the hourly rate, but for the service and quality, it’s really good. Will go again if I have an issue again

We had two laptops operating on Windows 7. After Microsoft announced that they would no longer support that version, we asked Robert at Computer Crusader to install Windows 10 on them for us. He was not only very prompt and courteous, he was highly efficient and was what I considered very affordable. He was very thorough and in my case, I got my machines back the same day. Did a good job, but pricing was over the top. $40 to just take the computer in, $25 to open the case, 3 hours labor $90, and $15 for a watch battery. My problem was a dead battery in the CMOS. Should have been a $40.00 to $50.00 repair to diagnose and repair. $170 to repair
