David was fantastic. Couldnt of asked for anything more. Was there on time, performed excellent work, was polite and professional. My grout was repaired, cleaned and sealed. Looks like new. Would highly recommend him.

Love, love this company. David worked very hard to make sure that my shower was perfect since I had used another company and was not pleased with the results. He regrouted the shower and it looks better than when we moved into this new construction home. He also followed up a week later which is a rarity. Easy to work with and very nice. I will definitely be using him again. Great work.

Complete restoration of master bath shower. Could not have been happier with the results! From the get-go this was a very positive experience. David is friendly, quick to respond, has a strong work ethic and was a pleasure to work with. Can’t remember his assistant’s name but he likewise was a hard worker. They worked a solid 8 hour day. David and his assistant came out and cleaned and sealed my grout. The previous owner of Chattanooga Grout Cleaning had done the initial sealing of my grout but it had not held up. When I called and spoke to David he explained that he was the new owner and would come out and look at it and do what he could to make it right. He did exactly what he said he would do. They came out and reapplied the sealer and made it right. Can’t ask for more than that. They were professional and worked in a timely manner. Refreshing to see an honest and hardworking contractor. Highly recommend them.

Chattanooga Grout did a fantastic job with my partner’s bathroom floor and shower. We were unsure how good it was going to look but were pleasantly surprised when it was complete.David did a great job. The bathroom and shower looks new again.

Hired them for some grout cleanup/repair. We went from thinking we needed a complete gut job of the shower to loving the way it looks. Love the outcome. On top of that, the professional responsiveness and timeliness of the owner was refreshing. It seems everybody is late and provides horrible customer service due to covid nowadays so it was a relief to have somebody who cares for once.

I found Josef and his helper on the internet for Grout Cleaning and tile repair. They cleaned and regrouted my sizable kitchen, tiled shower and bathroom floors (two bathroom floors). I was immediately surprised at how everything thing looked absolutely wonderful!Everyone who sees my floors loves them and how these guys made them look new! A locally owned, small business that deserves 5 stars all the way around. I was contacted the day before to confirm. Arrival was on time. The job far exceeded my expectations for my 15 year old grout and the highest care was given to keep my house clean during and the wood floors protected moving from room to room. The charge was exactly the same as my quote.

A year and a half ago we had the grout in all of our bathrooms redone and were super pleased with the outcome. I now have a few very minor places where the grout has broken and needs to be fixed. Over a period of 5 months I have called multiple times and left messages without any response. This morning I posted a one star review regarding this. I just got a call back and a profuse apology. My number is out of state and the phone was treating it as spam. For at least a year I had tried every cleaner under the sun and couldnt get the mold off of grout in between the tiles. I tried calling people who install tile showers and was told repeatedly theres nothing I could do and it would be $5,000+ to have it torn out and rebuilt. I had Chattanooga Grout Cleaning come out to clean and seal the tile and grout in two bathrooms. The difference that it made was remarkable! The tile shower and floors looked brand new again and are much easier to keep clean now! We had them come back out to do the laundry room floor that had some missing grout. They filled in the missing grout areas and cleaned/sealed the whole floor to make it look like new. We thought we were going to have to replace the flooring in the laundry room but dont anymore! I would recommend them highly!!

They did a good job protecting the walkways to the bathrooms and cleaned up so that I hardly knew they were there.
