30 mins before close, dude didnt pre wash my car and I ended scratching my rims because he wasnt directing me properly into the line, the car wash just paused towards the end of the wash, and i still had major dirt still on my car after the whole thing. Point: dont be open till 9 if your people dont work till 9.

I went here because it was convenient on my way home. I got the 12 dollar wash. there are still water spots on my car and it did not get grim off the front which is kinda crazy for 12 dollars. then the air compressor that allows you to get water out of crevices has a metal tip and if you accidentally bump it good by to your paint (most place have rubber tips)

This is my go to for cleaning the car. Pricing is reasonable and they provide you the tools you need to keep your car looking good, inside and out. They have a machine that will beat the dirt out of your floor mats, which is very handy. They also have compressed air guns that really help getting seams in the interior clean.

I love this car wash because they have a machine to clean your floor mats, the air guns to blow all the dust out of your dash and all the other little places you can’t get too, but to pay almost $20 for a car wash package with all the extras and all my rims still look like this? What’s the point in paying all that money for the extras and my car not even be clean? I’m pretty sure I can find another car wash with all the extra amenities to use that can at least get my car clean or I’d even do without the extra amenities just to have my car clean

Car wash operates like a well oiled machine, smooth process and well equipped to make it convenient for customers. Large vacuum stations available afterwards that are included w any car wash with a 10min time limit. Only challenge with location is exiting due to high traffic volume difficult to turn left if you are headed towards Brainerd road

Nice place and all, but I didnt have a clean car after paying for the most expensive wash option. I honestly could have gotten a cleaner car with dish soap and a water hose.

The car wash was good a few years ago. Now it is terrible. It really doesnt clean the exterior. I had to come home and wash it myself, after using the car wash. East Ridge car wash was great, but they have closed for awhile. Hopefully it will be good when it re-opens.

Good car wash . Dries pretty well but wish they used a conveyor that didnt rub your tires and would allow a wider tire and wheel. Looks like its only 12 wide.

Went there to get bugs off of car. Used self prep and when I paid I spent 3 00 more for bug prep.Car still has bugs on it. When asked to rewash car. Was told we prep car and some times that is what you get Cant wait for Mod Wash to open.

The car wash was good the people who work there are not very helpful and look bothered when asked a question. Keep up the mediocre work super shine

Good: free vacuum, air nozzle, detail solution, glass cleaner, fabric for clean/wipe, and floor mat cleaner.Best time to go is early in the morning.Only thing dont like: price has increased from $4 to $7.

I just go for the light show. If you have small kids that are easy to entertain, go , turn on a good fun song and enjoy the lights

The basic wash isnt worth the money. Without the wax it looked terrible. Go big or wash at home.

Vacuums and Air hoses are not being maintained well anymore.

Not as good as Shur Shine. To bad they sold. Blower is not very good and the vacuums dont have enough suction. You asked and I answered.

Love it. We have a membership. They have a wide mouth vaccuum and one for the hard to reach places. They have little air gun things too. By the rug sweeper machine they usually have rags, air freshener and detail spray. Since corona they cant provide the sprays. They also have an area to clean out truck beds with a bug wash station.

They offer towels at the end free of charge. Also, great wash. Vacuums were powerful.

Left alot of soap on my truck and it smelled like a dead person going through the wash sorry I hate giving bad reviews

Great wash, the towels in the vacuum area are genius. Ive been to a lot of carwashes like this and this was the first with the towels. Really added that extra polish even if I did it myself

BEWARE - Clearly customers are not important. Went to the carwash on Feb 25 this year. An employee removed my antenna with a VERY large adjustable wrench scratching the finish in the process. I reported it to Jade on site who took a picture of the damage and was told to report to management via e-mail which I did (including photo). It is one week shy of six months and I have not received a response or even any acknowledgement from Super Shine.

It was ok i guess, no towels or cleaners, i had much higher expectatiobs

It gets busy at times but overall decent carwash wish they had air fresheners you could hang it the car!

Great automated car wash which does a thorough job of cleaning the car ($16 wash is excellent; the cheaper ones not so much; the most expensive not worthwhile). The first time I went through it broke my back window wiper but ever after that they’ve been taping the wipers down and it seems to help. Vacuums and various spray bottles and small towels available for use prior to exiting.

Does a good job even when my vehicle has been somewhat covered in pollen. Love the air hose to blow off water and those hard to vacuum areas inside your car. Most of the vacuums have pretty good power to really get carpets clean.

Paid for the 16 dollar car wash. Still had soap on my car and it left blue and pink spots on my car. Hard to clean it off. Then the vacuum was clogged up and didnt pick any dust.

Best car wash in town. Yea. If you have TREE SAP that basic wash isnt gonna cut it, but I pay the extra 3 dollars to have them hand scrub it and my car looks brand new after 5 minutes. Better than spending a hour doing it myself.

I normally get a membership which means at least one two three times out of the week Im getting my car washed and cleaned get out cant help but do it and its not like theres a long line and its conveniently located smack-dab in the middle of everything just slightly out-of-the-way enough that is Rawls attention to the rest of that area theyre cheap affordable and they actually do good work even though its an automated machine all I can say is you get what you pay for

Very good automatic car wash. I say that because this is the first car wash where the automatic tire shine dispenser was perfect! I didnt need to apply more or evenly spread it. Nice!

Blower needs to clean off better.

So much potential. Staff doesnt do much but point you in the direction of where to align your tires to the conveyor.The narrow tip vacuums didnt work at all.They do have air hoses to clean with some more detail which is a nice touch.This is on the higher price end for a basic car wash, $7 and is worth about $4.50.

Its fine for a quick clean. I do not think the most expensive wash is worth it though. We washed two cars, one at the cheapest wash and one at the most expensive wash. The difference wasnt that noticable and both vehicles were still a little bit dirty. I would give lower stars, but you cant expect a car wash to fully clean a vehicle as well as the fact that they did have a sign letting you know that it wouldnt clean everything.

Left streaks on hood and roof that werent touched at all. Tire shine coated about 4 inches into the wheel as well. Water is very hard and leaves extra white water spots on black paint. Seems like employees are good and its ran well but the wash itself just isnt good. Vacuums are ok

Great car wash the membership is worth $19.99 if you wash your vehicle at least once week. My only complaint is there’s always soap left on the back window of my SUV, more than likely due to the style. Never had any issues when driving my car through there.

Good car wash. Took off 2 stars because they have signs saying you cant stay longer than 10 minutes and no detailing. Annnnnd if you have rubber floor mats, oh well. When I asked how I can clean them they said you can try the carpet machine but probably wont help much. That was it. Place I go in Hixson does a quick pressure wash on them for you. Not here. Other than those 2 things, decent car wash.

I love this car wash, i dont see why everyone is hating on it. So what if you have to pay a little more for a better wash, isnt it worth it? and why would you ever expect a new car shine for for $5?? That is unrealistic and anyone who expects something like that is a self-centered idiot. If you are worried about saving a few bucks go home and wash it yourself. And dont take it out on the employees when you dont get what you want, they dont deserve that. Go home to your mommy and daddy or your rich spoils-you spouse and complain to them. The employees are just doing their jobs the way they were trained and are paid to do it. oh, and stop sucking up your kids toys and socks and food in the vacuum; it clogs it up so the rest of us cant use them.P.S. there is sign posted before you ever buy a wash that tells you what the car wash will and will not replace should they be damaged. READ IT.

Expensive for a generic car wash but they do have free vacuums and rags for over a dozen cars at a time.

I drive a Jeep Compass. I paid for the $12 car wash and my car has streaks on it, my tires are not clean and there was soap running down my rear window upon exiting the car wash. The soap continued to run down my back window and down the back of my Jeep for at least 10 minutes. Waste of money.

Best car wash in the area. I do like that they provide vacuums and cleaning cloth for free. They have different cleaning selections and I usually get the middle of the ground price selection. My car always gets cleaned like I want it.

Good for a auto car wash

I’m sure it’s an ok car wash for a car! But if you have a full size pick-up truck, best save yourself a little money & hand wash it yourself. I took my Ram 1500 thru this wash yesterday. I paid the $20 for the best wash they had. Although it did clean the dirt, dust, & pollen off my truck, it left soap residue & water spots all over it as well. Not something I’d expect for a $20 wash!The place truly wasn’t busy, but it was also mid morning on a Friday when most people who can afford to pay $20 for a wash are at work. Vacuums were good & strong like an ex girlfriend of mine. I’m sure they’d suck the chrome off from a bumper!Staff was friendly when I was there.

I called with an usual request to purchase a gift card over the phone and have them mail it to me out of state and they were more than happy to comply. The GM had it in the mail to me that day! This place provides excellent customer service and really goes out of their way for their customers. A++++ in my book!

Recently updated. Air guns to blow dust out of air vents and on dash. Clean area. John the manager tries very hard to accommodate your needs. Only negative is a couple of their employees should employees work on thier attitudes towards customers.
