Was visiting a friend for her wedding, needed cleaned up and booked with Kayla without knowing anything about the barbershop. I cannot say enough kind words about Kayla and the entire staff. The whole time I was there we were all chatting and they kept me entertained and smiling. Thats on top of one of the best haircuts Ive ever received. The groom told me I wasnt allowed to come to the wedding anymore (no joke). Definitely come here if youre looking for great people who are even more talented than they are fun.

Great vibe in the shop. I was pretty disappointed that they don’t do straight razor shaves or apply some balm or something for shorter fades... my scalp is V dry. I also mistakenly didn’t go into to enough detail on how up-to-date I wanted my fade, so I did ended up with a pretty somewhat boring looking dome. Super nice barber!

There is often a significant amount of uncomfortable locker room talk conversation from the staff here. Some of the barbers are distracted while cutting your hair and make mistakes as a result.In my most recent visit, the barber unevenly trimmed my eyebrows, of all things, without asking. He then also proceeded to touch up only half of my beard, again, unsolicited.Ive had very positive experiences with Luther, who always treats clients with respect and is attentive to their needs when theyre in his chair. However, the other factors here have taken away any desire I have to return.

Luther is a master with the clippers! Whenever my barber is out of town or unavailable for some reason, Luther is the ONLY other barber i will go to! Also love the atmosphere! You will not be bored at all with the great conversations flowing throughout the place.

Visit 11/07/19. New in town and am ALWAYS wary of going to a brand new person for a haircut. I have a traditional mohawk and previously had someone clean it up for me. She wasnt a barber (hair salon) so this wasnt something she did on the regular and didnt ruin my hawk... but it definitely needed help.Lonny did an excellent job cleaning it up, has a good eye for symmetry, and was quick, but not rushed. I was impressed and plan on seeing him as my regular barber.I believe in getting what you pay for - pay for quality. I was charged based on the small amount of work required for the job (as I just had my hair cut a few days prior) and in hindsight, feel I should have tipped more, so definitely will be making amends for that.Pleasant, clean atmosphere. Well lit. Music wasnt lame, overplayed pop and it was not overbearingly loud.

The barbers were very good, very courteous and professional. I went at the beginning of the COVID-19 shutdown, and they observed all CDC guidelines. Just a bit pricy for me. $30 for a haircut. And they didnt tell me until I got to the counter to pay!

I love this place. I have been all over for hair cuts and this is the nicest cleanest place with the most talent. I use Lauren for all of my haircuts/fades. But you wont find a bad barber in this building.

My wife and I have been cancelled on three times within the last week. The haircut is ok but its crazy to be cancelled on 30 minutes before your appointment 3 different times. I will find somewhere else that is able to get us in for an actual appointment.

Ive been seeing Kristin and Luther since August, and could not be happier. The staff are down to earth, friendly, and skilled in sculpting the look you want. The location is convenient to downtown, as well easily accessed from the highway. The shop has a great vibe, the choice of materials and decor create sense of warmth and comfort. The ability to schedule appointments via their slick website, and receive email or text reminders is a big plus. Ive rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes before being in a chair. Honestly I wouldnt mind waiting longer, as the overstuffed leather couches, groovy music, and complimentary beer make it worthwhile. Overall, All City is one of the best places to get your hair cut in Chattanooga. Pro tip: Make an appointment online. Keep track of who you are scheduled to see, and let them know when you arrive.

Despite having been loyal to one shop for the past 5 years, I plan to permanently move my business and recommendations to All City. Donald fixed me up and was friendly to boot. First off please look no further for a better mens haircut in Chattanooga because this place is exactly what your looking for. I moved to the area two months ago and have only had terrible haircuts to the point that one person tried to put a hard part in my hair as wide as my finger. Previously to moving out here I have had the same barber for fifteen years in Northern California and his shop did all the hair for the Broncos players for last years SuperBowl, so hes pretty damn good. So all that to say that this has hands down been the best haircut I have ever gotten aside from my Barber Perry.So about the experience and the ever talented Barbress KC. I was easily able to book my appointment before the shop opened and walked right in as they opened. KC was extremely friendly and offered me a beer(cause who doesnt enjoy day drinking especially on new years) and we got right to it.KC is a true artist when it comes to mens hair, which is all she does (which absolutely fine with me because its better to have someone be at the pro level at one thing than just kinda good at a few different things). Right off the bat she was able to point out all the problem spots, lines, and excessive length that was not necessary from the cut before. She than walked through with me in great detail everything that I wanted done and proceeded to slowly chisel away like Michaelangelo at my hair. During the cut she was super attentive to detail and you could see her perfectionist tendencies showing through in the most exceptional ways. Since I was the first person in and there was no one else there she took about an hour to go over everything and get it to perfection which is exactly what you want from a good haircut because its like getting a custom tailored suit made just for your head.All in all this place is absolutely the best in Chattanooga and I will refuse to go anywhere else. Good vibes, clean and uplifting atmosphere, and it was started by a 23 year old entrepreneur (Kristen) so who wouldnt get behind someone whose young and doing things right?So again do not go anywhere else in Chattanooga as you will be extremely dissapointed.Oh and if your turned off by the fact thats its on the pricey end then please note that you get every dollar you pay for and if you want something cheap you can go to sports clips and get a rushed half ass cut any day. Invest in yourself and in your small business community because it goes a lot farther than you think.

Bad customer service. First time there. Walked in and was greeted by no one. Sat and waited about 20 minutes while the girl finished up cutting someones hair and was then asked if I had an appointment. Didnt realize you needed an appointment at a barber shop.
