As a wedding photographer, I love any chance I get to photograph at Tennessee RiverPlace. It is very common for one to step onto the property and feel as though you have left Tennessee. The rolling hills with the river in the distance and the arches of the quaint countryside styled barn gives the feeling as though one has escaped to Sicilian countryside. It is vastly impossible to not create a breathtakingly beautiful event at this venue! I very much look forward to photographing here again soon!

As a photographer, I can say Tennessee RiverPlace is truly a wedding dream! Its the perfect venue for a wedding! Its a beautiful farm with incredible views of the mountains and the Tennessee River! Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, but the staff excel in customer experience and taking care of their clients. DO NOT STAY AT THE AIR BNB/GUEST HOUSES!!!!NOT SAFE AND RUN DOWN/NOT MAINTAINED!I can’t believe that a place that has stayed in business this long would provide the service and circumstances we experienced. The property is located through the ghetto and then several miles of dirt road. We arrived late on a Saturday around 10:30PM while being followed by another vehicle. We thought it was odd there would be another person would be arriving at the same time. Being cautious we waited in our car AND WATCHED THIS INDIVIDUAL WALK UP TO THE DIFFERENT ROOMS LOOKING INTO THE WINDOWS ON THE UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS ROOMS before getting into his car and driving off!! Freaked out, we called the management to report this security concern and we’re informed that the AC on our side of the building broke earlier so our room would be hot but since they didn’t have any personnel on site they would review the security cameras. (Why we’re we not notified that the AC was broken before we arrived?!) The only windows in the room were along the community balcony, the same place that this individual had been looking into the windows So our room stayed at 82 degrees all night!!!Management called back later and said that we had no reason to be concerned because this person was there earlier that day…. He was not a guest and trying to look into the windows throughout the building at 11pm!!!! We were told by the manager Amber that they would contact us the next day and refund us the money since the room was 82 degrees. They never contacted us, did not respond to our calls, and finally responded to an email saying that there was no security concerns and still have yet to process our refund. DO NOT STAY HERE, DO NOT TRUST THE MANAGEMENT.

GORGEOUS Air B&B!! We had a vehicle break down and needed a last minute overnight stay, so glad we found Tennessee River Place!! Chattanooga Room was AMAZING!! Best bed Ive slept in away from home and the jacuzzi tub was a much needed surprise! Will be making a return visit!!

The setting is beautiful with a Spanish style manor at the mouth of the Tennessee River gorge. We had a wonderful wedding at this location; however, we had a number of difficulties along the way with the venue. This venue changed ownership and management between the time of our booking and our wedding day. There were a number of changes to the venue as a result of this ownership and management change that were not communicated appropriately.One of the major changes of the venue involves the hotel rooms within the venue. At the time of booking, the rooms were available to rent if you were renting the venue, but the rooms weren’t publicly available. Now, the venue has the rooms on AirBnB. So if you don’t want strangers roaming around on your wedding day, you need to buy out the hotel rooms as well. This change also resulted in several common spaces as well as a room from being available to the renters of the venue to no longer being included and instead available to the AirBnB guests.Another notable change is the location of the room for the groom to get ready. This room has been relocated downstairs at the front of the building. There are only sheer curtains, so there isn’t any privacy for changing. The only other option is to change in the bathroom where the lighting is deficient. Venue staff also came through this room regularly as a cut-through while I was getting ready which I found to be rather unprofessional.Overall, its a beautiful place, but current operation of the venue isn’t working well. Some of the staff was hostile and overall unprofessional. I do not recommend using this venue.

Very beautifully maintained and perfect place for celebrations. River view is impeccable. Very clean with ample space for any need.

We where there for Granddaughters wedding. Beautiful place. But for what it cost they should have road to it ashphalted St least. We went to get gift from trunk and white dust flew everywhere when we closed trunk. They had put white rocks down on the road.

I picked up the newlyweds from here in our boat Blue Heaven and took them to the Chattanooga Riverfront. It was awesome..

Wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet, quaint little place, run by very nice people.Pros: quiet, secluded, room was clean, views were off the chain, felt like we got a good deal on the place, overall a VERY good experience.Cons: rooms were NOT soundproof, anytime anyone was walking outside it felt like they were coming into the room. Only other con was that it felt a little dated, somethings you could tell it was just older. It definitely didn’t take away from the experience too much, but you could tell it was old and needed updating in some areas.Pros definitely outweighed the cons, we’ll be back!!

Really nice venue! The background was breathtaking...

My fiancé and I had originally planned to get married here in the summer of 2020. Unfortunately, My cancer came back and was unable to go through. After my successful stem cell transplant we decided we wanted to still get married here in 2021. To our surprise, they had more than doubled our original package price from $2500 to $5500 in less than a year while adding absolutely nothing. We asked if they would still honor the price we were given last year based on our circumstances and we were told no. Therefore, We have decided not to go with them on the basis of our price rising by more than the original cost of the venue and wanted to inform others of how much their price has increased.

We had amazing experience with Kirsten, the venue, and the rental houses on property. We had planned for our wedding to take place on April 18,2020 but do to COVID, we postponed until August 1. Thankfully they had dates available and we were able to move the wedding. Everything about this venue is great. The scenery is beautiful. We are very glad we chose to have our wedding there.

Had our daughters wedding here with around 150 guests. The venue is beautiful and the staff, especially Becca, are extremely accommodating and helpful and friendly. It was wonderful!!!!

Got married there is August. Scenic venue. The main room is very tight, and we had issues up to the last minute getting tables set up to fit despite reassurances. Our table provider had to leave tables outside the venue because someone from the venue didnt let them in (despite scheduling this). Used the tent for the cocktail hour which was great. Used the patio for reception/ band. Was great except for the custodian from TRP making a scene dancing/ headbanging and running around on the roof - a spectacle we wish we could have spared our guests from.

Wonderful villa on Tennessee River. Hospitality could never be better. Will be back every opportunity we have the need to host an event. All facilities are available, Owner and his wife are most accommodating.

Outstanding setting for an outdoor wedding in the country, so expect country roads to get there. Staff was very kind and accommodating. They also have houses to rent next to the property to make everything run smoothly.

Tennessee Riverplace was the perfect wedding venue for our wedding. Both the outdoor ceremony area and the indoor reception area are beautiful. We had our wedding in November and our ceremony pictures turned out so beautiful with the fall colors. The staff at the property were also super nice and helpful. We absolutely loved working with Vio and Chelsea. We also booked both guest houses for the brides family and the bridesmaids. This turned out to be a very good decision and our guests loved hanging out at the guest house next to the venue after the wedding. We felt really lucky to be able to book the venue for our wedding day!

What an absolutely beautiful venue!! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to marry the man of my dreams. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful and will do everything to make sure your day is just what you wanted. My family, friends, husband and I made amazing memories here to hold on to for a lifetime! I recommend anyone looking for a beautiful place to get married to check this place out ASAP!!

Overall a beautiful venue, but I was not impressed with the way things were handled after our wedding. Instead of letting myself or my coordinator know we had items left at the venue, they placed them in the storage shed/closet. We had to contact them to see if items had been left. More than a month later, I am still waiting for a response if some missing items had been found.For potential couples looking for a venue, keep in mind you only get the property for a ten hour window, not a full day. Unfortunately, our wedding date was moved due to COVID, and we were not given any additional time for the actual day off. They were (thankfully) lenient with the amount of tables and chairs we needed (because of COVID), but no additional time unless you paid extra. If you are looking for a venue that gives you ample amount of time for set up, ceremony, reception and clean up, I would suggest looking elsewhere!

All in one wedding venue on the river... If I could get married again, Id do it here.

What a breath of fresh air. We stayed in the William Island room. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was large and the jacuzzi tub was a great touch. The view from this room is great and quite. The owners are very hospitable and have the place looking great! Thanks for a great stay and some much needed R&R for my wife and I.

Kinda small, to be honest. Its a pretty good sized place but not for a prom. It was like a school monitored house party. Thats really all it was. But the venue was pretty and the river was pretty. It just rained a lot 😂 but overall it was nice

We couldnt have picked a better venue for our wedding! The Tennessee RiverPlace is breathtakingly beautiful, perfectly situated right on the river, and has so much space for guests to roam. We spread our wedding out over the whole venue except for the tent, but it was nice to know that we had plans A, B, and C for bad weather. The venue is so gorgeous it really doesnt require a lot of decoration. They provided the chairs and tables we needed since we werent having a huge wedding, and the bridal/groom suites were spacious and also provided a great backdrop for photos before our first look. In case you have kids at your wedding theres also a swing and cornhole for guests to play if they get bored at any point. The staff was accommodating and the event manager was quick to reply to my emails leading up to the wedding. While there may be cheaper venues in town, this place is definitely worth every penny because it is wanting for nothing! Our ceremony and reception went completely smoothly and we had guests telling us it was the best wedding theyd ever attended. We cant think of a single complaint we have for the venue. Luckily, we live nearby so we get to visit and reminisce in the future.

Tennesse Riverplace is an outstanding venue. From your first steps on the property, youll forget youre in Tennessee and feel as though youre in the south of France. With sweeping arches and grand views of the river, it is the perfect venue for unforgettable memories and wedding photos!

This is a beautiful, picture place to have your wedding!! The staff and the everyone who works here is incredible and professional. On my wedding day, an unexpected storm arose, and Chelsea stepped up to the plate and did everything she could to help us rearrange everything last minute!! Vio was also incdredibly helpful and provided so much insight into how everything should be set up. I can not recommend this place high enough- 5 stars!!!

Beautiful venue, always organized and on top of things. We love delivering cakes to this venue! You feel far from town, but it is only a short drive from downtown Chattanooga.

Very pretty location but the roads getting there are terrible. Parking lot was muddy and one vehicle became stuck trying to park.

We had our family reunion here. Wonderful staff, such a peaceful location. Good for the soul. Highly recommended.
