I had the pleasure of working with this company this passed weekend right before Mothers Day. Someone that I care deeply about was in need of getting bonded out of jail. I called and Jimmy Clift answered my call on the first try, I had called others before trying them but the others didnt answer. Jimmy helped me right away and was patient with me through the process and was very helpful. I feel that he genuinely cared about my situation and that was awesome of him. He was upfront and honest and I appreciate honesty. I would recommend that if you find yourself or someone you care about in need of there services the call these professionals.

Jimmy has went above and beyond to help us and try to get this person out of jail. He text to check to see if I had heard from him and called the jail to check on him being booked and explained what to expect. He has stayed in contact with with me the whole time! He has helped calm me down and even though I called a bunch to check and understand what was going on he never once gave me attitude or got snippy (even at 2am when I kept calling to understand what was happening) HE DID ALL OF THIS ASSUMING THIS PERSON WILL GET OR’ED (MEANING HE WILL NOT GET PAID OFF OF IT)!!!!!! I will never use another bail bondsman and will be recommending him to EVERYONE!!

A nice office and very pleasant employee in terms of our interaction, but she was not interested in speedy service. She told me I had to wait for two other customers who were before me. Oddly enough, when I arrived to pay the bond on my friend the other customers had not shown up nor paid their bond. By very definition, I was now in front of them. Nope. I paid a bond at 745pm and picked up my friend at 6am. I still had to wait for customers who were ahead of me yet behind me or something. Nice folks but I wont use them again.

The website states they do payment plans, when I spoke with a gentleman on the phone he told me they would take 1/2 down and set the rest up on weekly or monthly payments. Once I had the money to pay 1/2 together to get my son out, I called back. The lady that answered shot me down stating they do not do payments on that amount. Needless to say, I was upset. Dont advertise that you have payment plans and also tell someone you will do a payment plan then change. Poor customer service!
