Car was towed to their yard after being stolen and recovered by Chattanooga PD. I had to call on 4 different occasions to tell them to release my car to the towing service that made several attempts to pick up my car and bring to shop for repairs. They had my phone number and never tried to contact me once regarding this either. I believe this was their attempt to incurr more impound fees to my insurance as there simply is no other explanation as to why they would not release my vehicle after I told them on several calls to do so. They even sent a certified letter notifying abandonment to my lienholder and myself! I have all phone records proving this and also a witness that was with me at time of each call. This place is dishonest and I am currently in process of reporting them.

They picked up my daughters car after she was involved in a wreck. I looked them up on google and was really skeptical after reading all of the negative reviews. My daughter and my wife went to there to get her personal items out of her car and the guy they dealt with was super nice and polite. He told them to take their time and to get anything they wanted. So I guess its all in how you act towards people as to how you get treated.

This place charged me 85$ to tow my car that broke down INFRONT OF THEIR BUSINESS all the way to (drum roll please) Holly Hills, which is a 6 minute drive. Crooks and theives, go anywhere else but here if you want to not sell your soul for a tow. Theyre also cash only if you can believe it (with those prices!)

They sent a wrecker to pick up my car after it died. Wrecker driver worked around my schedule and did a great job. Chris, the mechanic did an excellent job as well. He kept me informed on the status and cost. He replaced my distributor & fixed some other things that I knew were bad (86 Pontiac Transam - old car, so always something going bad...lol) . I really appreciate them helping me out. Great bunch of folks.

This is ridiculous the way jack hale and the rest treat people I dont understand how they get away with it and stay in business. I worked for him for a week ha worst decision ever made. This is because of Brandy Montoyas post. I worked for Dentons/Allied for 10 years. I worked weekends and holidays and out of town. I left in July 2017 because i got married. In the 10 years i worked and lived at Dentons. I never have seen Jack let anyone sell a car on either of our lots. We have never stolen anything. The cameras do record. We have had to go back several times and watch them. Ive pulled more drivelines than i can remember. The only ones we have ever left running is a UPS package car. Thats because they were in a hurry and the UPS mechanics told us too. Jack is honest. Ive been in every truck he owns. There is no alcohol in any of the trucks.

Selected by sheriffs department to tow my car after an accident. Allowed me to look over car before paying. Did not damage or steal anything. GPS, laptop computer, and spare change right where I left it. Price for 3-4 miles of county towing + overnight storage was $206.

Jack Hale the owner said I could park my truck there to try and sell it because more people would see it there rather than at his other towing company Allied on 1201 north holtzclaw Chattanooga tn which are both on the Chattanooga police rotation and when I went to get it by police escort because the man is crooked as tbe devil he ball faced lied and said he towed it and I now I owe him 500 in order to obtain MY truck I was just trying to sell, also have video of his employees Chris and Steve stealing pills out of a car just brought in , theyll steal your laptops tablets guns change any items worth value but his video surveillance doesnt record so it cant be proven, they overcharge theyre contract companies for dropping driveshafts but just crank em up and pop em neutral or do the job after hours to charge more the owner jack hale and Chris drive around with a jug of whiskey in the middle councel but according to them they have the Chattanooga police in their pocket (THEIR WORDS NOT MINE) along with Trevor head of the wrecker board and can get away with all this he also has his wife deedee forge signatures on titles the man is the scum of the earth and if you are in business with jack hale dentons or allied your getting screwed!Update: Have Lawyer! Have voice mail containing Jack and Chris distinctly saying that whelp if ya want your truck back ya gotta give us $500 have camera video tape of them stealing out of ladys car and she has been found and contacted and willing to join to sue! Finally getting somewhere! Turns out this is bigger than just me having problems!

Destroyed a friends car towing it....and still made him pay to release it.....didnt even acknowledge the damage as if it just wasnt a need to discuss issue. Now he had to retain a lawyer.

This place is full of theives, I had my car towed after an accident and the they stole parts off of my car. Absolutely the worst people in town, I called to ask if we could watch the video to see, the guy cussed me and hung up.. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.. They now will get to deal with my attorney.. Stole from the wrong person..

The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I will never use his service and have a great ammout of connections around town. I have lived here for 25+ years and I will spread the word. My suggestion you you sir learn customer service or it will put you out of business.
