Just moved here from Florida, It took one trip to gossets to know where Im taking my car for now on These guys were great had us in and out within 2 hours when back home we would have been waiting over a week The service was unreal He even helped us find lodging and well he is definitely a god send!

I had a very good experience with the owner and the owners son helping me with my car. They fixed it up and after having a mishap with the payment it all was fixed smoothly and quickly. I recommend coming here for any and all auto repair help, they are very friendly and professional and treat their customers like family.

The guys at Gossetts took such good care of me. I broke down on the side of i-24 a mile from their shop. They were able to see me that day and did a full check on all my tires and found one of my wheel assemblys was one wrong turn away from my wheel falling off. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful when I was in some dire straits. The location is a little rough around the edges, but the service was unbeatable.

Every time I’ve taken my truck here it’s been fantastic service. They call me with updates and even finished all the work needed the same day they got the truck. Highly recommend.

My car broke down right around here while I was moving up to Knoxville. Gossett quoted me a much better price than anyone else in the area, and while the work took a little while, it was all circumstances out of their control. Very helpful and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone in the greater Chattanooga area.

Great service!! My fiancé’s car needed the a/c fixed, wipers replaced, and the cold air intake put back on so we brought his car to this shop. They communicated really well, got it done fast, and for the best price! We thought it was going to be way more expensive then it turned out to be. We will definitely be going back next time we need a service on our vehicles!

Great work at fair price and ready in as promised.Edited note 2 months later: Well, I left them a five-star review and at the time it was appropriate for work they did on my brothers Jeep. But right now the jury is still out on some AC work they did for my husband with his Jeep. $350, which wasnt that bad, but The air never got icy cold like it used to be, and about 2 days later it wasnt blowing cold at all. Now theyre saying the A/C compressor is out or something is leaking. How could they have pulled a vacuum the first time? Hopefully this can be resolved in a cost-friendly way. Will update this review once we know for sure.

On the return of our roundtrip drive from Florida to St. Louis and back, our car started acting up terribly on the highway (became suddenly sporadic and unreliable, we couldve unknowingly ruined our engine in hindsight). We took it in first thing the next morning, he got us in right away, knew what it was and had obscure/select info about our specific model/make/year of car that linked the symptom to the problem/solution before ever hooking it up to diagnostics, which matched of course. They said the car would be done by the end of the day as they were already busy but by noon they had already done the repair, had it test driven and waiting. The labor price was fair and my car runs as good as new. If you ever need a smart, honest, reliable mechanic in Chattanooga, Gossetts is where youll find it. They were truly heroes for our family.

Took my car in on a Friday night when my ball joints and axle suddenly fell apart and had it fixed by Saturday morning even though they were closed. Clearly very fast service and they were very nice! Also very reasonable prices! As a broke college kid who relies very much on their car, I’m so thankful for the fast service and reasonable prices!

Great place! Was driving to florida from nebraska and my vehicle broke down at a rest stop outside of Chattanooga unable to drive. Called them and they got me in contact with a tow truck and waited after they closed for the tow truck with my vehicle to arrive.They gave me a ride to a nearby hotel and got my van fixed early the next day and picked me up from the hotel with it. Told me the wheelhub assembly was broke, the bearings were falling out. They showed me the old part that was replaced to show me the damage.They made the whole situation non-stressful and seamless. Now down in florida and the van is driving great. Low cost as well.

Worst experience EVER!!!! They dont know what they are doing and get mad at and argue with customers because their work is incompetent. Nate is super disrespectful and should not be working in customer service. Because they did shotty work and I called him on it he yelled and cussed at me in front of my 4yo child.
