My name Is Elise. Will also plat a oictire or my receipt with daye,how mich i was charged for labor and parts .!! I called and spoke with David about a week later.He was very nice. Told me there were not to be making squeaking noise.Just paid about $470 on front and rear breaks.Told be to bring in next afternoon. I did afteri left work about 3:30.When arrived we both agreed ot had been raining and he wouldnt hear. Was asked ro call and beimg back with in next few days .One day after work he had left for the day .I decided to brimg back.Finaly David had someone put car in air .took a four tires off.sprayed some kind of oil on tore iron.Told me car was done.Evdrtkmg was on correctly. If k kept hearimg noise then next atep would be to have a rear alignmentWhich would come more money. Mind you j aid it is the breaks from day one.They said it was fine well here are to see for yourself .

Its a walk in only and youll take a chance if theyll take you in on a daily basis. Called beforehand and was told to be here at 7:30AM when they open. Got there at 7:27AM and was told they cant do alignment that day because theyre booked. Thats all fine but many cant afford to bring their car in and not knowing if its accepted or not.

They are so nice here. They will take care of you and wont to rip you off. The customer service is great and they do good work. Been coming here for years.

By far the best auto repair garage my wife and I have ever been to. We will not hesitate to go back if we ever need another auto repair. If youre doing research to find an auto repair just stop now and go to Eastridge Auto alignment. Great people, great service, great prices and very kind and professional. They fixed our Honda Accord wagon that was having trouble with motor mounts after another auto repair got us for almost 300 dollars and we were about to have to start walking every where because of the mounts being messed up. Eastridge Auto Alignment fixed it the right way in a timely manner and charged a very reasonable price and now we can drive our car anywhere. Were so grateful for them fixing it and treating us like people and not a dollar sign. Thank yall well definitely be coming back if we ever need anything done to the car again.

Well on Friday September 3 , 2021 I called about a 235/75 R15 truck tire and name brand was Nexen white letter tire . And the woman on the phone said I couldnt get one that day ! And I had to wait until after Labor Day which be on Tuesday September 7 , 2021 . And she would have to order it . I didnt like that one bit ! It was just because they was full for today ! And so when I went to get the tire on my truck today on Tuesday September 7 , 2021 and I pulled the truck in at this place . And I just seen they had the wrong type of tire I needed . It was the right name brand . But it wasnt a raised white letter tire . And I try to tell the guy named Brian thats kinda ball headed and he threw fit and raised his voice . And so he offered to put my other tire on . But I told him no , just to go ahead and put the other tire on black wall instead of the white wall tire . Me and my wife was so upset ! The lady there should have order the right tire ! Hopefully this wont happen again ! Hopefully the manager will see this !

Very expensive for tune ups and lubing the chassis. 450 for a tune up that only changed spark plugs and boots which the boots were priced correctly but spark plugs were double of the normal retail value from the same brand and I was charged for 2 hours of labor for over 200 dollars. I couldve done all this for a third of the price and only reason I didnt was to avoid the risk of havinga piece of the spark plug fall into the cylinder and force me to buy a kit to remove it. I wasnt told much on services that wouldve been provided, pricing, timing, and was not friendly at all. I received silent treatments when I asked for the information Id say is a given whenever getting professional mechanical services like asking for the wait time and never gave them a limit to go by. They simply asked what I wanted and took my name and keys and tried to go on without saying much else.

Very unhappy with the way I was done over a fuel pump and battery that cost me over a thousand dollars and then when I needed for them to replace it 3 days before the 1 year warranty was going to be up they couldnt fit me in to fix when you would think warranty work would come first, now I am going to be out another $750.00for a fuel pump,😠😠😠😡😡😡!!!! And you would think ordering name brand from the factory has more than a one year warranty, but I was put off and put off until it became my problem now. In the reply from East Ridge Auto alignment is a total lie . I was told we do not do appointments first come first served if I could have made an appointment why was I told I couldnt?

Left work to run a quick errand to the bank on my break. Picked up a large screw in a tire. Stopped in for what I was hoping would be a quick fix. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The quality of work and speed was amazing and very much appreciated!

They were able to work me in within an hour of closing to have a front end alignment and tire rotation. It was my first time coming here they seem like good people with good prices.

It took them over 2 and a half hours to simply change a tire.After running over glass on the interstate due to someone elses wreck, I needed to get the tire changed ASAP.Prices are a ripoff for how long I had to wait. No one even told me what was going on or that the wait would be so long, instead they left me to sit in a chair with a loud TV blaring (sign below the TV reads not to mess with it, so I couldnt even turn it down).Awful. I didnt even ask for a discount for my poor experience, I just took my keys and left. Way to make a bad day even worse in the middle of a long road trip.

We have been having issues with our vehicle. We took our car in, in a rush, to get an oil change and an alignment cause we were going down to Florida.Unfortunately we came in slightly late for them to get the alignment done. They did an oil change and noticed our tires. Our tires were really bad. With concern, They highly recommended that we get those fixed before making that kind of trip.We came in the next day and Brian was very pleased to see us greeted us with much love and got us into the shop quickly. They changed our tires and gave us an alignment successfully.I highly recommend this place! And if you meet Brian you will definitely feel secure in his work and cared for regardless the situation! They are so friendly and kind! They are incredible fast! And have great prices!My wife and I thank you guys at East Ridge Auto Alignment!

Ive been doing my own work on my cars for a while, but every now and then theres something I need the pros to take care of. The folks here have always taken care of me, and been great with pricing for piece work when I need it. Id trust them with any and all of my vehicles.I even had an issue with damage caused by a faulty machine, and they took care of it immediately. They took ownership of the issue and had it corrected the same day. Thats a rare quality and a sign of good people.

I have a Jacked up Wrangler and a lowered truck. They are the only place in town that get my alignments right every time.

Went for alignment was told 1000.00 worth of work to do to be able to align. Took to another shop showed paper from eastridge he looked at it changed 37 dollar part aligned it and done. Was about to get took want use again. Had to pay 27.50 for the inspection to. The other shop checked all the parts and didnt need them truck drives great.

I took my vehicle over for a front in alignment and was told they could not do the alignment unless they replaced two rear camber adjusters. I went to pick up the vehicle the store had changed to one camber adjustment. I took the vehicle to another shop front in alignment was done no issues. I called to speak to the manager named Brian who made up a bunch of excuses and was unsure of what was going on in his shop. It used to be a good shop when Richard was running it do not go there anymore.Just to update 10 months later Car is doing great with the alignment I received from another business and no additional parts.

I had been to this establishment for several alignments over the years. Went in Saturday 5/21/16 for a 4-wheel alignment. About 20 minutes after they started I was told that the alignment couldnt be done since my car had a bad ball joint and inner tie rod end on the right side. They said they could do the repair for $535. That sounded outrageous to me and I said, not today. I paid their $25 plus tax diagnostic fee and left. I took my car to two other shops that I knew were trustworthy and both confirmed that there was no damage to those parts whatsoever. I will NEVER do business with East Ridge Auto Alignment again. I had a few other repairs done over the years they said I needed (although I went elsewhere to have then done since their quotes seemed high) and I wonder how many of those were really necessary. Be extremely wary of this shop. Id give it a zero rating if that were an option.

This is a really great place. I have brought my suv in to have the transmission repair. They are quick, honest, and great at communication. They go above an beyond to help you and treat you like a human bean. All around awesome customer service. I brought my car in almost in tears a couple of weeks ago as it was overheating. They fixed the issue and sent me on my way within minutes. What a great team. Only suggestion that I have is the coffee stations needs coffee brewing (hint hint)

I meant to add a review to this. Ive been coming here for many years for various automotive issues. Its my go to place for an affordable, thourough oil change as well.

East Ridge Auto Alignment did a great job taking care of my Volvo. It needed new struts and a front end alignment. They did both in record time and for a really fair price. I am beyond pleased.

I paid $1,500 for a brand new air conditioner and it worked better before they worked on it. They charged me another $850 for a part I could survived w/o, took it somewhere else and had a bad spark plug.

I think east ridge alignment is a great place for auto repairs,and employees that makes it be more smooth and painless. Very inviting. Keep up the hospitality and good work!

Would not recommend this place. My husband has been a auto tech for 15years. He fixed my brothers car at East Ridge Transmission and Total Car Care then sent my brother over there to get a alignment. They threw the job away and charged him for now reason just to tell him no . Not a smart ideal to throw the job away from your sister shop that sends you work constantly!! If you are young and anything but white I would recommend somewhere else. Still the owner has not done anything to fix this! They need to refund us and align it up at no charge for the inconvenience. I will be sharing this on Facebook as well. Being married to a local know auto tech you know a lot of people and Im sure you will lose business over this.

I took my SUV to East Ridge Auto Alignment a few years ago to have my spark plugs changed. I didnt have any time to do them myself. They were quick, cheap, and very friendly. I would recommend them to all my friends!

So far theyve done good work and had a quick turnaround, but do get estimates in writing, as the cost of a wheel alignment/brake cable adjustment went up an extra 40 dollars on me when it was time to pay.

If there was a 0 star I Would give it my daughters car was taken here to get a alternator replaced and left with a fuel pump leak. Of course instead of being honest and saying we caused the problem we will fix it. They try to blame in the car sitting a build up of pressure the problem with that is that the car had been driving for the pasy 4 days proior no leak you work on it leak. They say we can order the part and put it in there will be a charge.. Um no thank you I will take my business else were. Beware while my daughter car was there and I was picking it up another young man was there complaining about having a transmission flush and now having a leak and the fluid being black. I see a pattern.

Sent my b in-law here to get the toe set on his car already knew it needed balljoints they said they couldnt line it up because it needed balljoints and rear struts I have been a tech for 15 years and a front end tech as well that is piss poor and then they charged him 25 dollars to tell him wat I just told him wow do not go here

Had my car towed here. I was given a quote. I said ok let me send my husband over we might add a few things to it like spark plugs etc. They gave in a new price ok fine. As he was about to leave the technician saw an error there desk person made..... Suddenly the price more than doubles because she made and quoted a mistake. They were not willing to negotiate any price difference and the owner Steve let me know he had plenty of work and wasnt going to eat a dime. Tow company is on its way. They will never get anymore of my business. And yes they still charged me over 80.00 for a diagnostic fee. Never again...Be warned.

I took my 2004 Yukon to this place to get a front end inspection bc it was wobbly when driving and i knew it was something more than a alignment but wanted to be sure. They supposedly did a front end inspection and visual inspection only to call bk to say my front end was ok but i needed front brakes and rotors which i knew not to be true being i had them done a week prior. I returned to get my truck and they charged me for the visual which they said would not be a charge. Took it somewhere else and come to find out it was the swaybar end links. So before i gave a review i wanted to give them a chance to make it right, needless to say they didnt. The owner Steve was put on the phone and i was polite and respectful in telling him what was going on but he was nothing but rude questioning me like he should have been questioning his employees. Luckily i was only screwed for $60 for 2 inspections. Not trustworthy or accountable at all BEWARE!

I took my 2001 BMW X5 to East Ridge Auto Alignment Shop numerous times to have a four wheel alignment and new suspension parts installed. After paying $2,990.08 to them they were not able to properly align the wheels so they all would track straight and true. Their cost was purely labor. I bought all the suspension parts myself from different suppliers. Their labor rates and time spent on this was a true rip-off. The car is no better now than it was before they worked on it. Lesson learned, never take your vehicle to these people as you will be sorry and broke !!!

Told me I needed parts I knew I didnt because they were brand new...little did they know

We were on the way southbound in a motorhome and heard a squeal in the brakes, plus there was a vibration. My big concern was whether the brakes were safe. After calling several places who were unable to handle a motorhome, East Ridge was recommended. They looked at it as an emergency (right away) and told me the brakes had half their wear and that one tire was showing a wear pattern indicating unbalance. We did a rotate and balance. They were knowledgeable, expedient, surprisingly friendly (Steve) and told us how it was without taking advantage of our emergency status.

Good Service, Quick, No matter what Ive had to have done they have always been courteous and work has been good..

I want to start off by saying that i used to feel secure about taking my personal vehicle and my work vehicles to this shop for any and all work needed. I feel as they have good knowledge of all makes and models and i have taken atleast 4 different vehicles to this shop. My most recent and most awful experience is what directed me to write this review because i was enraged at the pricing of 2 different things i had done on my 2008 Volvo S80. Since i have been there multiple times and everything was always done at a very reasonable price, i did not ask how much it would cost to put in 2 fog light bulbs and to reset my service light after my oil change. I have had my oil changed there before and reseting the service light was never an extra charge because it only takes 2 seconds to do so. This time they charged me $44 for the reset and when i asked why it was that high, the person behind the counter said that they needed a special guy with special tools to come in and do it. I know that this was a made up lie because i have taken my car to the Volvo dealership and they reset the service light in front of me by using their 2 fingers and 2 seconds of their time.The other outrageous charge was for putting in two new fog light bulbs that i provided to the shop. there are only 2 screws in total on both sides to remove and to plug in the bulbs. The shop charged me $44 for this job as well saying that they needed special tools to replace the bulbs and it was a complicated job. The only tool you need is a torx screwdriver and 10 mins of time. I know this because i have done this before my self. I just did not have the time this time to and that is why i asked for the shop to do this. I figured an extra charge of maximum $20 for their time but this $44 is insane.To summarize this terrible experience, my oil change with 7.5 quarts of oil and filter was only $32 and my other minor requests were a price that you can call highway robbery. I still paid what they charged me and told them that i would never come back to that shop again. I would rather pay $55 at the Volvo dealership and they reset my service light for free. What would make me go back to these highway robbers again?? I even called the shop back and asked to speak to the owner or shop manager and they took my number and name but i never received a call back from anybody.Please do not take any foreign vehicles there as they will give you the lie saying that they need special tools such as their fingers and a screw driver to do the job and charge you some outrageous amount. If you do take your vehicle there, ask them for a price before they do the job so that you are not in for a surprise like i was. This is one thing that i made a mistake in not doing.My advice, might as well go to your dealer.

I took my Honda Accord here to have a diagnostic done for suspected overheating. The on board computer was working when I took it in. They broke it, and I had to buy another. Several hundred dollars later, and 2 months go by, and its not running. I dont understand why theyre still in business unless its because of gouging unsuspecting customers.

So I have been going to this garage for 6 years. I always go and get my tires here and my oil changed. Keep in mind I have a diesel and my oil change is over 100 each time, and I just put new tires on my jeep which were over 620.00. The first thing that happened was the girl at the front over charged me for my tires, and acted like she didnt till one of the other ppl had to tell her yes u did. Then The second thing that happened was I take my husbands truck there to get it an alignment done on it. The lady comes back and says well u need this this and this. Then says we also recommend to do this, but we would have to bring a specialist in for that. I asked as many questions as I could to understand exactly what was needed. I then said my husband is going to have to bring it back in Friday, I dont understand cars and he does. She said okay. Then charged me 25.00 bc they did a check on it. I asked if the 25.00 would be able to be used towards the alignment when I brought it back and was advised no, it would only be used as a credit if I had them fix all the other stuff which they were going to charge me 385.00 for. I paid it and pondered on it, and then decided I was going to call the shop the next morning and speak with a manager or an owner bc I felt that, I came in there for an alignment and they of course found all these other things wrong. So I called spoke with the owner and tried to explain the situation. He wouldnt allow me to speak, and told me that every car gets charged that when they come in. I was never told before hand that I was going to get charged that, and I didnt even come in for that, I came in for an alignment. I told him that I just spent 700 dollars on tires there and feel that it should be taken off the alignment, I have been a loyal customer and if it cant be done I wouldnt come back. He said I am sorry miss. Doesnt even want to make it right. I would recommend not to take your cars there. They will charge u for something and wont tell u about it before hand, and then act like u being a customer is nothing to them! If u do take your car here make sure u triple check everything bc they like to over charge.

The rear alignments bolts look questionably placed and they forgot to tighten the ones in my front wheel. At least they got close to my alignment specs I asked for.Pro tip: if your car makes weird popping sounds or squeaks when you cut the wheel after they do your alignment, they missed something and You should take your car back or to someone else.

I always take my car to these please but the people in there are so rude mean to customers they don’t know how to talk to people so that’s why I will never go back they need to learn how to talk to customers
