Patrick Moates is my insurance agent, he has been for over 2 years and will continue to be for multiple reasons! However the best one to mention was when he called me a few months back informing me that there was possibility if I changed from the old insurance company I was through to liberty mutual I could save money. I let him see if the numbers worked out and within 15 minutes he called me back telling me he could save me $30 a month on my auto insurance! Which of course I took that opportunity, then he later informed me that life insurance could save me money if I purchased it and sure enough, with the additional bill of life insurance I was still saving $10 a month by bundling!!There’s some agents I’ve spoken with who have given me a low rate, but none that called me later down the road letting me know I could be saving more.Thank you Patrick for keeping my rates down and my family protected!

Ive dealt with agents over my years and they are hard to get in touch with, untruthful and inexperienced. I started to feel there wasnt a good agent out there.
