The wait to receive meal is fine, so long as the meal is enjoyable. Wifes burger patty was burnt. My baja fried fish tacos came out cold. The brussel sprouts were awesome. Chips and salsa were also very good.

Horrible! He tried to make me buy more homeowners insurance than my house and contents were worth. When I refused, he got angry and said I would have to sign some sort of form. I told him if he couldn’t give me the amount of coverage that I needed and was asking for then I’d have to go to another insurance company. He reluctantly gave me a policy with the correct amount of coverage and of course there was never the form to sign that he threatened me with. Yes I did keep him as my agent but I was in a hurry so I settled. Allstate did provide excellent service when I needed them later but I would not recommend Ken Mara because he treated me like a con artist would treat his target.

I love Ken Mara! He has been my agent for car and homeowner insurance, and recently mortgage life insurance for over 8yrs. He is very responsive anytime I call, and always makes sure all my coverage needs are taken care of. Even when I moved to another city, I kept Ken as my agent because I don’t trust anyone else to make sure I’m taken care of. He is the best agent hands down, and he’ll be my agent for life (well..until he retires, lol)!

Excellent agent. In a time of our need, Ken went above and beyond. We were out of town during the 2016 Wildfires in Sevier County, Ken didnt know this but heard of the devastation of the fires and he called me to check on the well being of my family and inquire about the status of our property. We didnt lose our home, but it was uninhabitable for several months due to smoke damage and loss of power and water supply. He started processing our claim immediately. His personal efforts saved us a tremendous amount of time and money by getting us set up in temporary housing with living expenses before we arrived back in town to even see about our losses. He routinely followed up with us to make sure we were taken care of during those trying times. Thanks Ken for all you did to help us.
