Seen many great shows here and last night was no exception. They are probably using a ton of wood screws today as Santana blew the doors completely off! They have fairly good concessions that are spendy but not horribly inflated like some venues do. Sound and view are good from most seats. Probably my favorite place to see a large show in Chattanooga.

Ive been twice, once for a concert & the 2nd 4 my sons high school graduation. I didnt explore just stayed in our seats for both events but I can say its pretty nice & clean inside. Parking & space outside the building (4 pics & family/graduation ) are horrible!! We had 2 park a few blocks away both times.

Drove up from ATL for Joe Bonamassa 12/4/17 show. Plenty of drink lines. Seating is staggered so generally good views from anywhere. Fast out, easy in. Metal detectors. Easy $5 parking right there. Use cash for the machine, plastic takes forever to transact at the paylot.

What a great venue for a live performance. Easy to find parking, within walking distance to many eating and drinking establishments, well lit, very courteous and helpful staff to assist, answer questions, and guide you to your seats.Cant say about the other seating in the balcony, but on the floor level, seats were comfortable enough, and gave excellent view of the stage. We were there to see Joe Bonamassa, and the 2 hours and 20 minutes flew by.Great old building with charm and a reminder of how going out for a live performance was, and should be.A most pleasant evening out.

Dont get seats on the balcony. The shows are great but this venue is absolutely terrible. Over 6 ft tall? Your knees will literally be in someones back. There is 0 room to escape your seat unless the entire row empties for you.

The play was fantastic but the building was absolutely too hot. Tyler Perry even commented on the stage area being too hot during the production. Someone need to check the building to adjust to the temperature during events as needed. It was easy access to the building and the parking was great due to the UTC campus being closed for the day.Great experience overall.

We actually were in the Walker Theatre which is above the auditorium. We saw John Berry and it was WONDERFUL!! The only problem was the size of the potties. They are too low to the ground! Every lady made the comment that the potties were made for elementary sized students.

Been here many times before and all was well but this time the show started a few minutes late so without notice they closed the concessions before the intermission. And no outside food or drinks was allowed so here we set with the options to do without or drink from the fountain that was install with what one can only assume are the lead pipe from the building original construction (no thanks). Very disappointing. Hope they hire a new coordination leader cause this one is lackluster at best.

Mi
Review №39

If youre disabled or have limited mobility and require the accommodated seating, this is definitely the best place to visit. The friendly and very helpful staff stops people from standing in front of you, and during the last concert we attended (Alice Cooper) we were even allowed to come up to the stage. When you cant stand up or stand for very long this is very important. We pay for our tickets as well, and to have someone blocking your view during the entire concert is frustrating. I cant even imagine what its like for a wheelchair bound customer that attends a show at the Tivoli, it was annoying enough for me when I couldnt stand up for very long. I wish they would have more shows here instead.

Smaller venue, not overly crowded, needs updating but that didnt bother me at all. It was easy to find from the interstate and easy to leave after the concert was over. It was unusually hot in the auditorium though.

Je
Review №49

Definitely not handicap friendly but the venue was pretty. We went for a concert so we didnt see the museum area. 3 stars because not handicap friendly, no handrails on the balcony stairs (which were super steep and scary for a young person much less an elderly person!) and the bathrooms were not very well thought out.
