One of the worst most unprofessional businesses I have ever worked with. I do love my home but be ready to work with some very uncaring, money hungry individuals who seem to care about nothing but making a dollar! I tried hard to work with them on concerns but only got their legal responses which felt like intimidation. My House is great but until the executive team is replaced or goes through some serious business ethics classes, I would be careful!

Greg helped my wife and I on the process of building our home and the experience was wonderful! The process was seamless and brimming with integrity from start to finish.We purchased just as the pandemic hit in March so supplies were not an issue. Believe me, knowing the current state of the industry supplies are very difficult to lock in so if you are thinking of purchasing be patient. This organization is doing all they can to make everyones needs met.Overall the people helping seem happy and glad to be with RTH. If I had to do the process all over again I certainly would.

Great neighborhood. However, Google maps is NOT up to date on directions to addresses such as 4300 Millstone Drive. They missed a right turn off of Savannah Way to Millstone Drive.

Overpriced homes with questionable craftsmanship. Won’t stand behind their work. Go find a different builder.

Excellent community, beauty area just off Big Wood exit on 212. Less than 1 mile from Chaska Downtown. Quality of the houses offered by Robert Thomas homes is fantastic. Really impressed.

For a $600+k home, the customer service was extremely underwhelming and the quality was disappointing. I wish Robert Thomas cared about their homes as much as they can about stuffing money in their pockets. Do yourself a favor and avoid this builder.

Absolutely no way I would build a house in this development. The guy showing the model was rude and arrogant. He did not care at all to help, and I felt like a bother as a potential customer. When I first came in, he sized me up and looked at my car! I guess I wasnt good enough. He tossed a few papers around but explained nothing.

Very useful trip for us, but all the models had the same interior paint.

My wife and I just bought a RTH in The Harvest and we couldnt be more pleased. RTH knows how to build beautiful homes and great neighborhoods. We looked at Lakeville, Woodbury and Chaska. We ended up falling in love with Chaska and The Harvest neighborhood. Were excited about the development the City of Chaska has planned for the surrounding area (more bike trails, parks, schools and access to Highway 212), and downtown Chaska has some great potential too!
