This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Their work is top quality. They take their time and it shows in the results. My nails, cuticles, feet, etc are always in the best shape when I leave.Whenever I get a gel manicure done here, it usually lasts much longer than other places and it doesn’t start peeling.Becky and Ann are always so kind as well. I don’t get my nails done too often, but when I do this is where I go.

Absolutely love love revere, I have never been unhappy with there services. I have been going here for years and I would never go anywhere else, they take there time and my nails always look so good. Also the customer service is great and both Becky and Anne are so personable and friendly and I love that they talk to you and when you walk through the door they acknowledge you,. I look forward to going there for many more years.

This place is extremely clean, quiet, and absolutely wonderful! Becky did an amazing job on my acrylics and she was super educational when it comes to taking care of them which I have NEVER experienced at any other nail salon in the area. A year ago I made the best decision ever for myself and that was booking my nail appointment with Becky! She takes her time and is extremely professional. Her mom is amazing as well, very thorough when she is doing your pedicure. I highly recommend checking her gorgeous salon out!

Unfortunately my experience with Becky came to an end. Not by my choice. I’ve had acrylic nails for years and this process is not new to me or the products. When I shared I was concerned about how my nails hurt and that the acrylics were breaking more that usual, I was told to go elsewhere. Becky refused to do my nails and I had to leave without any service. Wth??? Unprofessional and unnecessary.Be cautious if your not happy with results.Without question go elsewhere, you should always be able to make reasonable and polite requests without being told to leave.

I would NEVER recommend Rever Nails. They only gave me 50% value on a $75 gift certificate that had been my daughter’s Christmas gift before Covid struck. At the end of her appointment I actually owed more money! Most businesses have been more compassionate and understanding considering our world has been battling a pandemic which is why we hadn’t been in earlier. Poor customer care!

Moved to the area in the fall and was looking for a nail salon to go to. I just went and got my nails done for a wedding that I’m a bridesmaid in this weekend and I am over the moon about my nails! I highly recommend the nail salon for anyone who needs their nails done! I was nervous to try a new place after moving away from my hometown salon but the experience was amazing and I will be a regular now! 💗

Our appointments may take a little longer than other salons, but she makes sure that my nails last so long! They don’t chip or break & my acrylics usually last up to 3 weeks! My appointment started 10 minutes late, I wasn’t offered a seat to start soaking my feet, when I did sit, the water was cold and the service itself took nearly an hour and a half for a basic pedicure with regular polish! Terrible experience and won’t be back.

They were very difficult to work with and their English is terrible. Scheduling was a nightmare (had a gift certificate) and they charged an extra$10 to remove my old polish! Wont go back.

This is by far the best place that Ive ever visited for nail services. I go in about every 3 weeks for a gel manicure and have never once had a chipped nail during those few weeks. The owner, Becky, is incredibly kind, helpful, attentive, and is meticulous about making sure your nails are of the highest quality... you never feel like youre a number on the schedule who needs to be rushed in and out of there. Becky truly cares for her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with exactly what you came in for. Bonus: Easy parking, coffee shop right across the street, and you can book appointments online.

Small, Family-owned nail salon in downtown Chaska. The mother/daughter team is able to service two clients at once, but appointments seemed to be staggered. There are plastic partitions and they are clearly being conscientious about health and safety. I received the most detail-oriented, and thorough pedicure Ive ever had. Prices are very reasonable and my mani/pedi was very quality.

By far the best nail experience I’ve ever had. Took her time to give me the shape and length and design I wanted. And for an amazing price!! At other nail salons I’m always needing them to fix shape or leave with one or two that look odd but all of the nails were consistent and I didn’t need to request anything to be fixed as they were perfect the first time. Polish job was nice, massages felt good; that’s where it ends.Mom & I had pedi appts 11AM Sat. When I made appt I said we need to be out by 12:30 they say no problem, didnt leave til 1:10pm, we were late for 2pm event. Waited so long to start the foot soak water was cold. Moms appt: 45min late. I had someone start mine almost right away w/ extra work to be done- having nail built out on big toe w/ acrylic. I was done 1st, we said 2-3x (while other tech was still clipping moms cuticles) that we were late. Moms tech didn’t get all of the calluses buffed from her feet.Re: work on my toe; I’ve had an acrylic build out on my nail done before in >10mins & w/ no tip. Tech insists on gluing tip to the small nail that I have, I told her no 2x, she did it anyway. Knew it wouldn’t last, I was right. Nail came off in 3 days. Back to salon Tue to fix. Different person tries to build out nail. All she did was cover the small surface that existed; told her 3x make it longer, match my other nail. She worked on 1 nail for 50mins applying acrylic slow in dribbles then tried to shape while acrylic was soft. Nail was very thick, tip projected up (not flush w/ skin) which I knew would rub in my shoe & be prone to catch on something. I think she knew it too but it was after 8 PM & I had to go. She polished my nail, I thanked her for repairing it. She didn’t ask for payment.Resigned to fixing nail elsewhere or fix myself when polish grew out. Didn’t get that far. On Wed my repaired toenail swiped the inside of my car door & the nail ripped partially out of the nail bed. It bled profusely & I was in excruciating pain.I’d seen bad reviews where owner said a person should call so they can make it right. Followed advice, called owner right away. I was UPSET & IN PAIN when I called, but what a horrible experience! Try to tell her about the problems, she cut me off & talked over me 75% of the call & accused me of not paying for 1st repair on Sat- a lie! $88 2 pedis $40/ea+ $8 repair+ tip (big mistake) Look @ the receipt & you’ll see it! Owner wouldn’t allow me to get a word in edgewise even after repeated tries to interrupt. She just kept talking & then hung up. When I called back to say I did pay for 1st repair she began lecturing again but I didn’t hear a word she said because all I said the entire time she rambled, probably about 15-20x was “I paid for the repair” until she finally shut up. She then said I walked out of the salon Tue w/out paying & I said “Correct. When you have a tech who doesn’t know what they’re doing, did the job wrong the 1st time (despite saying don’t put a tip on) causing the work to fail in 3 days I’d expect a redo would be free & she never asked me to pay.”Owner said what happens to my nail after I leave the salon isn’t their responsibility. I agree, but she wouldn’t listen to me tell her that the nail ripping out wouldn’t have occurred if the tech had done her job right. She didn’t want to hear anything from me. Just kept cutting me off w/ her agenda. Then she says “I’m sure there are other salons that can do a better job for you.” Yes there are & I’ve never had this problem & I’ll never set foot in this salon again. Finally she asked what could she do for me. I said “Listen to me, allow me to make my points w/out interruption about how slow your employees are & don’t know what they’re doing.” Then she said she wasn’t going to fire anyone over 1 issue. I said “I never said fire them just talk to them about their slowness, give them time to improve & train them so they know what they’re doing. If 1 nail took 50mins a full set would take 8+ hrs!”If she can’t diplomatically handle a legitimate complaint, but rather lecture & falsely accuse of nonpayment, she has no right being a business owner & dealing w/ the public. I did NOT threaten/harass anyone, don’t recall cursing. When you hang up before I’m done & talk over me to intentionally not listen I will call back. 1 callback doesn’t=harassment. Also untrue & mom as my witness: tech NEVER warned repeatedly about length causing injury.

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon! My mother in law and I struggled to find somewhere close that could do a consistently good job until we found this gem! Weve never had a bad experience here and the staff is always so welcoming and kind. In relation to their prices, they are very competitive with other salons in the area and never pressure more services on you. Highly recommend!

I love this place so much! They do an amazing job on my nails every single time! You can really tell they put their care and attention into it and it really pays off. They sometimes do take a bit longer than scheduled, but it is so worth it. I’m very active and pretty distructive with my nails and the acrylic job that Becky does stays on so well and they look as beautiful as ever. This is definitely a place I recommend to anyone that wants great nails and amazing costumer service.

Best place Ive found so far for acrylics in the twin cities, and Ive been getting my nails done in MN for over 15 years. The Deluxe Pedicure - I didnt know my feet could feel so great. The people are talented, creative, thorough, and personable. And it occurs to me that I probably should keep this place a secret for myself.

Really impressed with this place. It has a clean and calming atmosphere. Everyone there was really nice and friendly, and the nail technician was very attentive. She did a great job on my pedicure. And it was reasonably priced. Excited to have a place like this in downtown Chaska!

Rêver nail did a wonderful job removing chipped and damaged black dip powder nails, Becky applied acrylics on my natural nails, I had asked for a natural look with a gold glitter fade at the tip, Becky did an amazing job, see the photo to see for yourself! I love that they have online appointment booking...I dont understand why more nail salons dont do this as it is easy & convenient! I highly recommend them, they listen to their customers needs, are courteous & the prices are fair.

One of the best Gel Manicures Ive had since moving to this area three years ago. Becky takes her time and does it right and I love the convenience of on-line booking.

After looking at reviews, I took my daughter with me to get manicures for our vacation. This is a very clean, family own nail salon. We were both taken care of, our nails look beautiful and I can not wait to go back. We moved to Chaska this summer and Im thankful that I have found a nail location that I can trust. My cuticles were trimmed, the polish applied with care, and through out the process Becky checked to make sure that everything was looking to my liking.

First time trying out this salon and I have to say I will be back! I scheduled two last minute gel manicures and they were able to get us in the following morning. Upon arrival I asked if acrylics would be an option but the ladies Dee and Ann let me know only the owner Becky performs acrylic services and she isn’t in on Sundays which was fine. It was a slow day which benefitted us in my opinion! Both did an amazing job on our manicures and Dee made sure my cuticles were well taken care of since that was a concern of mine and she also gave me some tips on dry cuticles in the winter! Such friendly, professional service but yet I felt right at home. You can tell they strive to provide the best customer service because they both told us if there were any problems, to come back and the correction is complimentary. Great nail salon and great atmosphere.

Wonderful experience. I love to be able to schedule my appointment online. They give you a stamp card for every visit and then you will earn $5, then $10 off your service. The gel nail manicure and custom pedicures are lovely. The staff is super friendly and highly skilled. They genuinely appreciate your business. I suggest you give them a try yourself. Bring cash as they are a small business and the credit card fees are not good for small businesses. You wont regret your visit. I have been to other nail locations in the Chaska, Chan, E.P. and Shakopee area and this one is by far the best in the area!!!!

If i could give no stars i would. i called in at 12:15 because they were supposed to open at knew. after several attempts i realized no one was there. they advertise that walk ins are welcome, i was not welcomed whatsoever. i walked in and an employee asked what i needed (very rude) i replies and said oh hi i was wanting to get a full set of acrylics. her response, im not doing acrylics today and then she opened the door for me to leave. my mom later called and asked if she could get a full set of acrylics they said of course come in at 3:30. when my mom asked why they had refused to do my nails they said the person that does acrylics didn’t come in that day. they kept trying to make excuses. i don’t know if the employee did not like me because of my age, race , or something else but when my mom called asking for acrylics they offered her an appointment without hesitation. my mom called five minutes after i left. it makes me very upset that i was treated this way and when they were confronted they kept making excuses. i don’t recommend this place.

Relaxing experience with great results!

I don’t know how this place has so many 5 stars...it was the worst pedi (and almost) mani ever. Spent 2 hours there and left after she trimmed my nail cuticles. Arrived early and as was waiting saw a woman leave, stating she couldn’t stay any longer...shoulda been first clue! Pedicure was so-so...overpriced for what was done. Still had to file rough edges and snags when I got home. Explained to no avail that overlay on one finger needed to be dremeled to smooth where it had grown out. Woman had no idea how to do it. Other woman stepped in and sorta smoothed it. She trimmed cuticles on one hand and as I looked at them as she was doing other, they were ragged and rough...worse than when I went in! By this time it was 1hr 50 min and I just couldn’t take any more. Don’t waste your $$!!

I have lived in Chaska for years and tried many different nail salons to try to find my favorite. Im happy to announce: Rêver Nail Bar is the best!!!! Im never going anywhere else!This place is located downtown Chaska off cobblestoned 2nd street. Parking right out front. The decor is super cute, trendy, conducive to relaxation. They had HGTV on the one TV, which was fun to watch, instead of a soap opera or other stress-drama.The people that work here are soooo nice & friendly! The lady who did my nails took her time and did them so perfectly. She was gentle with my feet and even fixed a crazy toenail I had. I got a Luxury Pedicure and a gel manicure. Next time, Im doing the parrafin wax!Im so happy to have finally found a place that I can go to when I really need some time to re-charge & feel pampered & beautiful. Great for stressed-out Mama! :)PS: Need Girls Night?? They also have a happy hour with beer and wine. I cant drink those but I thought that was really cool for all you ladies who can enjoy that delicious glass of vino!PPS: Giving someone a gift card to here would also be a really nice gift.PPPS: I dont know or am friends with the owner or anything. I just really like this place.
