Awesome place to stay! Staff is friendly and the rooms are very amazing!

It started with checking in. The woman working the desk seemed annoyed that we were there. She told us if we have any issues we were not to call the front desk. She said Just tell me later. About 2 hours after we checked in, someone walked into our room. They had a key and said they didnt know anyone was in this room. It seems like a lot of people live at this hotel, and it is very loud at night. There are people yelling and hanging out in the hallways. There are people hanging in the parking lot. The front desk is often unattended. The water pressure is terrible in the shower and the place in general does not seem very clean. I was extremely nervous staying here and would never do so again.

Run, dont walk, away from this place.The hallways and elevator are DISGUSTING. Entire place smells of smoke. Rooms are dark and dingy. Showers are pathetic. Beds are way too soft for any normal human to be comfy.Stay somewhere else.

Positive: Location Negative: Was staffed when I showed up but when I checked out there was no one on site. Pool was closed the whole time. No breakfast because no one was there. I should get some money back because I booked here because of the pool and breakfast features

Management (Jessie) is rude and downright insulting to staff and guests. (In front of other guests)Try the Super 8 (cheaper), Americinn (Way nicer), or Holiday Inn (Water Slide!, Awesome Staff!)

Had a reservation. Was told to call the day before to request a early check in and was told they needed to cancel my reservation because my room was over booked. Not sure when they were going to tell me and hopefully it wasn’t the day of. So disappointed in this hotel.

This place is a joke even with new management.. its dirty tons of weirdos hanging around and the staff are rude.

I stayed there for a week and was very comfortable. The hallways were quiet and clean upon arriving and leaving. The staff was very friendly, personable and answered any questions. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned. I took advantage of the heated pool and hot tub whenever I had some spare time. The rates are very reasonable. I will be going back next time Im in the Chaska area.

My stay here is great. Alisha Carlson at the front desk has been exceptional. It feels like a home away from home. All the staff here are friendly and helpful.

The staff and especially Alicia made our experience here extra special she was helpful to me and my friend 4 finding restaurants and day planning I believe that she is an asset to the team thank you once again to the staff and especially Alicia lets not forget the maid service was wonderful also Ill be back here for another vacation sincerely Tim

It was nice, only a few weirdos staying there but they kept to themselves. Most individuals were chill & relaxed, pretty quiet with kicked back evenings, alone or with other guests.

This property is under new ownership and is being renovated and improved. Its a work in process but its improving and the staff really care. This is one of the few 3-4 star hotels in the area with a pool/spa, arcade, fitness center, walking trails on the river, patio with fire pit, GIGAbit Internet, Tommys Malt Shop restaurant on-site, indoor parking, and free Hot breakfast. The property is walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, curling center, and bars in historic downtown Chaska. The service and hospitality is getting better every day at this property. Notice how three of the four positive reviews are either from the new owners themselves or their relatives. Google should remove those reviews immediately. Google Norwood Inn in Chaska to see the real reviews for this location. (Spoiler Alert, they arent good.)

It’s an average hotel nothing much

They say they offer things that are not available. Front desk manager (Aleisha) is extremely rude. She is very immature and severely lacks customer service skills. Most staff live there and party at the fire pit all night, disturbing guests. Hot breakfast is out of food and not replenished. I would not suggest this place to my worst enemy.

Unless this place has completely relocated and employed new management staff a name change wont help. See the reviews under Norwood Suites in Chaska. Its the same place.
