Steve and his team just recently cleaned all of the carpets in our house and we couldnt be happier! They were timely, professional and did a great job. Our carpets look brand new and all of the previous paint & pet stains came up! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable, professional carpet cleaning service!

My carpets have seen babies, dogs and cats. Mike has all but erased all signs of these lovely creatures. He has cleaned my carpets several times, is always on time, professional, reasonably priced and most importantly, does a great job! I have referred friends to him and they have been equally satisfied. If you want it done right, Clean Right is the way to go.

What can we say about Mike that has not all ready been said! The biggest thing that stood out right away was how personable and profesional he was. He explained the process and my wife and I went shopping. Came back as he was writing up the bill and wow, the carpet looked beautiful. As a rescue dog foster home we had a lot of spots from accidents and foot traffic and you would never know it. Our couch and chair came out just as nice. He even gave us advice on how to fix the tear on the top of the chair. I wouldnt hesitate to call Mike back. His prices are very reasonable, no pressure add on, Just straight, down to earth, honest service.Thank you so much Mike.

After trying multiple times myself to get my pets stains & odor out of our downstairs carpet I went online to search carpet cleaners in the Chaska area (as i wanted to use someone local). Clean Right was the first to pop up , I called, and Mike offered to come that very same day! He is very friendly and professional. I feel I got a great value for his service, as he even came upstairs and spot cleaned a few spots that needed attention. This business seems to have changed hands to a guy named Steve and the business name “Cleanerup”. I have no complaints about the quality of the carpet cleaning, but found Steve’s way of doing business to be offputting. His assistant was kind and did most of the work while Steve talked to my wife and I, giving us unsolicited advice about our home. The price quoted on the phone did not match the price quote he gave me when they arrived. When I asked him to measure out the square footage and quote me on a price, he adjusted accordingly. In short, the carpets look good, but you will likely find a better customer service experience elsewhere.

We needed to ready our house for a family celebration and I was ready to throw out the carpets and start new. We have four kids and a dog and hadnt had our carpets cleaned in years. Mike made our carpets look new again and saved me thousands of dollars on new carpeting. I couldnt believe the difference! Mike was courteous and very thorough. He explained his process to us and then did what he said he would do. He charged me what he quoted and there were no pressure upsells. I would recommend Mike and Clean Right to anyone!

Called to schedule an appointment- said it would be close to $300 for three rooms...expensive..i told him I found a place that was less expensive and he got VERY defensive and came across very rude- he was hard to understand and almost sounded like he was slurring. I told him I felt afraid of his tone and that I was going to hang up...I did. DO NOT CALL HIM.

Mike was amazing! The carpet in the rental was atrocious and he made it look brand new! Would highly recommend him.

Found out last minute that I was hosting xmas. Placed an emergency call to Mike, and he was out the next day. The carpets look spectacular. I dont know if I want my family to even walk on them :-). Very reasonable pricing and didnt try to upsell me on all the other stuff like the chains always do. THX MIKE!
