Expensive winter tire swap over a hundred. Didnt put any stem caps back on. TPMS system is now set up wrong and one now has a slow leak and it notifies me the wrong tire is low after service at this location. Would not recommend, you could go somewhere much nicer for the price.

First time experience was very pleasant with Tabatha, Tim, and Bobby. They were amazing in helping me get my car issues situated. We have had work done with Big O tires in the past and they have done a decent job.I brought our 2001 Honda Accord in for a brake inspection and the estimate they gave me was $1,800!I told them the vehicle was hardly even worth what they were quoting for a brake job!I spoke to the mechanic who broke it down for me..They didnt have the parts either way.Received a call a few days later with their best estimate of $1,600I told them that i found another mechanic that was going to do it for 1/4 the price!Big O has lost my business forever-> Keep this in mind when you go to get your vehicle serviced

What a great experience...I was at valvoline and the price was whyyyyyy to much!! While I was in line i called Bigo and she said come on over i will be cheaper than that plus free rotation!! Such a pleasant experience and a sweet sweet lady at the counter busy as heck and she still spoke with each customer with respect and for a sat what great job!!! I brought a flat tire in to be repaired. When we got there my fiance and I were greeted at the door by the manager (?) or owner (?) Im not sure which she was but she was in charge. The first words out of her mouth was dont wanna waste my workers time again ive already had one do that today. as she checked my tire life.But the funny thing is.......attitude aside.......they wasted MY time. The mechanic didnt do half of what hes supposed to do to fix a flat tire. Ya know. Buff it. Glue it. Things like that. SO half an hour of waiting later just to be told it was unfixable ended with us taking it 30 minutes east to the shop my fiance recently worked at and have it fixed by the boss with no problem because he actually did the work it required to fix it.I was gonna give them 2 stars just because but as im sitting here reliving the moment,, they dont need the pity star.Glad I didnt have to pay to waste my time at Big O.

I called and scheduled an appointment to have an alignment on my truck and tire pressure sensors scanned.I got to my appointment early and checked in with the manager named Tabitha. We walked out to my truck and went over my vehicles make, model, mileage and also my wheel and tire size. After she completed gathering the information she needed, I was told I would receive a phone call when my truck was finished. I then asked her how long to expect the procedure to take as I wasnt able to stay and wait on location but would return when it was completed. She replied an hour or so but it will for sure get done today.Having never received a phone call and with their locations closing time approaching, I went to go see if my truck was finished. When I got there, my truck had not moved from where I had initially parked it.I then walked inside and had to remind Tabitha of my truck and appointment I had made for the alignment and tire pressure sensor scan. She then was able to find my file and started to process payment but then abruptly stopped and walked back into the shop. I could see her speaking to a mechanic, she then poked her head back into the lobby and assured me the alignment had been completed and tire pressure sensor a had been scanned. She then went back to speaking with the mechanic.After a few minutes she came back into the lobby and informed me that nothing had been done to my truck, but that the alignment rack wouldnt work for my wheels. I asked why I never received a phone call to be informed of this. She replied by saying we were busy (again I had a scheduled appointment days in advance) then said that the mechanic would be able to scan in the sensors and would do it right away. She then dumped my keys onto the table and said You obviously dont owe anything.I picked up my keys and exited the building to find the mechanic walking towards my truck with the scanner. We chatted briefly, and he was kind/professional. He mentioned my truck had not even made it into the shop. That when he walked out to get it he noticed my wheels and told his manager (Tabitha) that he wouldnt be able to provide an alignment. I asked why I wasnt called or informed, he didnt have an answer other than we were busy.He then asked me for the make and model of my vehicle to start scanning the tire pressure sensors in. I gave him the information he needed. He then told me his scanner would not work for the tire pressure sensors (I purchased these sensors from this exact location one month earlier, had them installed there and was told to come back later because their scanner was broke) I had on my wheels.He mentioned that he needed the scanner they used to have on location but were not provided any longer in order to scan them in. He did mention that their other location would be able to do an alignment and had the correct scanner for my sensors. I thanked him for trying and he left.Long story short, after two and a half hours, no service was provided. No action was taken by the Manager to correct this mistake or to make this right. Not even an apology. Just We were busy.I am a busy individual and I value my time. I cant afford to do business with establishments that operate in this fashion. That is why I will no longer be doing any business with Big O Tires. I recommend caution to any of their current or future customers.Side note: the wheels I have on the vehicle are 18 Method 315s, they have a faux beadlock on them. The tire pressure sensors where purchased from Big O tires.

Very happy with my service today! I went in for an oil change special. The gentleman found me a package that fit my needs and didnt have me paying for what I didnt need. After the inspection they gave me a list of things that could be done today or down the road. There was no pressure to do anything that didnt need to be doneThe mechanic spent about 15 minutes with me explaining the services and how long they could wait. I really enjoyed the friendly service of everyone there! I will be going back!

So I went to get my 35K mileage and tires servicing at Big O tires in Chaska. Tabitha, who greets you with a warm pleasant smile is always such a pleasure to talk to. Tim, the Tech person who worked on my car, told me that you dont need to replace these certain items listed yet..what you have is in great condition, dont spend extra. Such honesty, I mean who was to say I would have been able to tell the difference either way?, I could easily get ripped off and wouldnt even know it. Tabitha and her team working there are honest to a fault, and she does such a great job of handling everything, she is like a one man army, even helped me find a coupon, when I left mine at home.Just wanted to give a Shout out to a local Business, especially to the ones who do an amazing job, and are honest in todays day and age.

Took my truck in for an oil change as they were having a special going on. Since I was already there also had them replace a blinker. Not too shabby! Oil change, tire rotation, and blinker replacement all for $45, and just under an hour! Waiting room was quiet and warm. Having control of the tv channel was nice. I will be back again.

I recently got new tires put on my car at Big O Tires and I could not be happier. It was a snowy day and my car was slipping and sliding all over the road on my way to my tire change. Afterwards, I had complete control of my car with my new tires. Service was quick and employees were great. Will certainly be going back!

I made a stop at a rapid oil change service and their costs were astonishingly high with no real good explanations as to why. Upon seeing an oil change banner at Big O Tires I decided to stop and see if they could help me. They were able to fit me in on the spot. The staff were also able to explain a few of the increased expenses that go with my new vehicle. Even with those added expenses they beat the competition for price. To sum up my experience: knowledgeable and helpful staff, budget friendly, and accommodating for my busy schedule. Thanks for making my day a little bit easier!

My experience with Tyler, associate manager, exceeded my expectations. I have over 50 years customer experience of auto work at various private, franchise and dealers. He provided the very best customer service I have ever received. He knowledgeable, good listener, and flexible.

$125 for a mount and balance of tires wow ! I suggest everyone make an appointment with Walmart they do it for like $12 dollars jeez, I could only imagine what they charge for other services , oh yea I had to call and ask if my car was ready they really move slow.

Joel was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was repaired properly. He contacted us with some recommendations based on his inspection and got everything repaired/replaced in just a few hours. He even sent a text letting us know when the car was ready to be picked up. I brought my car into The Chaska Big O a couple of weeks ago because I was having to fill my tires every week due to the light constantly going on. This gentleman (I dont know if he was the owner or manager), had his guys take care of the problem. I was there for about 20 minutes. He didnt charge me a penny! I went home and told my husband and he said that he had gone there and they had plugged a leak in his trucks tire and didnt charge him either. We both agreed that when we need tires we will buy from this place. No more big box stores for tires. Thanks for the small town service. It is appreciated.

Long story short, I dont trust them to own up to their mistakes. Had a valve stem leaking at the base. I bought tires from them a few months back. I noticed the leak because of my then working TPMS sensor showed indication of the leak. It was coming from the side of the valve stem. After adding air on my way home and my TPMS sensor registering the addition, I pulled into my garage and put my car on a jack stand. Over the next half hour I watched my working TPMS sensor register the slow loss of air until it registered 10PSI at the end. I brought the tire in today to have them do a warranty replacement of the faulty valve stem. When I called them to check status they said I would have to replace the TPMS sensor because it was broken. They would be happy to replace the $30 sensor for $100. Bottom line is, in my opinion, and that of many others, is that they broke the TPMS when removing the tire from the rim due to carelessness. Sheared it right off. Any google search would show this is a common problem caused by an inexperienced tech. I wonder how many others have been told they need a new TPMS sensor by these guys, having no previous problems with the TPMS sensor until a tire is serviced by them. hmmmmmm.....being a person who does a lot work on my own car (brakes, rotors, oil change, timing belt, alternator, etc....)....this seems fishy. I think we need some undercover operations.. :). I think the workers are nice overall and probably have a lot of pressure put on them, but I have no trust in the franchise.

I came in without an appointment at 5:45 today not realizing they closed at 6. They did not have a problem and still helped me out with a positive attitude!! It was just me and my almost 2 year old daughter and the worker Tyler kept my Ella occupied the whole time with the sale balloons he even blew some up for her to play with as well as keeping me informed about what was going on with my car!! Jose the man who worked on my car and Tyler both sat AFTER MY CAR WAS DONE AND AFTER THEY HAD BEEN CLOSED FOR AN HOUR and let my Ella color with some of there markers! Haha VERY VERY MUCH RECOMMENDED!!! Thank you to Tyler and Jose for making my trip an easy and great one !! You are much appriciated!!

Went in today for an appointment to get a 4 wheel alignment, was told it would be an hour and waited over 2 hours, then they told me they couldnt do the rear wheels, but I was still charged for all 4. To top that off i got in the car and the wheel was still not lined up properly, so I had to take it back, and then had to wait another 2+ hours for it to be corrected. Honestly would have just preferred to get my money back then spend an entire day in the waiting room, or at least somehow have had it made more worth my time...

Staff is always friendly and knowledgable about whatever services I need. Theyre excellent at suggesting potential services to help me avoid any possible future malfunctions so that my vehicle keeps running well and lasts longer.

If I could I’d give more stars. Joel & the team made sure what I needed done to my car was done, and it was done right. I will be coming back for anything else! My CV axle had to be replaced as well & they covered that no extra charge. They’re awesome! Highly recommend!

First time at this place. Purchased 4 brand new tires to be installed. I called to verify how long it would take and they stated a little over one hour. -Unfortunately I waited over 2 and a half hours which made for an EXTREMELY stressful situation as I missed a very important appointment!!!- I received NO apologies from anyone for the long wait. **If it can take over 2 hours, PLEASE be honest so customers can plan accordingly.Or at least check in with the customer.

I normally try to give the benefit of the doubt, but besides the standard oil change is the only thing that worked out in my favor. I purchased wiper blades as Big O was running a special for Buy One Get One. Well... after getting home, I realized I was given Winter Blades - which was not part of the mail in rebate, so I missed out on that.It was advised that my cabinet air filter was under my engine and was to hard to replace and would be an additional $149.99 to replace the filter. The filter is $20.99. My glove box open you take out the plug and put the filter in. I tried telling the sales person this and didnt agree that the $149.99 should apply as I have had this service here before with out that charge and they insisted. I advised not to provide that service as it was robbing me dry.I also advised to look at the break light as I was getting complaints it was out. Low and behold it all check out working, but that same night on my way home I was pulled over for driver side break light out. As I had this noted in my notes for the staff to check, the officer was kind enough to let me on my way, but the point is it was check as stated.The other thing is the tire sensor is not working. I requested it to be reset or fix. i was advise it was reset and working. The light is still on to this day in my car almost a month later.....I arrived at 4:45 for my appointment and left at 6:36 for a standard oil change, inspection included in the oil change to test the break light and change the windshield wipers. (Almost 2 Hours) for being the only car being worked on as the guy had nothing to do.I have patients and have tried this location 3 times now through NBT or Big O and the customer service lacks. The mechanics try to clean you dry. I was offered a free oil change which is why I went back the second time as the first time they only changed the oil, no tire rotation, inspection etc done. I was offered a free oil change. I went back and no notes were in the notes and the gentleman no longer worked there, so they would not honor. I paid as I was there and received medium service. This third time, I went thinking this would be good, go right after work and be home for dinner time. I didnt get home until after 7 due to the almost 2 hour wait when it should have taken an hour.Maybe I just have gone on the wrong days, I know there are good people working there, but its hard to go back when you continue to miss and not properly diagnose your vehicle and when you advise what is wrong and they dont fix as directed, its not worth investing my money.

Task: mount 4 snow tires that I have from the previous season. Discard regular-weather/current tires.Dropped the car off at 8:30 am.Wife was out of state; Ubered back over after communicating twice during the day.Hours: close at 6pm. Arrive/return at 5:50pm.Clerk: we’re almost about to START it. It might be 30-45 minutes.Customer in lobby irate about times and amount of money he has spent after being quoted $60 (I heard home report in the neighborhood of $300 charged). He’s dropping f-bombs like parade candy.Actual finish time: 7:20 pm.Review:Tires marked with locations (RF, LF, RR, etc). None in correct position and chalk writing on outside/visible surface.Semi-circle scuffs down side of vehicle from tires resting alongside.Wheels look like they’ve been driven into a curb (from tire machine).Tires are bagged and loaded into car...hang on, we didn’t keep the tires for disposal like you asked. Tires were then removed.Don’t waste your time...literally. There’s no reason this job couldn’t be done during the day. Or...say you can’t fit it in...which was really the case.This business can not handle the volume that leadership is agreeing to/funnel through.The manager waived the disposal fee of $16 as an apology for the time services took. Although, it didn’t change: A, the lack of communication. B, the fact that people have lives outside of their waiting room. C, the work quality was poor.

Very nice people, kept me up to date. Even though they couldnt fix my problem, they were able to narrow it down for me and told me the best next step which was taking it to the dealership to have the electrical looked at.

Absolutely horrible! I don’t write reviews, besides this one. Went in for an oil change, quoted wait time of 40mins (pretty typical) only to wait an hour and fifty minutes. This isn’t even the bad part. They never even did the oil and filter change they signed off that they did. Just spent $500 at MY home shop, fixing my car because of the harm Big O did by NOT changing my oil. Highly regret taking my car there. Spent almost $70 for a service that was not performed. My car does not have an oil leak, and my oil filter still had the old date on it from the previous oil change I did. Almost empty oil, and the oil that was left in my car looked like it had been in there for 15,000 miles. It’s only been 2,500 miles since I brought my car to Big O. Doing bad business is a short cut that will only hurt your business long term.

Was able to get an appt the same day to get my tire repaired. Was done in less than an hour and was pleasantly surprised that there was no charge to patch my tire.

Constant issues.1. Had to go into the store to special order tires...this is 2019, take my order online like everyone else. then, special orders require me to hand write my credit card information on a piece of paper and trust them that it is safe in their hands.2. They tried to not add a $70 instant warranty, two times i had pointed it out during the special order visit, then i had to point it out again when i was paying for the tires after the install.3. All i had done was my tires and an alignment....my dash was reset from all my Bluetooth connections, there is absolutely no reason why anyone should have been messing with those settings for the work i had done. BUT my radio presets were unaltered, which means they didnt disconnect my battery...so someone was messing with the dash for an unknown reason.4. Overcharged me and then say there isnt a way to refund it, then instead said when i come back to spend money there again they will give me that much $ as a discount for another purchase. with this poor of an experience, im counting that money lost.5. shady pricing. they quoted me for more work which was front tie rods. the quote showed 2 tie rods priced out, but the quote only showed the install pricing for 1. If i had agreed, the price would have been greatly more expensive due to an incorrect quote.I am finding little to no reason why i would go back to this location. i hope other Big O Tires represent the name better

I had broken tire valve fixe. They did it for free because it was simple easy fix. Nothing better than free.

Oil change appointment at 2:30 and we’re just walking out the door at 6:30. Not our first time having issues with them, but hopefully our last.They charged me for fixing my tail light and it wasn’t fixed.

Had to put air in one of my tires 2x in 2 days...Could of made same day appointment but hours didnt work with my schedule. Booked next morning, in and out within an hour. Turns out I had a nail in my tire. (construction season) I was surprised there was no charge. They say no charge if it can be fixed. Very happy with service.

I noticed my tire was leaking and had a 1/2 hour drive to Chaska. Calked ahead and 15 min before closing...they had 2 folks pull my bad tire replace it and rotate the others. No exaggeration...they had me out at 6:00 pm closing. My best experience by far. Thanks Big O Tires. Jack 3-1-18

This place is a joke and I would not recommend it to anyone. Made an appointment on Wednesday for Saturday at 9 am. When I got there they did not have the tires in stock and tried to offer me a tire for 3 times the price of my original quote....The other option they gave me was that I could come back the following Thursday. Absolutely ridiculous if I could give them a negative rating I certainly would, dont waste your time going here!

I had a weird noise and my car was shaking when I brought it into Big O Tires. Within hours they had figured out the problems (which were many but i expected as much, its a 2007 fusion with 100k miles and other than tires never had a problem in the 10 years ive had it). Taking it on at 1pm on a Thursday and having it done by Friday at 11am was SO awesome. I was expecting to not have my vehicle for the weekend. But its all fixed, drives like new (seriously...brand new). Also, the team helped us find some deals to save us money! Thank you so much for everything!

I had an appointment to get new tires mounted and balanced on a Wednesday or Thursday. My sister had the new tires in her truck and was meeting me there after she got off work. Well the day of the appointment there was a big snowstorm. I was aware that a bad storm was coming the day I scheduled the appointment and the Big O employee I was talking to said he was sure they would be open. So my sister calls me as Im struggling with my bald a#% tires through the snow to make it there in time for the appointment and tells me they are closed! I totally get that the snow was really bad but someone could have just givin me a courtesy call to let me know. I feel that this was horrible customer service! My sister and I had to go out of our way and put ourselves in danger for no reason. Unimpressed

First time customer and very happy with the service fixing my tire..

Had a flat right down the road, had a new tire less than 30 minutes later! Great service!!

Place was unbelievably awful. 1st they didnt have my tire but conveniently had a much more expensive tire available. Decided to go with the more expensive tire anyway. They ended up breaking my tire monitor Sensor. Said that it wasnt their fault and it would be $75 to repair it. Then they didnt reset the sensors so now my drivers tear is on the passenger and all sorts of mess. Awful customer service as it took 4 hours as well.

Charged me with $160 evaluation fee for the wrong evaluation. Was told I needed $2700 in repairs and it was fixed somewhere else for a $30 oxygen sensor. They did refund the fee. If you call you will be put on a hold and then forgotten on hold. This will go on all day. Came in and told them my brakes were locking up and told them what the problem was and they still charged me the fee to evaluate what I already told them. When they had a free brake evaluation special. They did the repairs and then it broke down 3 days later.

Good oil change service and power steering flush.

If I could give a 0 I would. Made an appt 4 days prior to when I needed tires. Arrived at Big O at my approved time and they suddenly did not have the tires I had listed on my appt. After trying to upsale me, they told me they actually didn’t have a tire on hand that would fit my SUV (common 19’s). BUT I could pay an huge courier fee to get tires to the store which would take 3 hours or so if I wanted tires today. Seriously? Crooks. Thank Goodness for Discount Tire in Minnetonka!

Helped my sister with 4 tires. Good price, fast service.

I Ordered tires 7 days ago. They said 3-5 days they would be delivered. I would never have ordered from them had I known about the big delay. And they have no idea when they will come in. I need these tires on ASAP. Now I have to go somewhere else.
