Nothing but good words for this company! I have dealt with them on many accounts, specifically Megan. She has been nothing but great and professional when working with her and getting me the things I need in a timely manner. She got me a quote, my documents, and ID cards for both policies updated and to me within the day. Will always recommend Casualty Assurance!
Megan does not do her job in my opinion, avoid her at all costs! Talk with and deal with someone else there. I would give a 5 star if it wasnt for her. For example I have asked for my insurance informations sent to my lean holder on my car multiple times and the bank still has not gotten the information they need.
Best carrier ever, Dan and his staff are consistently attentive. I recommend them to everyone I meet!
Slow and inefficient. I called them to cancel my insurance company and move to a new one. They did not cancel my old one, so I was paying for 2 different insurance companys, when I talked to my old insurance company they said casualty assurance never called them (2 months later) when I called casualty they did not answer and would not return my call. It has been over a month since I tried to contact them and they have not even tried to call me. Seems to me if youre not a customer your nothing even if you have been for years. Oh all I needed from them was to send paperwork out so I could get it taken care of.
One of the worst companies ever!! If I could have gave them a minus rating, I would have. Customer service does not exist, calls not returned, and overcharged as well!!
Im blown away by the customer service Ive received from everyone Ive worked with at Casualty Assurance! Every claim and question was taken care of seamlessly and painlessly! I have no question that Im receiving the best possible insurance coverage available.
I had my insurance with them for 20 years. One day the customer service stopped. No response to calls, emails and texts. Completely ignored. I wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to.
