Drew Appliance Repair Co. gave me a very fair price and I felt comfortable with the company so I had them do the job. I normally don’t write reviews but after the job was done I wanted to write one as they are deserving on the 5 stars. The techs who repaired my water heater were very professional and courteous. 5 star service, will hire again.

Matt just came out to look at our washing machine, which hasnt been draining the soap properly. He didnt try to up-charge us on any unnecessary repairs. He was very professional and his approach and also very informational. He walked me through all the possibilities why the washing machine, was not performing and then let me know once he found the problems and what he would do to fix them. Will definitely use him if need be.

Drew Appliance Repair Co. are the real deal! Dylan and his assistant came out yesterday to help us with our refrigerator that wasnt sealing correctly. They had it fixed quickly and cleaned the coils when they finished. They are very courteous, efficient, professional and affordable. Wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them in the future! Thank you!

Drew was extraordinary! He came by to fix my oven and fridge and theyre working super great. He was on time, very friendly and knew his stuff. Besides his professionalism and knowledge I was really impressed with his 1 year warranty on all his work paired with his competitive pricing. A warranty outside of two months is completely unheard of! I will surely be using him in the future and recommending him to anybody who needs work done.

This is the best service/repair experience I have ever had. He returned my call on the same day and arrived at my home on time! Drew Appliance Repair Co. handled everything very professionally. Making the appointment was very easy and it was nice that you could track where you were on the service queue and where the service person was located at the moment. Marc was excellent and quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. When it came in, Marc returned and quickly installed it and got us running again. Super responsive, professional, timely and helpful. I would highly recommend. Came out to my house right away. My dryer needed a replacement part that had to be ordered. They got the part quickly and was able to rearrange their schedule to get me up and running as soon as possible.

The Tech came out to check our Kitchen aid refrigerator when it wasn’t staying cold. He adjusted the door and found a problem that needed parts replacement. He returned the next day and took care of everything. Cost was so affordable. I’m glad we didn’t try to replace the unit. It’s lasting us well. I will definitely call him for any appliance needs in our future!!

I had a great experience with Drew Appliance Repair Co. As I was prepping to leave town for the weekend, my washing machine stopped draining. Drew Appliance Repair Co. was not only able to come out same day - the other company I called couldnt come until Monday - they also repaired my washer on the job. They gave me a 1-3pm time window, were there by 1:20pm, and were out within an hour. The service was quick. The repairman was friendly and helped me understand the issue. I would call Drew Appliance Repair Co. again.

I called this company for my parents freezer/refrigerator issue and left a voicemail. Drew called right away back and by that time the issue sort of resolved itself and I relayed the message and apologized but he also added his help over the phone to tell me if the problem happened again its most likely this issue. We have been without a Washer for over a week, they scheduled the sonnets time for Sunday 9-11, called at 10am Sunday to schedule for Next week. So my scheduled appointment time was for some a-hole to call and schedule a different time! Don’t waste your time call someone else first.

Our microwave stopped working, so my husband decided to call Drew Appliance in Chaska (he found them online). A serviceman came to our house and replaced a switch in the microwave. It was fixed! The next day it broke again (same issue). My husband called and left a phone message for the serviceman who fixed it. Despite leaving messages each day, the serviceman didnt call us back. After 4 days, we called the number of Drew Appliance (as opposed to the servicemans phone number which we called before). I explained the situation to the gentleman who answered. I told him that at this point, we were planning to replace the microwave (even though it wasnt yet 2 years old, the repair cost us $239: $89 service fee and $150 for parts and labor). I asked if they would consider installing a new microwave and not charging us since the repair they made didnt last more than 24 hours. The gentleman said, No. I asked several more times, and each time the answer was, No. So, we spent $239 for nothing. I was disappointed that there was no effort on the part of Drew Appliance to make this situation right. Bottom line: They got $239 of our money and they didnt repair our microwave. I would never consider calling them again.
