My boss asked me of I was going to take down this post. Let me tell you why I am not. I am still being hurt financially by the major screw up from this company. I had to wait over six months for my tax return. Now I find out Im missing thousands of dollars in unemployment benefits . EFS has never contacted me to apologize. As a matter of fact when I called to report the issue to the office( who again sent an incorrect form to my tax advisor) Hung up on me. Now again I am left high and dry and EFS just goes on. I hope you all have a great Christmas, because their will not be one at our house.Totally screwed up my taxes. Never sent my info to social security. Cant believe anyone pays them to do accountants work. Worst time in the world to not have my tax refund because they do not do their job. I hope no one else has had to face eviction because of their sloppy work. Do they realize they are screwing with peoples lives?12?04/

EFS is awesome. I moved to Charlottesville a couple years back and was put in contact with them in regards to tax accounting for my photography business. They are fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I am on my second year with them (I work with Paden Waldruff) and I couldnt recommend their services more!

Worst in the area. Receptionist did not know what they offer. Sad
